• Damir (1/5): The property falsely advertises the units, so I wouldnt bother choosing a unit. You will get the one that is available u - Only the location. I was not given the unit that I Had booked,very simple. I choose a higher up unit based on the pictures,but was given a ground floor unit with an ugly view of pipes. The apartment also smelled of cigarete smoke. Some of the furniture seems to have been burnt by cigarettes.

• VikingCruicer (3/5): - Proximity to amenities Noisy construction nearby that starts from 7.00am to 6.00pm with loud bangs of metal, apartment sits on top of a massive loud explosion of generator that goes on anytime especially in the middle of the night. No mosquito nets and full of mosquitoes all night.

Kommen gerne wieder!! - Das Appartment ist einem großen, modernen Komplex in Riverside, einem angenehmen Ortsteil von Nairobi. Es ist geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Im Komplex gibt es diverse Restaurants und Shops. Die ganze Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, so auch das Zimmer. Das Frühstück wird in einem hübschen Cafe direkt im Komplex serviert. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Essen, Smoothies und Cafes! Die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet. Die Adresse wurde von unserem Uberfahrer nicht gefunden. Es hat mehrere Anläufe und Runden gebraucht. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die angegebene Adresse nicht eindeutig zuordenbar war..... Vielleicht lag es aber auch an der Ortskenntnis des Uberfahrers ;-)

Есть бассейн, не пользовались. У нас не работали карты, поэтому менеджер предупредил, что заедет сотрудник за деньгами, заберет наличкой, на следующий день. Все тактично и вежливо. До наших аппартаментов нас довел секьюрити. Мы заехали после 15.00 и еще минут 20 ждали пока закончится уборка. А на следующее утро уборка уже пришла в 11 утра. Но это мелкие придирки наши)

The location is excellent, very convenient to cafés and a supermarket, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The building amenities were a real highlight, with a fully equipped gym and two swimming pools, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities one would need for a short or extended stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. When we realized there were no wine glasses, she delivered them to the apartment in less than two hours, which we really appreciated. One small suggestion would be to add a bread toaster, which would be a great extra touch for bread lovers !

• Anonymous (3/5): Disappointing and frustrating! - Location, spacious, clean, safe Poor communication from staff. Malfunctioning and outdated shower system. NO hot water for the whole of our stay despite multiple phone calls and conversations via booking.com to request it to be fixed. Unhelpful and inexperienced staff who left us with no solution. Also said they would change our apartment but didn't honour this and didn't get in touch with us until 1 hour before check-out the next day.

• Sabrina (7/5): Lovely clean apartment although lacks heating - Very clean apartments (we rented 2) spacious with balconies. Breakfast was amazing at the brioche restaurant, so much variety and options. Really amazing staff there Cleaners were lovely, outdoor pool was heated, which was a bonus, nice clean facilities with security patrolling. Abbie was excellent in getting back to me in an efficient manner, extremely helpful prior to arriving with any concerns and questions regarding the country was answered and supported. I appreciate the help. cleaners were absolutely lovely too, very hardworking. One main issue that inconvenienced us was that there was no heating or provision to provide heat other than blankets. Given the cold and rainy weather, this made it difficult to get comfortable in the apartment. Also couldn't dry clothes very easily due to no warm spaces. good point they had a washing machine. They also had difficulty getting the vouchers to us for the breakfast restaurant despite reminders, one day it delayed our trip as we couldn't get our food in time, abit of an inconvenience which I'm not sure they appreciated. overall minor infractions, great place to stay

My new favourite place in Nairobi. - Location, facilities, security A few inconvenient breakdowns such us shower holder, broken bedroom lamp leaning on wall, a broken glass, faulty toilet and a washing machine that washed but didn't spin. These didn't really affect our experience, but it would have been nice to know about them beforehand. Although we had also requested to move and this could have potentially contributed to this experience. So we understand.

• Patrick (9/5): Perfect apartment, host, and location! - My family and I enjoyed our stay. The host organised everything meticulously and provided clear guidance. The apartment is very spacious, modern, and clean, basically everything one could ask for. Also the location is perfect, everything you might need it’s within the complex from cafe, restaurant to supermarket. Honestly nothing bad I picked up, everything was perfect for us. Perhaps a nice stable iron boarding to match your nice iron would nice.

• D'au (9/5): A Nice, Quiet and Cozy Place that I loved! - This is a quiet and cozy accommodation located in a beautiful area where you have pretty much access to everything you may need. I had booked this place for a full weekend start on Thursday through Sunday, The day before my arrival, checking and access instructions were shared with me, which were very easy with a friendly tone. I arrived at the building and was welcomed by security guard who offered to escort me to the apartment. I was able to access the apartment with no issue and discovered how beautiful and cozy the entire place was. The apt was on the ground floor, it had 2 decent bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Added to that was a well-furnished kitchen and a living room with all the basic and more. There was also a nice balcony with a sitting area, very convenient for fresh air or just to relax in a sunny day. I was honestly pleasantly surprised by the layout and how friendly it felt. All instructions were given through messages, so I had no problem figuring out what works how. I had rented a car, and the apt building offered a free and secured parking on the site, which was super convenient for me. I had a small issue with running hot water, despite the clear instructions, I could not make it work. I texted the contact that I was given, and the feedback was immediate. They sent someone to help, and as it turned out, it was an easy fix, problem was solved instantly, and I was a happy client. This is a place I would definitely go back without a single hesitation, especially if you are traveling or visiting with a partner, or a small family, it’s a great set up. All in all, this is a place I would recommend to anyone would want a quiet and cozy area away from the usual noise. I loved the experience and I have shared it with my friends and family, should they decide to visit Nairobi for a short period. The only thing I would point out (nothing major or anything that can prevent anyone from enjoying the stay), giving that Nairobi can get quite cold in the evening and early morning, was for the host to make provision for disposable slippers for guests, as the floor was quite cold if you weren’t wearing socks. Also, in the kitchen, despite having most things that could be needed, paper towel wasn’t available, which to me was a miss out. It would be great to have one in there, especially for guests who didn’t think to stop by a super market on their way to the apartment.
• Ajša (10/5): Really amazing! 😍 - It was outstanding! The views are amazing, the apartment even more. You are given access to the swimming pools, fitness, lounge terrace. Just a few steps down you have also a shop, pharmacy and nice bars. It’s gated so security is 10/10. Clean, spacious, fully equipped. It was so nice we were thinking to extend our stay in Nairobi, haha. Will definitely come back! ❤️

Easy to get an Uber for travel to town and the main shops The water heating system was complicated - not sure I really understood the instructions, however we had hot water on tap.

I think there is a need of some instructions on operations of gas stove etc...power went out on our last day of stay...not sure why?? The bedding can also be white and more comfortable...somehow they were like a plastic paper...

Quiet and safe neighborhood that had access to shops, restaurants and was not far from my place of operation. The Uber service was very easy and quick to access My first day at the apartment started with hiccups. However, this was quickly resolved and the rest of my stay was excellent.
