Guest Reviews
- Karen (8/5): stunning upper conversion, very comfortable, great wee stay. Garden and front area very messy - Sent an email stating times to enter the property and they sent wrong time as property was still being used and had to go away for 2 hours so cleaner could clean not good way to start holiday.
- Gillian (10/5): Beautiful home, gorgeous space to spend time x host has thought of everything, immaculate. -
- Fiona (10/5): -
- Ann (10/5): A fabulous apartment - so pleased to have found this gem - Everything about this property was spectacular.
It was beautifully furnished, welcoming, comfortable and cosy. Thoughtful details such as tea/coffee, shower gel and umbrellas were available. The instructions and labelling were clear and well organised. We had a wonderful break and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect.
- Karen (9/5): Wonderful stay in beautiful apartment - Gorgeous apartment, original features, high ceilings, stylish decor. Very close to the event we attended. Comfortable beds, well equipped. Luckily only three of us stayed and used two bedrooms, if all three were utilised I think one toilet may have been an issue,
- Denise (10/5): Good - Lovely , spacious accommodation Lots of facilities
- Francois (10/5): Functional. - Beautifully decorated. The garden (front and back) was a total mess and my grandsons could not play in it.
- Radek (9/5): -
- Paulina (6/5): Not your fault. Just wrong match - Location Only one bathroom . Beds are really small, and one of the bed mattress was not even, slanted
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - Had a lovely stay
Really handy being so close to Dumbreck railway station
- Claire (10/5): Outstanding stay. Would recommend staying here to anyone - Beautiful, well decorated, good amenities, extremely comfortable. Nothing! Outstanding accomodation
- O'brien (8/5): Excellent stay - Fantastic facilities and very comfortable beds Could do with more cooking pots and dishes , we were a party of 8 and brought a lot of our which we used, having said that it was very well furnished otherwise
- Aeryn (10/5): Most Amazing stay - EVERYTHING! Nothing
- Trevor (9/5): Superb -
- Brian (10/5): Fantastic. - Place was top notch. No expense spared. Very comfortable and spacious. All the amenities you could want. Easy commute to town centre. Good food and pubs locally.
- Marie (9/5): Delightful Victorian home - Loved the large & beautifully equipped kitchen. The lounge area had the most comfy couches. Fabulous big beds! Not a criticism or a bad thing but could not work out how to stop the handheld shower!). Also, we couldn't get the plug to stay in the bathroom sink. We're sure there was a knack, but we never did work it out! The washing machine was a complete mystery - none of us had seen one like it. As we were only there one night, it was not a problem. Had we been staying longer, we're sure our hosts would have given us instructions.
- Richard (9/5): Excellent. - Nice residential area. Quiet location. All rooms delightful and comfortable; expensive furnishings. Kitchen well appointed. A pity the garden was a wilderness. It would have been nice to sit out on a sunny day.
- Jessica (10/5): House was exceptional would definitely book again if ever back in Glasgow! Great customer service - The property was lovely and clean Nothing at all!
- Jennifer (9/5): Lovely apartment. - Beautifully decorated house, very spacious and plenty of storage space. The stained glass window is stunning with the sunlight coming through it. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathroom very clean. Quite unkept looking outside, lovely big garden but very overgrown and windows needed a good wash. It really could be fabulous and would really make apartment more welcoming and feel less creepy coming in at night. Couldn't open bathroom window as sash holding was loose on one side.
- Sheekha (9/5): A very comfortable and well-maintained apartment & Farzana is very lovely and responsive host. -
- Gordon (9/5): Superb - Great house No bedding for 4th bed left out
Door was difficult to lock and I injured myself closing and locking the door
- Marisa (10/5): Beautiful, clean home in a quiet but convenient location. -
- Paul (10/5): My family enjoyed our stay very much. We will book it again next time we are in town. - Furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Couldn’t say.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (9/5): Excellent - Location was ideal. Spacious property. Fast response from host when contacted. It would have been nice to have a second toilet/ en suite.
- Mary (9/5): The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a long weekend with friends in Glasgow. - The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a long weekend with friends in Glasgow. Such a warm and welcoming host, with brilliant communication. Happily recommend. Would have loved some milk in the fridge. Otherwise, stay was perfect.
- Michelle (6/5): Ok but overpriced and wouldn’t stay again. - It was a decent sized property with great first impressions. Could be great if it was maintained and a bit of effort put into making it as promising as advertised. Close to train station into town. Could do with a good clean and some maintenance. Window in the bathroom needs draft proofing and garden needs a good tidy as overgrown and full of rubbish. The messy garden and empty property underneath making feel a bit creepy
- Rory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diane (8/5): Gorgeous property worth the climb up the steep stairs - Beautiful flat. Very stylish and well equipped. The stained glass is stunning. We loved our stay in luxurious surroundings. The kitchen is to die for! The stairs up to the flat were very steep and I have limited mobility. Only 1 loo. Also my bed in the small bedroom was too soft for my personal preference but the other beds were very comfortable.
- Webb (9/5): Superb - Everything was excellent. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Beds were comfortable. Beautifully presented It would of been great to have a clothes dryer.
