- Hogg (1/5): Terrible location, room and company - comfortable bed. stain on the duvet cover, smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, barely enough space in the bathroom to get in and shit the door, legs didn't fit between the toilet and the shower. room was right on the street, we heard every person walking past all through the night. could hear their entire conversations. really difficult to get the access information, they require you to lay a deposit but make it so you have to contact them to get the form and information, I had to contact twice before getting a response. then they said we would get the access information 24hours prior to check in. I had to contact them 3 times to get this information and we only got it a few hours before check in. we genuinely thought we might not have anywhere to stay as there was no communication.

- Laida (1/5): Filthy place - The location Damaged smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling, mouldy bed sheets, bed bugs on pillows, bodily fluids on blanket. Hair on the bed. Place was filthy. Host refused to have my sheets changed and ignored all my messages.

- Patricia (5/5): Not a good company - Property was excellent and very comfortable bed! The people above had a 12 hours and continued to bring other people to the property which in their strict rules state is not acceptable and that they had noise detectors!!
We called the number many times during the evening which was an absolute waste of time as they weren’t interested. We didn’t get any sleep till 5am and we also recorded voice notes to prove what was going on. Not a good company to book with at all
- Rachael (8/5): Good location. Good room and facilities. No hot water - Everything was fine. Good communications running up to property. Good location Communications with issues on day with no response. You have to call there number. No host onsite to sort issues
- Aaliyah (1/5): Wouldn’t stay here again was overall good but the lack of hygiene and bed bugs we witnessed was off putting. - It was the same as the pictures had shown. The lack of hygiene was ridiculous. Upon entering the room we found 2 bed bugs on our bedding which a staff member also witnessed. We called a team member & requested for new bedding which they had refused & told us that it wasn’t bed bugs. I also took videos for evidence. We felt uncomfortable staying there due to this but had no other choice as we had paid a fair amount for the booking & stayed there for 4 nights. Our tv remote was missing so the tv had to be replaced.
- Ricky (2/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - - maintenence guy was lovely but couldn't get anything to work - not his fault just poor quality applications (Heating & hot water) - Avoid this place at all costs!
- No Heating - after multiple times asking maintenence came late at night and tried but said it'll come on soon but never did - quite cold
- TV remote missing - asked about this several times and kept coming back that they're waiting for housing keeping to tell them where they've taken it
- No hot water in whole place- maintenence tried to sort this and did in the evening (9pm ish) but didn't work on arrive hence had to chance out plans and didn't work in the morning either
- NB: read the extra info as it's not the marketed price overall - excluded is a £40 cleaning fee and VAT - which is normally always included in booking.com market price - if I had know would 100% not have booked as the quality don't not match the price after staying there I would never recommend this place
- Libby (6/5): Practical and functional - Property was clean, comfortable and functional Bathroom was extremely small! Had to sit sideways on toilet! TV in room but no remote. No bedside lights. Additional costs for cleaning meant it was no better value for money.

- Elisabeth (7/5): Pleased with the communication and cleanliness, although "chic" description a bit of a stretch! - Property was spotless - nice pillows and comfortable bed. Entry was simple - using a code. Communication with the host was great - I had some questions about the deposit (and other things!) and reply was rapid and polite. Street and area very quiet. Grateful for basic coffee and tea offerings. Was a little dear for the offering but was a day-of booking so grateful to have found. I would recommend an additional lock that can be secured from inside (just the key code from outside currently) and maybe an additional lamp. (Overhead light intensely bright - think interrogation - and I had to message the host to discover some subtle strip lights in the wall, which were much better).
- Ali (2/5): Great location but the rest wasn't that great. Too much noise due to work going on in the building heater wasn’t on - Location There was no hot water. I requested that the heater be turned on or that you inform me how to turn it on. The heater promised that they would give me a call back, but nobody called. There was work going on in the building, and it was so loud.
