• Renata (8/5): Tolles Hotel nah am Bahnhof - Sehr zentral, nah am Bahnhof gelegen. Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr sauber. Bad sehr klein, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.

• Roxanne (7/5): - I loved the location because we caught the train and there was no need to take the water taxi schlepping our luggage on and off a boat. Once we located the hotel and stored our luggage we caught the water taxi to the main square. The ride is about 15-20 minutes after all the stops. Venice is one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in Italy. I dont have anything bad to say about Venice, its one of my favorites. I didn't like the person at the hotel who escorted us to our room, which was not necessary. He gave us attitude because he didn't like the tip I gave him. I think he was the owner/bellman. But the hotel elevators are so small and it was very tight with 3 ppl and 2 of us with luggage. Anywho, it was a nice hotel and served its purpose.

• Danette (8/5): Nice and Pretty Hotel close to Venezia Santa Lucia Station. - The room is big and the furniture is pretty, I saw some people complainig about the alexa in the room, just shut the camera off and it should be okay, ours had the camera off already. Its about 5 minutes away from Venice Santa Lucia train station, our fare included breakfast and it was very good they offered coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, bacon, variety of cheeses and breads, so if you get a good price with breakfast included dont hesitate to take it. Everything was clean, the bathroom was very big and pretty too, they also have a lift if you are worried about this as some hotels in Venice dont have lifts this one does. They also have very pretty and big toilets in the reception that you can use once you check out. The staff overall was okay as well. We made a reservation of a room with a single bed and a queen beed next to it, and thats what the photos in our reservation showed but once we arrived we got a room with 2 single beds turned into a king bed we told them we specifically booked this room as we wanted 2 separate beds, they told us they could separate the beds next day but not that night as there was no longer someone from service room, they said it was impossible and got a bit mad at us for requesting this, WHY?? They did solve the issue but we had to sleep in one bed the first night because they messed up our reservation so even if you book two beds double check with them that they will set up the room like that as they dont seem to double check on their side. I would have made it clear to them before my arrival but nowhere in my reservation said we were getting one king bed.

• Wioletta (1/5): - Lokalizacja i dobre śniadanie Brak dostępu do światła dziennego , widok z okien na mur , rurę kanalizacyjną o śmieci nie mieści mi się w głowie. Zepsuło nam to cały pobyt , wracałam bardzo późno do hotelu żeby na to nie patrzeć. Do tego na ścianie złote aniołki na których były pajęczyny. Najgorszy hotel w jakim byłam w życiu. Jeśli ktoś mimo wszysko się na niego skusi to polecam rezerwować Amadeus bo jest dwa razy tańszy , a to ten sam hotel. Nie wiem po co tak jest , ale klienci powinni się poczuć nabi w butelkę jak się orientują ,że mogli mieć to samo za połowę ceny. Było nam przykro bo znajomi za połowę tej ceny mieli piękny pokój z widokiem na kanał kilkaset metrów od nas. Nie polecam

Bem no centro e na rua principal onde você podia caminhar para os principais pontos turísticos, o que facilitou demais nossa estadia. Recomendo fortemente. Não gostei de ter esquecido o meu carregador na tomada do hotel.

• TIAGO (10/5): Ótima hospedagem em Vezena localização e custo benefício. - Gostei muito do ótimo, localização perfeita próximo a estação de trem, perto de tudo, restaurante e fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã muito bom. Nada. Tudo foi muito bom.
• Salmeh (1/5): Awful stay – filthy room with bed bugs and unprofessional staff. - location. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I had booked the room for two nights, but it was infested with bed bugs. I was bitten all over my body during the night, and it completely ruined my stay. I even took pictures of the bugs on the bed (clearly showing bed bugs) and of my legs covered in bites as proof. On top of that, the reception staff were very rude and unfriendly during check-in, and also at check-out. According to my Booking.com reservation, the check-out time was 12:00 noon, but the hotel unreasonably changed it to 11:00 a.m. When I mentioned this to the reception, they simply said it had been changed since July, even though my confirmed booking clearly stated 12:00. This is absolutely unacceptable. The hotel does not maintain proper hygiene, and the staff do not care about guests’ comfort or provide professional service. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Separate room for bathroom and washroom was good. A bit noisy after 6am as the room was facing towards the street. The design of bathroom could be improved as the partition could not prevent water from spilling everywhere.

• Tiffany (9/5): Very nice! - The location was perfect. Walking distance from the city center but also very close to the train and bus station. The room was clean and comfortable. Interesting to note that it is much easier to find the Amadeus hotel since Hotiday owns rooms in that hôtel.

• Lorelei (1/5): Booked and paid for a room only to be screamed at by the desk clerk, and refused housing. - Location was the reason I booked this hotel; unfortunately I did not get to take advantage of the location. Upon arrival, I went to the front desk to get checked in. The desk clerk told me that they had my reservation, but not my room number? He then told me to call Hotiday and ask for my room number...so I did. It was Sunday so apparently that is a difficult time for this company, and I spent the next 2 hours in the lobby trying to get hold of Hotiday/booking.com; with limited success. Finally I got through by choosing the 'book your room now' option on the voice mail. I was informed that the reservation I had made and paid for would not be honored; and if I wanted a room I would need to go to ANOTHER ISLAND IN VENICE to be housed. Since I was traveling in July, the availability of rooms was limited because it was the height of tourist season. I spoke again to the desk clerk, who was very rude. He screamed at me that Hotiday buys a room for a year, then marks it up and sells it on their website! Told me it was MY FAULT for using booking.com and should have known better. He then advised me to take a water taxi to the other island which cost my 70 euro! All in all a very stressful expreience.

