• Cleude (1/5): Avoid book this pleace avoid stress for yourself - This place have nothing to like about unfortunately Weast my time book this place No recommended places ask for lots all people Passaport lots when you get given straight away it’s ring door watching you 24/7 not privacy at all please full on mod smell very bad I had refused to stay and asked for my money bank left in 5 mints arrived at property
• Lee (7/5): - Adequate accommodation Area questionable late at night I some lads through bottles at me opposite the police station ! Shouting random slurs as i popped to the co op sl ! I am well travelled and was fine but still worth a mention. Was cold and theyhad the heaters temperature locked also zero heaters working in the bedroom . I brought a 15 quid fan heater! Which solved the problem. A nice flat ! But for the love of God make sure it's at least warm !
• Marie (10/5): Made our weekend so much easier and enjoyable. - We loved the fact that we were able to secure a self contained flat for a reasonable price for the weekend. It gave us the flexibility we needed because of the busy schedule we had for the weekend. It was clean, cosy, comfy and we were kept updated every step of the way, with instructions on parking, key codes and everything else we needed. Cannot think of anything we didn't like.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Really cosey, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. - Lovely clean and cosy, nice space to do my work from and I could relax as it was quiet.
• Cathy (9/5): - Lovely little flat. Comfortable and clean. The communication with the hosts was fantastic. Really clear arrival instructions and when I asked questions they were very helpful and responsive. Clearer instructions inside the flat. I've never seen a One Cup Boil machine and spent ages looking for a kettle which wasn't there. The WiFi code is hidden on a page which you don't know is there until you take it out of the plastic sleeve. This meant that arriving late and tired on the first evening, I didn't get the two things I most wanted : a cup of tea and WiFi. All was sorted the next day.

• Cameron (9/5): Great stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back! - The location, ease of entering the property, the furniture. All plus marks Difficult to heat up the apartment. The radiators didn't emit too much heat as they were locked to slightly below room temp and there's a draught coming from the bedroom.

• Neal (9/5): It was lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay there. We'd definitely book to stay there again! - It was very clean, and it had all of the modern appliances you would normally have at home. So we wanted for nothing. It made the stay very pleasant and easy. The only downside was car parking. When we arrived there were no car spaces in the road outside the apartment. It would have been nice to have had our car in sight, and ensure that it was safe. So, we had to find a nearby road to leave the car. Which was okay. But as I say, a space in sight of the apartment would have been preferred.

• Daniel (9/5): Relaxing and modern one bedroom apartment - The property was very clean and almost new. All the furnishings were beautiful and in good condition. The TV was large and the shower had good water pressure. It does not have an oven or hob.

• Saif (9/5): Brilliant, cosy, warm and welcoming. - Property had all amnesties listed - everything you would need for a stay - nice and clean throughout - instructions clear for property and host was very helpful & responsive. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a short stay and would return. Pharmacy 2 minute walk up the road, fast food/restaurants/petrol station 3/4 minute drive up the road - local police station was visible 30 seconds round the corner.

The place was very well located in the centre of Ferryhill and had a great fridge freezer, microwave, and air fryer despite no oven. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Lots of convenient power sockets and a good Amazon Fire TV. No oven, however there is a useful air fryer and a microwave with a big fridge freezer. I stayed in January and it was quite cold particularly in the bedroom and bathroom at nights. Occasional noise from neighbours could be heard but nothing major at all.

• Sean (8/5): Pleasant but in need of some TLC - Fab location a minute walk to all the amenities Bed was so comfy and the bedding felt soft and snuggly Shower was spacious modern and worked very well Cooking facilities were ok microwave air fryer toaster and a brilliant kettle but no hob It was clean and tidy you can see effort has been made Smelt damp on arrival downstairs so didn’t leave coats on the hooks provided The windows were draughty and in need of change I’d suggest some Venetian blinds and thermal curtains to retain some heat as the flat was cold heaters are locked to a certain temp which isn’t enough to heat the space needs another heater in living area The table is too big a nice table for 2 would look lovely in the big window Not sure how the WiFi gets 10 as it was terrible had to use 4g all weekend and turn WiFi service off on our phones the tv is connected to a different source so works fine All in all it was cheap and cheerful and I would stop here again

• Jessica (10/5): Amazing no complaints definitely re booking - Have to say this was the best stay I can 100% say and will be re booking again in the future, I had a little hiccup but the staff was so helpful and going out their way to help, so easy to gain access to the place contact free, the flat was SOOO! Clean and beautiful, their was loads of things in the flat to make my stay much peaceful example air fryer, microwave, washer & dryer, sofa, table, tv and few more things, to be honest I don't have a single bad word or complaint to say about the staff or the place but 100% say best place to stay.
