Guest Reviews
- Guillermo Jon (10/5): We stayed for four days and felt lucky to have found this apartment. Being just 10 minutes from the Duomo and 5 minutes - Comfortable and very well-located apartment. N/A
- Anna Ai Linh (7/5): - It had a kitchen and a nice TV area Unfortunately the property was up a hill so it was quite difficult to get up with suitcases.
We also couldn’t find any extra adapters for the plugs to use the hairdryer which was provided.
- Giuseppina (10/5): -

- Verdelago (9/5): - Posizione ottima vicino a Ponte Vecchio.
- Joseph (7/5): Nice place - Very convenient location. We walked everywhere from the apartment. Ponte Vecchio, the train station, all of the major sites are walkable from the apartment. Great Air Conditioning was a great respite after the hot hot days. Nice place. The hill leading up to the apartment is no joke. It is steep, and the apartment is pretty high up on the street. I highly recommend taking taxis or maybe renting some sort of transportation to avoid walking up that incline. Additionally, as disclosed in the description, the backside of the apartment is somewhat subterranean. So, it does have a little damp feel inside. The back of the place backs up to a noisy road.
- Nyrmala (8/5): Great location, nice apartment overall. - Very close to the city centre, there's a big supermarket nearby and everything can be done by walking. If you need taxis though, there're a few passing by the bigger road down the street. The apartment has a very nice size and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There's little ventilation in the room and also limited natural light. The apartment is located up a stip hill and there's also a small flight of stairs to get to it, so not really suitable for people with limited mobility. The communication with the hosting company was a bit tricky at times as well, there was a long wait for answers at times and there was also some confusion with the check out and the possibility to leave our bags in the apartment.
- Stuart (2/5): Not nice and would not recommend in its current state. - The location was good and close to the city center albeit it is at the top of a steep hill. We were given instructions before we arrived that the keys would be in a lock box. We got there after a long day travelling and the keys weren't there. Managed to contact the company who owns it and they said that it hasn't been cleaned as the cleaner is sick so no keys have been left! They did arrive in 30 mins but we had to go for a wonder while they cleaned the apartment. These things happen but we never even got an apology from the company.
We knew that the apartment was partially underground but we didn't expect it to look like an old bomb shelter and the decor and furniture to be so old and out dated. The curtains were all ripped, the plug sockets hanging out of the walls and the washing machine falling to pieces. But the worst was the damp smell that smelt like wet dog!
We travelled around Italy for 3 weeks and this was the most expensive place we stayed per night and by far the worst. The whole place just needs a good makeover and some care.
