- Minna (8/5): Syysloma - Sijainti on erinomainen, 10 minuuttia rautatieasemalle ja 10 minuuttia vanhaan kaupunkiin. Asunto on tilava ja siisti. Kylpyhuone on iso ja suihkusta tukee lämmintä vettä hyvällä paineella😁. Pesukone on hyödyllinen pitkän oleskelun aikana. Netti ei toiminut moneen päivään. Ilmoitin siitä ja kyselin perään useamman kerran, mutta asialle ei kuulemma voitu tehdä mitään. Lopulta tarjottiin kannettavaa reititintä, jota ei kuitenkaan toimitettu. Varaudu siis käyttämään omakustanteista mobiilidataa. Isomman makuuhuoneen sänky on todella pehmeä ja tyynyt ovat muhkuraiset.

- Zsombor (9/5): Good choice - Beautiful modern apartment with 2 large bedrooms and a living room, close to the Old Town. Everything was as shown in the pictures. Nice and cozy terrace. The air conditioning could only be controlled centrally, so it operated in all rooms at once and could not be adjusted individually per room. In one of the bedrooms, the air blew directly onto the bed.

- Joe (5/5): - Very nice resort, high quality apartment, within walking distance of everything The property agent, Guisy, was unhelpful. Our first meeting at the apartment consisted of a speech about separating the trash and then we had to sign a contract and pay a E150 deposit. We were not told about this in advance, is it legal ? Our whatsapp messaging afterwards was all about 'damage' to the apartment. If Guisy wants a caretaker for the apartment then she pays them; we are paying her so treat us as guests, not criminals. There was no helpful tourist information offered, I had to text Guisy for wifi information. On the last day, we were asked to make a video, time stamped, to show that no damage had occurred in the apartment. Never again !!!

- Ruta (7/5): In general the location and apartment are good, but communication is terrible. - Communication with the apartment owner/manager was terrible. The deposit for possible damages was charged one day before departure. When I inquired about the charge, the apartment owners delayed their response and eventually said that the deposit would be returned within 23 business days!!! And if you don’t receive the deposit back, it means the apartment owner found damages and the deposit will not be refunded. In the end, the apartment owner completely ignored my questions when I asked for information about the condition of the apartment we left.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly welcoming. The location was ideal—close to everything in Monopoli yet peaceful and quiet. The check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were friendly and attentive. There was nothing to dislike—everything exceeded our expectations.
