• Alessio (8/5): - La posizione non eccessivamente vicino alla Medina ma facile da raggiungere. Avrei preferito una pulizia maggiore, mio figlio ha bagnato i lenzuoli e nonostante li avessimo richiesti non ci sono stai forniti, fortunatamente il fatto è accaduto il giorno prima di partire.

• Martine (8/5): Fijn appartement met heerlijk balkon in de zon - Het appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen, goede prijs. Het was een mooi ruim en schoon appartement met een heerlijk balkon waar je zowel in de ochtend als de avond zon had. Het appartement was leuk aangekleed. Het was niet duidelijk hoe we de sleutel kregen voor ons appartement en tevens was het appartement zelf moeilijk te vinden in de straat. Uiteindelijk zijn we goed geholpen door iemand uit de buurt. Daarnaast waren de pannen niet schoon. Tevens stond er eind februari geen zon op het zwembad waardoor deze erg koud was en het niet mogelijk was om te zwemmen.
• Tessa (9/5): - Heel mooi appartement in een rustige buurt in Gueliz, op wandel afstand van verschillende bezienswaardigheden/restaurants/bars. Het terras is heel erg gezellig! De concierge, was een zeer vriendelijke man die ons hielp waar nodig. We hadden echt een super fijn verblijf! Verblijf hier is sterk aan te raden! Een heel klein puntje van kritiek, al zou het me niet tegen houden om opnieuw voor dit verblijf te kiezen, is op sommige vlakken de hygiene. Het appartement zou nog eens opgefrist kunnen worden. De kussens op het terras bijvoorveeld waren erg vuil en stoffig. Een aantal stuks bestek en potten waren nog vuil. Sommige handdoeken hadden een muffe, onfrisse geur. Allemaal dingen die snel te verhelpen zijn en een 10/10 zouden opleveren op alle vlakken.

• Rosalind (9/5): Comfortable stay, excellent location, had everything we needed. - Excellent location, the apartment had everything we needed. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast. Before booking we read some reviews about the curtains being thin in the bedroom and there sometimes not being enough hot water. There are electronic blinds outside of every window that close fully so you can get full black-out/privacy. There was no issue with the hot water as you need to put on the brighter light in the bathroom that starts the extractor fan and this gives you plenty of hot water. Putting on the dim light in the bathroom will not start the hot water. The apartment could do with having larger sized cups/mugs as the only cups available were so tiny, expresso size. I am used to seeing more kitchen utensils/cooking items available in self-catering apartments but it was ok for us as we ended up eating out all the time. However, the kitchen did have the basics to cook a meal.

• Kamal Mateo (8/5): - Location and clean. The heater was super noisy. Also, the TV wasn't working. The garage is too small to park our SUV. We had to park in the street which is a challenge in that area.

• María (10/5): 100% recomendable - El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila con algún restaurante- cafetería muy agradables. Tiene una piscina que apenas hemos utilizado, pues es algo sombría y, además, hemos pasado todo el día fuera. Tiene varias tienditas cerca donde puedes comprar leche, agua, o cualquier cosa para desayunar. El apartamento tiene nevera completa, fuegos que no hemos utilizado, tostadora y sandwichera, además de microondas. También tiene una lavadora que nos ha servido de gran ayuda, pues en muchas de las excursiones teníamos la sensación de volver con polvo en la ropa y poder lavarla es fantástico cuando viajas con una pequeña mochila de las que permiten el Ryanair. El personal es muy amable y Usain, el conserje, está siempre dispuesto a colaborar. Viajamos un matrimonio con una hija adolescente y recomendamos encarecidamente este alojamiento. Adjunto fotografías de una pequeña terracita muy agradable (privada del apartamento) Muchas gracias. La única pega es que está un poquito lejos de la plaza central (15 min andando), si bien con tres euros durante el día y quizá cuatro por la noche tienes un taxi que te lleva y te trae. En nuestra opinión, la calma y el silencio de la zona bien lo merece.

• Tina Lund (8/5): Good value for money ! - Fint sted, dejlig beliggenhed, tæt på Medina’en og go’ til 3 mennesker. Hyggelig terasse ! Meget svært at finde, da navnet på bygningen er et andet, men vi var heldige med en lokal som fandt det !

La douche dangereusement glissante, Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas eu de draps de rechange, Les rideaux n’était pas adaptés aux vis à vis : trop léger

• Abdul (5/5): Nice apartment, just needs some curtains and decent AC - The bedroom is very spacious. Nice balcony. AC not working/ cooling properly. The bedroom has a thin see through curtain which meant there was virtually no privacy in the bedroom. The inside of the bedroom can be easily seen from the apartment from the other side.

There is a shop around the corner If you need to print your boarding pass to return, I’d ask in advance or walk across the street to hotel Racine, very easy If you don’t speak French or Arabic, would be handy to have google translate to hand, but nowadays this is hardly a barrier
• Anonymous (8/5): Peaceful decent apartment. - Clean and tidy apartment and fairly well equipped kitchen with washing machine etc. Big bright balcony tradionally furnished. Decent location with shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars very close by and in a quiet street. Around 20 min walk to the Medina. Not enough cooking utensils. No oven shelves. Outdoor furnishings need a good clean, especially the rug and cushions. Clothes drying rack broken. No decent sizes cups or mugs. We didn't need to use the sofa bed, but if it was used, there is only I chair that could be used in the living area. Need proper curtains in the bedroom for privacy from opposite apartments. Poor drainage from the shower at the end of our week which we informed the owner about.

• Μαρια (6/5): Dirty room but in a good location - The apartment is located in a good location. It is nicely decorated. The apartment wasn’t clean. We were there for 6 days and they never changed the bins and never asked if we want to change the sheets. Also the shower was clogged and they never fixed it.Moreover when we asked to pay the tourist fee with card they refused and insisted to pay only cash as they don’t have a card machine . When we paid with cash they didn’t give us the invoice even when we asked it and they said rudely that in Morocco we don’t give invoices.
• Rumisha (9/5): My stay in the apartment was generally enjoyable and with much comfort. - Irrelevant as no breakfast was served. The missing of lights as you walk to the elevator was somehow disturbing, especially when entering the apartment at night. Please consider fixing those lights to ensure they are working, at least when someone is walking along the corridor
