• Helena (10/5): Heerlijk licht, modern apartement op toplocatie - Eigenlijk alles. We komen zeker terug! De locatie is top, in een rustige straat maar om de hoek volop terrasjes & restaurants en 10 min lopen naar metro. Apartement is modern, lekker licht, super schoon, heerlijke bedden en fijne badkamer. Het is ‘s ochtends heerlijk ontbijten in de keuken aan het barretje met de luiken open waar het mooie licht naar binnenkomt (zie foto) Niks 1 kleine opmerking: Keukenkastjes aan onderkant zijn beschadigd en dienen wel nog even opgeknapt te worden want die passen nu niet in het gehele plaatje.

• Susana (7/5): Fab location. Spotless little apartment. - Fantastic location, just at the core of Navigli lively canals, bars and restaurants. Very comfortable. Quiet. Spotless clean. Complimentary water and coffee pods. Everything in great condition. I didn’t realise at booking it was a 4th floor with no lift. The bedroom could do with an armchair or something to sit other than the bed since there’s no sofa or living space.

• Maria (10/5): Modern, clean, and quiet apartment in the heart of the lively Navigli district - Spotlessly clean apartment that had everything we needed — even a small espresso machine, which was a lovely touch. The absolute highlight is the location: right in the heart of the Navigli district, surrounded by cozy restaurants and great spots for aperitivo. Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful, as it faces a calm inner courtyard. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions for self check-in. If we come back to Milan, we would definitely love to stay here again! It's worth noting that the walls are quite thin, so you can sometimes hear noise from the neighboring apartments. Also, it wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to know that the apartment is on the fourth floor and there’s no elevator.
• Amy (8/5): Would stay again - We enjoyed the area it feels more authentic than a hotel in the middle of Milan - we managed to walk to the center in 25 mins it’s a good hub to get to the metro quick too. Tonnes of good bars and restaurants. It was nice to come back from the centre and have a drink on the canal. Can be noisy at night at the weekend but we took ear plugs so was fine :) very good check in instructions from host The bedroom shutter rattles so we had to put a suitcase against it to stop the noise. Lots of stairs to appt but didn’t bother us but may be an issue if you are less abled or lazy. Don’t be put off by little backstreet location we felt safe throughout our stay. Even the neighbours were friendly

• Amar (10/5): Fantastic stay right next to canal - Very modern and comfortable. Beautiful view from Window Didnt really bother us as we were aware however there are stairs to climb to access unit on level 4. If heavy suitcases this could be a problem
• Marina (10/5): Nice location, comfortable bed, enough amenities. - Nicely renovated apartment, nice view from the kitchen, comfortable bed, enough towels, shower gel smelled amazing. Location is in the center of Navigli, very lively neighbrohood, if thats what you’re looking for. There was a drying fan, iron. There was a spider in the bedroom which we coldn’t remove because it was in the corner od the ceiling. The kitchen elements were either dirty or paint was removed, I couldn’t tell. Also, this was a 2 night stay, Monday to Wednesday. We arrived Monday evening, and ok the second day Tuesday, i received message in the evening to remind me that we should check out tomorrow morning until 10am. I didn’t like this reminder because, first of all, I am responsible guest and I know the check out time. I don’t need a reminder. I thinks this was a bit rude because it makes you feel like the host is hurrying you to leave. We would leave until 10 anyway, even without reminder.
• Cath (9/5): A fabulous apartment in a brilliant location. - The apartment was modern, clean and in an excellent location. It also had a great coffee machine in the fully furnished kitchen. We would highly recommend booking this apartment and would stay there again. We just missed having no WiFi. The air con was not sufficient, however we were experiencing a heat wave at the time!
• Vicki (3/5): Don’t stay during summer - The only good thing is the position for night life. There was no proper air conditioning and it was up 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. DO NOT stay during summer. The apartment was always hot never cooled down.

• Sarah (8/5): Cosy place in a hip neighbourhood - Great location, easy communication with the host, everything was new and clean and a chilled bottle of water was waiting in the fridge as well. The AC didn't do anything and it's quite noisy during the nights (I didn't know that's next door to a restaurant/bar street, but the rest was perfectly fine!
• Adam (5/5): Passable - location, good coffee, water in the fridge, comfortable bed Air conditioning - malfunctions. The outlet is aimed directly at the balcony wall which causes warm air to return to the flat. This in turn causes heat in the room.
• Agnese (7/5): Good - The apartment location was perfect, close to many cafes and restaurants just right around the corner, meanwhile the apartment was quiet. The kitchen should be better equipped - some larger bowl and some larger knifes missed. As the air temperature were +32 C unfortunately it was not possible to get some cool refreshment in the apartment as the air conditioner didn't work properly. There were ants in the apartment.

• Chiara (9/5): Luxurious stay in quiet street near Navigli - The apartment is newly renovated and has all you need for a short stay. Very clean and thoughtful. The area is very lively, with many food and drinks options. The apartment is in a quiet street, so noises from outside are not bad. Check in process was not smooth because the lock box pin I got from the check in page was wrong. Luckily the owner had written me on WhatsApp earlier so I could ask him. He answered immediately and was very helpful.

• Gustavolm (10/5): Cozy apartment - Very cozy apartment with everything that we need for a good rest. The host was always available when we had a few questions. Please, pay attention that you have to climb the stairs for a few floors to reach the apartment. Some people may find it challenging to do that.
• Luigi (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very nice, clean, and comfy. The location is amazing and the host is really a nice person to deal with. Having a Nespresso machine is a plus. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has no lift. I would recommend adding a working desk and chair in the room to help business clients.

• Park (9/5): Superb - Inside the apartment is clean and new. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Free coffee pads and some simple breakfast were set in the kitchen for the 1st morning, It was so convenient. The owner was very helpful for everything. Only 2 minor points were that it was so hard to go up and down on stairs with heavy bags and noise due to the old building. In general, it was a great stay!

• Sean (9/5): Stay in Navigli - Excellent apartment, in a great location, with lots or bars, restaurants and cafes near by. Lots of public transport to get you to other parts of the city. The apartment was very clean and a great size for a couple sharing. The host was very nice and kept in touch throughout our stay. The one small negative is the apartment is located up 3 or 4 flights of stairs and has no lift. May be a little bit difficult for some people with lots of bags.

• Anesiab (10/5): Incredible stay in the best area in Milan! - Can't say enough great things about this place!!! The location was everything and then on top of that, the interior of the apartment was very modern and clean. We had everything we needed and more, plus the host was so personable and checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed! The check-in instructions were so detailed and helpful. Like a large portion of homes in this area, be prepared to take stairs up, but we packed light enough and expected it so it did not hinder our stay in any way.
