Местоположението е перфектно за разходки в центьра, наличието на - Апартаментът е чист, комфортен и удобно ситуиран за разходки в центъра на Кавала. Наличието на паркомясто пред блока и просторна тераса с морска гледка, е безценно. Матракът е удобен и достатъчно голям за високи хора. Липсваше ми по-голям гардероб, в който да подредим всичките си дрехи, но за кратък престой не е проблем.

• Pembe (7/5): - Merkezde olması büyük avantajdı fakat aracımızı park etmekte çok büyük sıkıntı yaşadık.tesis sahibi Yanis çok yardımcı oldu .Eşi hanım efendide çok güler yüzlü bir insan. Herşey oldukça güzeldi fakat sıcak suyun akmıyor olması bizi üzdü.Konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim ama sıcak su akıyor mu sorun😉 Kavala caddeleri çok dar .Konaklama yerine ulaşmak için çok dar sokaklardan geçmek durumunda kaldık ,iyi bir şöförseniz o caddelere girin
• Παντελής (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία και η καθαριότητα Τα δύο κλιματιστικά - αν και κορυφαίας μάρκας (DAIKIN) δεν ήταν επαρκή για να ζεστάνουν το χώρο οπότε από το απόγευμα έως την άλλη μέρα το πρωί που φύγαμε το σπίτι παρέμεινε κρύο. Όλος ο υπόλοιπος εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού ήταν υπερεπαρκής και καινούργιος. Επίσης η θέση στάθμευσης επαρκεί για ένα μικρό αυτοκίνητο πόλης ενώ για μεγαλύτερα αυτοκίνητα είναι κοντή στο μήκος.
• Aleksandra (10/5): - Апартаментът се намира на отлична локация, на пешеходно разстояние от центъра. Беше изключително чисто, леглото е удобно. Има кафе капсули и всичко необходимо за един приятен престой. Климатиците отопляват идеално предвид че е февруари. Гледката от терасата също е уникална. Домакинът беше много любезен, даде ни насоки за такси и места за хапване. Огромно предимство е паркомястото към апартамента, тъй като паркирането в района е затруднено. Препоръчвам☺️🙌 -
• Pacala (10/5): - Apartament foarte spațios cu 2 terase una dintre ele cu vedere la mare , aproape de centru (10 min pe jos) , foarte curat și cu loc de parcare ceea ce este un foarte mare avantaj pentru ca efectiv în apropierea centrului nu ai unde parca în afară de parcările private care te costă în jur de 10 euro pe zi!
• Orhan (10/5): - Sehr gute, zentrale und ruhige Lage. Alle Fenster sind mit leisen Rollläden ausgestattet, sodass die Wohnung verdunkelt werden kann.

• Svetlana (10/5): Прекрасен - Апартаментът е много функционален. Оборудван е с всичко необходимо. Местоположението му е отлично - на няколко минути от центъра на града и плажа. Гледката, която се разкрива от двете тераси е фантастична. Най-големия плюс е наличието на частно паркомясто. Домакинът е изключително любезен. Всичко ми хареса много. С удоволствие Бих го посетила отново.

• Borjana Ljubiša (10/5): - Apartman je izuzetno čist i komforan, ima sve što je potrebno tako da sam imala osjećaj kao da sam u svojoj kući. Domaćin je jako ljubazan i predusretljiv, sve pohvale. Lokacija je savršena i to što ima parking mnogo znači. Rado ćemo se ponovno boraviti tu, sve u svemu čista 10.

• Andrei (10/5): A week in Kavala - The apartment is big enough for a family, well equipped with all devices and cooking equipment you need. The two big balconies offer you plenty of recreation areas to drink your coffee and enjoy the Kavala view. The fact that the property offers a private parking is really a big plus for the area since it is quite hard to find a free parking spot in the center and sometimes even the public parkings are quite full. For a longer stay of a family the property would really need a washing machine, which the owner said he will instal in the future.

• Violeta (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect property for your stay in Kavala. Comfortable, clean, centraly located in a quiete living area. There are two big terraces, one of which is with sea view. The parking spot is a great advantage for Kavala, where the streets are steep and narrow. The host is very kind. Communication is easy. We were very hungry at our arrival, so he drove us to a nice fish restaurant nearby. Highly recommend this property for you stay in Kavala.