• Angela (5/5): - There was excessive noise coming from other rooms, and additionally, someone was using the shower, which was very loud. Another point of concern: in most hotels, guests are offered complimentary water, but we were charged €6 for two small bottles—quite expensive compared to other hotels. Finally, the breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were not well prepared, the cutlery was dirty, and there was no service provided by any staff or waitress. It was the worst hotel that we have been.

• Jean-philippe (6/5): N a pas la valeur de son prix initial - L emplacement, proche de la gare et de vaporetto Pour un 4 étoile, le petit dej est navrant (jus fruit industriel, tables lentement débarrassées, peu de choix et souvent manquants, comme l omelette pendant 30 minutes a attendre, la salle connectée aux cuisines) La chambre est confortable mais côté rue, assez bruyante en jour, la salle de bain est correcte mais aucun produit hormis des gros pots de gel, les serviettes a main sont des nappes, le papier toilette hyper râpeux... Dernier point: si vous partez plus tôt que le petit dej, ne prenez pas le doddy bag: plein de biscottes, biscuits secs, un yaourt choco mauvais, bref, autant rien prendre que s encombrer de ça.

• Luisa (1/5): This is not a real hotel – it’s a scam. Avoid at all costs. - It’s a scam! Hotday is not an actual hotel. It’s a fake listing. Once you arrive and pay (non-refundable), you receive a vague message saying you might be relocated to a “partner hotel” — but the truth is, Hotday does not exist at all. They place you in Hotel Amadeus, a completely different property with very poor standards: two to three stars at best, with an inefficient reception and bad service. You only discover the scam once you’re already there, with no option to cancel or get your money back. Hotel Amadeus refuses any responsibility and says the issue is with the platform. No help, no assistance — you’re completely on your own. I contacted customer service immediately and received no response for over 7 days. I ended up paying for two hotels on the same date because I refused to stay in that shady place and booked another room at a nearby NH Hotel instead. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not book this property — it’s misleading, dishonest, and should be removed from any platform immediately. Nothing.
• Denilson (10/5): - Localização excelente! Se você vai viajar à Veneza e não quer sofrer com malas, este local é ideal. Perto da estação principal. Veneza é pequena, mas cheia de pontes e escadas. Ficar em um hotel próximo da estação faz você sofrer menos ao se deslocar com as malas. Detalhe importante, o hotel se chama na verdade AMADEUS, ele faz parte desta room colection, mas é bom ter isso em mente para não se perder procurando na rua.

Вікна виходять на сусідню будівлю, сонця немає, в кімнаті темно. Немає столу, немає халатів. Чути все, що відбувається в ресторані на вулиці. Сніданок поганий, вибір страв і реалізація - ніяка. Персонал неприємний в спілкуванні.

• Mark (8/5): Weekend in Venice - The staff of the Hotel Amadeus was very helpful and informative. The location was very convenient and easy to get to any place we were going. The room was a little smaller than anticipated for the three of us. It was quiet and we did enjoy the stay.

Face towels made from napkin material, scratchy and not suitable for face at all, not cotton like the bath towels. Also not necessary to have Amazon Echo In the room, which has a camera. Most people would not know to switch camera off. Real invasion of privacy as someone has access to the camera on the echo. I unplugged mine.

• Irene (6/5): Inte som bilderna - Läget var 10 poäng. Frukosten var bra men mest pga pannkaksmaskinen. Rummet var ganska slitet och gammalt, även om det var en målad vägg och häftig sänggavel. Inte som på bilderna. Personalen på hotellet var ganska sura. Det kändes som att de försökte undvika gästerna. Hotellet är dött utom vid frukosten. Ingen musik och ingen bar eller något mysigt ställe att sitta på kvällen.
• VEDAT DUMANLI (8/5): GREAT BREAKFAST - 5MIN FROM THE TRAIN STATION - The location is very good just 5 min from the santa lucia train station but you need to walk around 20 min to san marco square. the building is nice and the room size is good. the best thing in the hotel was the breakfast it was really enough good and there was a so nice garden we enjoyed so much. we got 2 rooms. at our room it was looking to the busy noisy street and it was so difficult to sleep or in the morning at 5 am u wake up because of niosy. but still it was ok. for the other room my brother had an issue because the AC wasnt working and they gave a small vantilator that didnt help too much also at the bathroom there was a lighting problem. also the room looks to the side a backside where there was only a wall.
• Gabriel (5/5): 4 star should be 3 star - Hotel is very close to the station and very well located If travelling on the summer the AC is not good. Bathroom smelled off. If you didn't arrive to the breakfast very early you would not get any eggs, when asked for more I was ignored.

• Gülden (8/5): Ben bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. - Santa Lucia Tren istasyonundan yürüyerek 4 dakikada otele vardık.Otelden de Marco Polo Havalimanına giden otobüslere yürüyerek 9 dakikada ulaştık. San Marco meydanına 20 dk uzak olsa da bence valizlerle toplu taşımaya uygun olması iyiydi. Kahvaltı nispeten iyiydi.Valizlerimizi check-out tan sonra tüm gün otelde bagaj odasında muhafaza edebildik. Odanın temizliği, banyonun ve tuvaletin ayrı olması hoşumuza gitti Beğenmediğim bir yanı olmadı.
• Claudia (9/5): Super Lage, super sauber, schöne Zimmer - Sehr, sehr sauber. Wir hatten 2 DZ und ein Dreierzimmer. Süß gestaltete Zimmer, viel größer als wir in Venedig erwartet hatten, auch die Bäder sehr gut. Netter Innenhof zum Frühstücken. Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, weil es nah am Bahnhof liegt und wir nicht die Koffer durch Venedig rollern wollten. Es liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Die vorderen Zimmer sind deshalb abends etwas lauter… Die Tauben, die im Innenhof lauern… ;-)
