• Alissia (3/5): Unclean, unhygienic, wouldn’t return - Great location - close to everything. Had hairdryer, kettle, mugs etc. The owner was super friendly at first, plenty of info, easy check in. when in the shower I noticed it wouldn’t drain properly for a bit, the Bath/shower was filthy. Nails in the plug of the bath/shower. Jets in the bath were full of grime. No toilet door which wasn’t what was advertised, it was supposed to have a sliding door therefore there was no privacy. Muck and hair in the frame the door once lived. Awoken at 5am to men shouting and banging around. Above us there was partying/loud music until 11pm. Only 1 pillow each and they were flat, duvet wasn’t big enough to stretch over 2 of you. Customer service rubbish. Offered to clean after 3pm which meant we’d have to change our plans or when we were out of the room but due to the porch door not shutting properly we didn’t feel comfortable leaving valuables in the room/ in view of the window let alone let someone in to clean when we were out and about. Due to the lack of cleanliness and not being able to shower without someone’s nails blocking the drain in the bath and the fact we felt unsafe we checked out a night early and the owners refused us a refund for the night we didn’t stay even though we only asked for a partial refund (just the night we didn’t stay but keep the money for the night we had to stay in there).

La porta del bagno era rotta quindi abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad aprirla e chiuderla. Da segnalare l'altezza porta del bagno chi è più di 1,80 metri non passa Da sistemare anche la porta d'ingresso alle stanze che da sul cortile.

• Elisavet (10/5): Απλά υπέροχη - Η τοποθεσία ήταν άψογη όλα μέσα στα πόδια μας , μείναμε ένα βράδυ και τα προλάβαμε όλα είδαμε ,επισησ μου άρεσε πολύ η μπανιέρα του μπάνιου και γενικώς όλο το δωμάτιο ήταν πανέμορφο 🥹🩷 Όλα τα αξιοθέατα που θέλαμε ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος απαντούσε σε όλα και πολύ γρήγορα , το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα
• Emmanuela (10/5): Cadre agréable dans l’ensemble mais les petits défauts gâchent tout - Établissement propre et très bien situé, personnel très réactif. le pommeau de douche qui était très abîmé et fuyait partout… nous Avons dû le scotcher pour pouvoir l’utiliser sans trop de dégâts. Et la porte coulissante de la douche aussi n’était pas en très bon état. Épuis ça sentais les égouts en rentrant nous avons dû acheter un désodorisant.
• Raquel (10/5): Dúplex coqueto, acogedor y céntrico. - ¡Recomiendo 100%! ubicación excelente; puedes ir caminando por todo el casco histórico, tienes supermercados, sitios para comer, cafeterías etc cerca. El Dúplex es una monada, acogedor y bonito. Tiene todo lo necesario: secador, utensilios de cocina etc. Cama muy cómoda también y un jacuzzi en el baño. La zona es tranquila dentro del recinto. Me ha encantado. No tengo ninguna queja, si tuviera que decir algo, el jacuzzi no hacía burbujas pero, todo perfecto.

• Zaharia (10/5): - Aici am ales sa stau pentru ca mi a placut design-ul, dar dupa m-am convins ca totul este suuuper ok si chiar merita fiecare banuț. Curatenia exemplara, a fost cald cand am venit, gazda prompta. Chiar nu am ce sa zic de rau.
• Alessio (7/5): Soggiorno carino ed economico in posizione centrale - Struttura molto carina e ben arredata oltre che molto silenziosa e pulita. Posizione centrale e vicina a diversi servizi. La camera è ubicata in un complesso condominiale molto vecchio, non è possibile aprire le tende dell’unica finestra in quanto si può essere visti dal vicinato. Il riscaldamento era sempre acceso e non si riusciva a spegnere, di notte si moriva dal caldo.
• Dedu (10/5): Super, nota 10 - O experienta foarte buna per total. Apartamentul este spatios, luminos si bine intretinut. Totul a functionat cum trebuie. Ba chiar i-am cerut gazdei sa imi lase in apartament cateva ustensile in plus pentru gatit si a tinut cont iar cand am ajuns, le-am gasit in apartament. Generoasa si primitoare gazda, m-am simtit foarte bine venita aici. Cu prima ocazie o sa ma intorc!:)

The layout was incredibly well thought out, making the space feel both comfortable and functional. The decor was stylish and modern, with great attention to detail that made it feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better – close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The hosts kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect and even messaged to ask if there was anything they could improve. That level of care and attentiveness made a big difference. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bucharest – we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
• Ana Maria (9/5): Un spatiu in care mi-ar placea sa revin :) - Zona in care a fost amplasată, departajarea patului ( dispunerea superioara) de zona de " living", curățenia, decorarea decenta, neostentativă a spațiului, raportul calitate/ preț excelent. De asemenea f buna comunicarea cu cei care se ocupa de spatiu! S-a auzit un huruit pe tot parcursul șederii, cumva de la centrala, probabil o defecțiune care va fi remediată.

Letto scomodo con doghe rotte , anta di chiusura del bagno in vetro rotta e pericolosa , vasca doccia molto sporca !

