• Coakley (10/5): I've stayed in many short term rentals, mostly good. This was excellent on every level. - Everything about this was just as good as it could possibly be: Location, cost, efficiency, cleanliness, comfort; All of the boxes ticked. Host was most gracious, helpful and accommodating. Without exception, everything was excellent.

• Selena (7/5): I would stay again - Location was good, about a 15 min walk to the horseshoe falls. Restaurants within walking distance. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were good. The owner was very attentive and communicated well with instructions etc. Dishwasher was out of order. Also there was no sink plugs or tea towels for drying the dishes (none we could find).

• Minh Duc (10/5): 9.99/10 - Very pleased to stay in a place with jacuzzi and great view. The place was clean, beautiful, vintage and peaceful. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Convenient parking. Great amenities and location. Thanh communicates well, great host. PS: Very sorry about my awkward parking, so stressed just wanted to relax and did not think others have to park too. Dishwasher not working

• Priyak (10/5): Peaceful and safe place to stay - The property was close to all main places in Niagara Falls, that made moving around easy and without any problem. The rooms were very clean and neatly organized. The owner was responsive and provided precise instructions and clarifications that made the stay pleasant. It was a fun stay all in all and will come back again! The only issue i had was that one of the ceiling fans made a lot of noise when put on higher speeds. If that one issue is resolved this is a slice of peaceful stay anyone would want to stay in.

• Barbara (4/5): Ready to go home after first day - The bed was comfortable It smelled like a sewer. The steps were crazy steep and with 2 older disabled parents it could be mentioned that it’s a second floor. The other guests were so loud. The door in the kitchen is creepy since other guests can look in. The dishes were gross to use them we had to wash each item before we used it… and the dish washer is not working…the hose and plug is inside. There was no common area unless you all sat at a kitchen table. I would made that area a nice little living room

• Erica (10/5): Perfect stay in Niagara Falls - Amazing position, 5 mins walk from Clifton Hill but in a very quiet and residential area. The house was beautiful, very well kept, with all the comforts. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommended!!

• Martin (9/5): Bel emplacement, proche de toutes les activités touristiques - L'emplacement et le prix était parfait pour nous. Nous étions proche de tout ce que nous voulions faire. Il y avait quelques fourmis dans l'appartement.
• Craig and Amy (6/5): Convenient location w/ parking but probably wouldn't stay here again - Check-in was easy, the door code was sent to us by msg prior to check in time. Nice neighborhood, not too far of a walk to the falls and most activities. Most amenities were supplied. The beds were too hard for our us. We were not allowed to use the jacuzzi after 10:30pm... if you are like us and out sightseeing for the day/evening or stay out to see the fireworks, you will not be back in time to use it prior to 10:30pm. There was no curtain covering the kitchen door/emergency exit... 3rd floor guests had to pass this door to get to stairs to 3rd floor. Also there was a camera just outside the kitchen door which was pointed in toward the kitchen. We hung a black trash bag up to cover the door window. We were also unaware that this house had guests on different levels when we booked it, you could hear them walking around above us. There was a minor ant problem that I made owner aware of but received no response about. Forget about adjusting the air conditioning or heat either, there are no controls available for guests. There is no living space either (there is a dining room, however). As for towels/cloths - we were there for 4 nights - we were provided with 2 bath towels ea, 1 hand towel ea, 1 "makeup" cloth ea. I didn't mind the 2 bath towels, but I would really have preferred to have a face cloth and hand towel for each day of my stay. In the kitchen we were only provided with 2 towels as well.

• Ladetra (8/5): It was wonderful. - The property was nice and they provided all of the soap/lotion/coffee/washcloths that we would need. It was clean and cozy. I was under the impression that one of the rooms had three twin beds, but it was a king instead. I would’ve preferred the three single beds. Once you enter into the residence, there is a flight of stairs. One member in our group struggled with the stairs, but it was not a problem overall. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work. However, everything else was great and I would stay again.

• Frances (9/5): Perfect base for a short stay in Niagara. - This was a self catering property located within easy walking distance of all the action in Niagara but far enough away to be peaceful. Parking was available at the property, which was a bonus and host responded quickly when I made contact. Facilities were excellent, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with toiletries provided. The property had a large and well equipped kitchen - the only item I couldn't find was a wooden (or plastic) spoon to use with non-stick saucepans. We could just see the evening fireworks from the falls whilst sitting on the balcony! Everything was good.

The property description does not disclose people living above us, so we could hear them walking around. Also people were living below us, as we were advised to walk around bare footed so as not to disturb them.

• Lori (9/5): Loved the stay I would definitely come back with my husband and son - I love the space and away from the hustle and bustle. It is a close enough walk to Birdkindom and the main strip. We loved the private deck off the onsuit in the main bedroom. You can see the fireworks a bit, so that was nice. The kitchen is very large. Was able to shop and buy groceries for the weekend. The internet was spotty but wasn't necessary. In the kitchen, I waved at my neighbours a few times, making coffee. The emergency exit needs a curtain. It's not a big deal, but if someone walks around in their birthday suit, there could be some tears. The house is not soundproof proof, so you need to be careful about how heavy you walk.
