• marie (8/5): - Emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel très chic et propice à la balade, en surplomb de Calgary, très jolie vue sur la ville et les Rocheuses en qq minutes de marche Propriétaires sympathiques et presents Appartement très propre, très agréable, très grand, très confortable L'appartement est au sous-sol, c'est plutôt sombre en journée, on ne voit quasiment pas le ciel ( très bon éclairage électrique cela dit, mais pour nous l'éclairage naturel compte énormément, à ce prix on avait espéré en avoir) La communication sonore avec la maison au-dessus

Incredible value for money with great amenities (large TV, full kitchen, bath etc) and a lovely peaceful location. The sofa is INCREDIBLE and the bed super comfortable. Everything was perfect! • Perepelytsia (10/5): Good location if you come to see Banff. Nica area and quite suite - I enjoyed this suite. The separate entrance, quite owners, enough room for rest after long hot day. It was clean and had everything for short periods As for me, who have never lived in basement, I was not ready to cold floor. But in summer it’s not a big problem

• Melissa (10/5): Excellent - I liked how it is very spacious and that most parts of the place are clean. It was also easy to access the room. Everything you need for a one-night stay is available. The host was very approachable and quick to respond. One of the bulbs in the bedroom across the washroom was burnt out.

We especially appreciated their quiet presence upstairs, which provided the peace we needed after long days on our construction project.

• Michelle (8/5): Good value, tall people will hit their heads on kitchen stove ceiling, comfy but very dark - - The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. - Easy to check in with a code. - Comfy beds & extra blankets - Well equipped kitchen - close to mountains - driveway parking Very very dark in the main large room with only one window on the far wall. The light fixtures weren’t very good - artificial light and the one bedroom was dimly lit. Kitchen light thing was very low and didn’t work (to be fair I never asked for it to be fixed, didn’t want to deal with it. I’m sure the amazing host has fixed it) The closest grocery store was a 13min drive on the highway. My husband is 6feet and kept smashing his head on the sharp ceiling about the stove. If you’re 5’9 or taller you will hit your head in this kitchen. Entrance is crammed and a bit annoying to get in and out of with more than one person and their boots. Although the place was very clean, there were quite a few old/cheap parts. The couch is old, the kitchen chairs are sturdy but missing the caps on the ends, nonslip bathmat looks old and yucky, carpet is old, the sponge in the kitchen was heavily used. All that said, the host was absolutely incredible and I’m sure if i needed anything (ex asked for a new sponge) he would have helped immediately. This list is just picky things. This place was what we needed for our 3 night stay with day trips to hike in kananaskis. It’s just dated and dark. I’m glad we got it for the $125/night. Would have likely been upset if we paid more for it.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare breakfast each morning. Everything was provided, from cookware to coffee maker, and the clean, organized space made cooking a pleasure. It truly felt like a home away from home! Additionally, the host was great and promptly answered calls. While our stay at this rental had its highlights, there was a minor inconvenience: simultaneously using two electrical outlets in the kitchen would cause the power to trip off. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the functionality and comfort of the space for future guests.

The space to do the dishes is limited. I bumped my head a few times above the stove because there is a lower ceiling.

We had trouble figuring out the shower, but the owner was very quick with a response Entrance was a bit muddy and slippery. We were there during a time when we found this in many areas of the city.
