Guest Reviews
- Kate (7/5): Good -
- Nicola (8/5): Quiet area, near public’s transport, 20 mins into centre. Sufficient for what we needed. - Comfortable and clean.
- Shaw (7/5): Comfortable, quiet stopover - Quiet location with free parking. The airer was broken and no pegs for the washing line. Would be great to dry clothes
- Kim (6/5): Comfortable enough and nice neighbours. - Good location, fair size. Too many jobs needed doing during our stay and beds and sofa need replacing.
- Debra (9/5): Superb - Nice little house The sofa was very uncomfortable
- Tamsin (7/5): Tamsin - Bath panel has broken which wasn't me same as stains on the bed. Thank you.
- Gyuray (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aneesh (9/5): Great stay, comfy and warm tone with great view. - It's a lovely house to stay in. Comfy, warm tone and nice neighbourhood. We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 3 people with no issues. WIFI, TV worked great. Bedrooms were comfy with nice views. Facilities such as heating, water pressure, warm water was great as well. Overall, recommended from our side. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable - gave a bit of an ache when sat for too long. Collection of the keys were a hassle. We couldn't figure out how to use the lock box, maybe it would be best if a short video could be done to show how to open the lock box and shared privately via email with the users (similar to the video sent as to where the house was located).
- Drew (6/5): A place to go if you cant find anything else. - The place was a good cheap location with free parking. It had a good TV with Netflix and decent Wifi. The place had limited utensils and nothing to clean dishes with or dry them. No mention that we had to purchase everything to stay there. The bathroom had no soap and was a stand in the bath with a door that would shut properly. It was also a stand in the bath shower meaning water went everywhere! The beds were the softest beds I have ever slept on and my other friend slept on the floor because his back hurt so much from the beds. The house was insanely noisy you cannot walk quietly around the house!
- Melissa (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect for what we needed.
- Lynette (8/5): Grounded us again at a very horrible time in our lives - We had to have an emergency stay for a couple of days away from our home. The area was where we knew and we was very comfortable and settled. We would like to thank the hosts because they met our needs at a very horrible time in our lives. We would use the property again.
- Norman (7/5): Good - Location was good only 15 mins from our weekend activities and handy for city centre. Slightly tired decor.
- Katrina (9/5): Great - Location was great. It was perfect for our stay, nicely decorated, comfortable. And the kitchen had everything you need.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb - A+++
- Itcat (10/5): The best host in Nottingham. - Extremely helpful and hospitable. Honestly, the hosts could not be friendlier or more accommodating.
Transport to the city is a 30 second walk away, and the house is in a lovely, quiet and discrete location.
Coupled with being cheaper than a hotel or basic apartments in the same area, it really is an unbeatable deal.
The chocolate and beer upon arrival was a lovely touch, although I don't drink, they certainly won't go to waste! I can't say anything bad about this place. Even if I try, there just isn't anything negative to say about this spot,
- Cathi (5/5): Quiet and basic - It was in a very quiet suburban area away from busy roads. I think the settee needs to be replaced. It was very worn and uncomfortable.
It really was very basic which is expected for the price.
- Ali (1/5): Bad - Nothing The house was nothing like advertised at all, the furniture in the garden was broken and unusable, the sofa was so worn down it sinks in the middle and uncomfortable. Wasn't clean, and the host was no help at all. i would definitely never recommend this place to anyone.
- Michelle (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great, quiet neighbourhood
Parking is very convenient
Bedding and towels clean The property was not cleaned well. On entering the lounge the carpets were very stained and dirty. The couch is collapsing in the middle, very uncomfortable and looks dirty. The fridge was not cleaned just emptied so we could use it. The bathroom was also not cleaned well. The bedroom there were about 7 bags of presumably dirty laundry in one of the cupboards. Communication was very slow. The back garden chairs are broken can’t really relax there either. Could do with some deep cleaning.
- William (5/5): Sofa was murderous - Sofa was horrendous, centre of it had copllapsed, it was an old sofa bed and was only furniture available for watching TV. We found on arrival in the main bedroom cupboard 6 bags of used linen, not very impressive.
- Sopheenicole (9/5): Would stay again - Decent little place tbh! Good value for money, private parking and end of terrace house in what seemed to be a quiet neighborhood. Logged into all the apps like prime and Disney plus... Bonus! Couple of little things like the toaster doesn't work and the vinal In the kitchen wasn't stuck down properly and the fridge needed a clean but other than that it's super cute!

- Sharon (9/5): Superb - Very homely Sofa was very uncomfortable
- Julia (8/5): Very good -
- Terry (8/5): Would use again when working in this area - Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, quiet neighbourhood.
