- Treasure (4/5): LAST resort stay only! - I liked the sink that’s literally all. The place had an odor to it . As well as the floors creak every-time you walk. The shower liner was old and had obviously been previously used. The place was already overpriced for the quality and then they asked for $100 deposit. The staff is not really friendly and will hold your deposit. Giving you the run around when you ask for it back . Yet require you to pay deposit immediately to get check in instructions. If you can find a better stay , then please do that . This is a last resort type of stay.
- Alyssa (9/5): Superb -
- Nathan (1/5): Bad -
- Patricia (1/5): Bad - Well when I arrived no one would respond to me so that I could send my deposit so it took a while to get the gate code and door code to get into the property. In the policy it specifically says that parties are not allowed and would be asked to leave quickly. But yet there was a party downstairs they were loud after 9pm the females there were hitting on my husband and kept slamming the door. And then the property denies my deposit because of noise it was just us two and wanted a quiet night together and didn’t get that so very upsetting when they denied my deposit. Then the property manager wouldn’t respond to my questions and couldn’t say what the problem was except excessive noise. So this place is not good at all the location is horrible. Communication is horrible with this property. Also it has a weird smell.
- Richie (1/5): Bad - Aweful Could Joined FORCES #$%$%$%$$€

- Angela (10/5): Cute, Cozy, & Convenient - This property is aesthetically pleasing, with beautifully decorated interiors that create a welcoming atmosphere. The heating works quickly, making it even more comfortable during colder months.
- Chris (9/5): With a few tweaks we would have given it 5 star but lack of cutlery was a bit of a pain. - Ideal location for downtown Dallas and White Rock Lake. Nice and quiet. Plug point didn’t work in bathroom so had to use hairdryer in the lounge. A few pieces of china had chips out of them and nor enough cutlery we only had one dessert spoon and one teaspoon.
- Mary (7/5): Ok - Well presented overall The location was not great- we didn’t feel particularly safe
- Deborah (7/5): Thankful to be near the hospital. - Clean inside - spacious Pull out bed in living room not comfortable. No lighting outside near the stairs. Very dark at night.
- Idalia (10/5): We loved our stay! It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay in especially for 1 night only. Would definitely recommen - The property was in a very quiet neighborhood! We slept peacefully and safe knowing there were locks on the gate and on the apartment doors itself.
- Fernando (10/5): Nice place to Stay - Everything was perfect Entrance lock was difficult but after that everything was good
- Luong (10/5): In total it was perfect. I love this place and will come back - The room is clean and comfortable. It looks exactly like the picture. I hope they can get more cooking stuff. Because I am a chef I would like to cook for my girlfriend, and that's why I chose an apartment instead of hotels.
- Angelino (8/5): Very good -
