• Vanesa (9/5): Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario - Ubicación, limpieza, juegos de sábanas y toallas (2 por persona) incluido. Detalle de unas cápsulas de café e infusiones, y botella de agua. La persona encargada de la entrega de llaves es muy amable, explica y enseña todo con detalle. Amplio sofá-cama.. Baño con champú, acondicionador y gel de baño, así como secador. Un pequeño detalle, no cerraba bien la puerta del baño.

• jose antonio (9/5): Muy agradable y bien situado - Ubicación, cómodo, amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió, buenas instalaciones. Para ir a los museos , Gran Vía caminando unos 25 minutos. Todo muy próximo. No puedo valorar nada negativo. Indicar que no tiene ascensor pero eso no supuso un problema complicado

• doriana (4/5): Assolutamente no - L’accoglienza dell’host è stata molto gentile. L’appartamento ha un’ottima posizione: ci sono ristoranti e bar in tutto il quartiere; la metro è molto vicina. L’appartamento è grande, ma distribuito male: il bagno è piccolissimo e la camera da letto stretta. Quando siamo arrivati non abbiamo trovato il divano letto preparato per dormire, nonostante avessimo prenotato per 3; ci sono state date le lenzuola per farlo in autonomia. Il disagio maggiore viene dal bagno: non si può buttare la carta igienica nel wc, pertanto bisogna buttarla nel cestino. Questa situazione rende inadatta la struttura per la ricezione. Inoltre il bagno puzza di fogna e non ha nessun sistema di aspirazione. La pulizia dell’appartamento è scarsa, c’era polvere in grandi quantità. Per concludere, l’appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore e non abbiamo trovato questa informazione nella descrizione.
• AMAGOIA (7/5): Buen precio - +Ubicación +Precio +Tamaño apartamento +Luminoso por el día - Olor del baño, olía bastante mal desde el principio. - La luz a la noche, al ser todas las puertas de cristal, la luz del descansillo no se apaga en ningún momento y entra dentro de la habitación.

• Szabó (8/5): Amit a képek alapján láttunk, azt kaptuk. Városnézésre, rövid kikapcsolódásra nagyon jó. - Jó környezetben található a szállás, sok lehetőség volt a közelben, éttermek, kávézók, boltok. Közel a metró, amin keresztül az egész város elérhető. Könnyű be és kijelentkezés, gördülékeny volt minden. Bekészitett pipereholmik, jól felszerelt konyhai rész. Kapszula is volt a kávéfőzőhöz, Saját tapasztalat, nem a szállásadó hibája: zajosabb volt a környék, mint amire számítottunk, ami leginkább a közelben lévő éttermek miatt volt. A lépcsőházban nehéz a közlekedés a szűk folyosó miatt a második emeletre nagyobb bőröndökkel, lift pedig nincsen. A lakásban a nappaliban található ágyat szerintem lehetne cserélni már, eléggé ki van ülve/feküdve. Nekem kényelmetlen volt.

• David (8/5): Very nice apartment in a great location - The location and price of the apartment is excellent, Chamberí is a great place to stay, with good access to the metro and rail, and many cafés and restaurants. It was easy to get the keys, and the apartment was comfortable and clean. We appreciated being able to use the kitchen and also the washing machine and coffee machine. And the little balcony was nice. The bed and bed linen was really comfortable. Really, the Mark is 8.5 Although the check out time was listed as 11.30, we were encouraged to leave by 11 so the apartment could be prepared for the next guests. Also we would have appreciated notes on how to dispose of rubbish and recycling in the local area, where to find the correct bins, what day etc.

• Inesnfaria (6/5): Good location - Location was good, close to the metro. The noise from the street. The apartment was clean but the bed wasn't made. We booked the apartment for 3 people but they only provided us with 2 towels and 1 hand-towel.
• Jo (9/5): Lovely apartment in ideal location - Excellent location close to the centre and perfect for exploring the city. So many good restaurants and bars in the area and good transport links. The apartment is lovely and spacious with everything you need. Only that it is a bit tiring taking a heavy suitcase up the stairs, but this really wasn’t a problem.
• Metabolic0 (10/5): Very good and we will come back for sure when we go to Madrid - The apartment was very clean with a lot of light, even before we entered the clean lady was living. The host is super nice and very communicative. It's a perfect place to go for a walk to the center and has a lot of coffee and restaurants around for you to eat. In the booking the parking says included but it isn't. The host explained to us but this can lead other people in error as did with his. There are several parkings around that can be from 20-120€ per day so choose wisely.
• Elyssa (8/5): Nice suburb away from the busy tourist areas - Owner met us at check-in which was a good change compared to having to wait for messages with codes. He was also very responsive with queries and offered immediate help. The unit is on Level 2 which is difficult to manage luggage(s). Would help if detailed instructions (incl pics of signages at Bilbao station) is provided to help us navigate the way to the apartment. There are multiple exits and most are via stairs. Note, take exit to Calle de Luchana (even numbers).