• Yike (8/5): - 我花了三个小时还无法让房东收到护照照片，最后请人帮忙才成功，房东说是技术原因无法收到。所以我本来3点可以入住，却延迟到5点多才入住。以后遇到这种情况，是否可以将我在booking.com的个人资料和信息告诉房东，让房东在无法收到我的护照照片时可以先让我入住，至少可以到住宿地检验我的护照，而不是让我在街上到处想办法解决。

• Rafał (5/5): - Lokalizacja fantastyczna, na jedną dobę mozna zacisnąć zęby. W mieszkaniu pachniało wilgocią (stechlizna). Mieszkanie wymaga zdecydowanie natychmiastowego odświeżenia. Z wanny nie dało sie korzystać, nadawała sie jedynie do wzięcia prysznica w klapkach, a zależało nam na kąpieli, stąd wybór tego miejsca. W łazience ponadto brakowało drzwi, chociaż zdjęcia obiektu wskazywały co innego a szafki w kuchni były uszkodzone.. generalnie nie polecam na dłuższy pobyt, jeden dzien do przeżycia vs cena za obiekt.

• Catalin (7/5): - Poziționarea este excelentă, la câțiva pași de centrul orașului. Are toate facilitățile conform descrierii. Nu o lua dacă vii cu mașina. Este la bulevard și va trebui să parchezi pe străduțele laterale care sunt puține și aglomerate. Primește puțină lumină naturală, iar iluminatul interior suferă nefiind bine proiectat, iar multe becuri fiind arse. Dacă ai mai mult de 175 în înălțime, proprietatea nu este pentru tine. Tavanele sunt atât de coborâte încât vei lovi permanent cu capul.
• Dana (8/5): Prima verblijf - Prachtig appartement! Fijne locatie en alles netjes/comfortabel. Vloerverwarming erg fijn. Top commumicatie met de eigenaren, heel netjes geregeld. Er was niet genoeg warm water voor één vol bad. Moesten hier veel geduld voor hebben. Keukentje miste wat voorzieningen; geen borden, wel een fornuis maar geen pannen. Moesten wat improviseren.

Jakuzili olmasi bir avantaj. Iyi ki tercih ettik. Sadece karsi komsularimiz biraz gurultucuydu. Bu ev sahibi ile ilgili degil tabiki.

• Erika (9/5): per l’accoglienza (estetica) e la posizione - Staff disponibile e gentile. La struttura è quasi in pieno centro che è comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Molto bella e accogliente, c’erano tutti gli elettrodomestici utili e utensili appropriati. Si poteva addirittura mettere l’impostazione del pavimento caldo, i led al piano di sopra dove c’era il letto e anche in bagno. Prese ovunque, appendiabiti invece dell’armadio ma ci è andato comunque bene, stendino, phon..insomma tutto bene Il soffitto era molto basso, per due persone tanto alte come noi non andava poi così tanto bene, l’acqua calda andava e tornava, muri sottilissimi. In un primo istante ho pensato di essere stata truffata in quanto siamo entrati in un complesso dove effettivamente c’erano molti altri appartamentini..infatti per sbaglio abbiamo disturbato molta gente per chiedere dove fosse quell’appartamento

• Parczyńska (6/5): - Lokalizacja napewno na plus, blisko do głównych miejsc 1. Nie było zatyczki do wanny, więc kąpiel w niej była nie możliwa 2. Wanna brudna, grzyb na fugach, ściany pobrudzone 3. Niecała rolka papieru na 3 dni 4. Brak nawet jednego widelca 5. Klimatyzacja była popsuta, cały czas waliła. Nie dało się z niej korzystać. Przy 6 stopniach niestety w mieszkaniu było lodowato 6. Niesamowity hałas z apartamentu obok, wszystko niesie się przez ściany, goście obok do 3/4 nad ranem hałasowali, nie dało się spać 7. Nie było żadnej szmatki, żeby wytrzeć po sobie chociażby szafki w kuchni

• Ronald (2/5): Blij dat we naar huis kunnen. - De locatie was inderdaad in het oude centrum. De douche was oké qua waterdruk. Daar is dan ook alles mee gezegd. Eigenlijk al het overige. Een opsomming waar wij tegenaan gelopen zijn. Het gaat om een verblijf van 5 dagen met 2 personen. 1 toilletrol. 2 handdoeken om te douchen. Geen vorken. Geen handdoeken of theedoeken, geen afwasmiddel. Gewoon niks van dat alles. Slechts minimaal keukengerei. Bank beneden compleet doorgezeten. Bad beschimmeld, voegen beschimmeld in de douche. Keukenkastjes kapot. Het bed was het absolute toppunt, of liever gezegd dieptepunt. Alsof er geen enkele veer in zat, in zo’n kuil lagen we. De ombouw van het bed paste niet bij het matras waardoor de kussens onder het bed verdwenen. Strikte huisregels zijn ivm omwonenden, dat het tussen 22 uur en 8 uur stil is. Helaas houdt niemand zich daaraan. De accommodatie is zo slecht geïsoleerd dat je buren letterlijk kunt verstaan als we Roemeens zouden spreken. Service is nul, beddengoed, handdoeken worden niet verschoond gedurende de week. Bij vragen over vroegere chef-kok krijg je een standaardbericht, terwijl al tijdens de boeking vragen daarover gesteld worden door ons. Men vraagt om id bewijs te e-mailen, netjes gedaan maar net voor vertrek krijg je weer dezelfde vraag. Kortom, eens maar nooit meer.

• Beatrice (1/5): Freddo fuori e caldo soffocante interno - Niente La camera era decisamente troppo calda. I riscaldamenti erano impostati e non abbiamo avuto modo di sistemarli. Ansi c’era proprio scritto di non toccarli. In più piena di polvere e il bagno no pulito . Veramente esperienza pessima se siete allergici alla polvere, soffrite il caldo o siete asmatici non scegliete questa struttura.

• Roxana - Bianca (7/5): Easy to reach, looks like the photos, but noisy and uncomfortable for more than one night - Easy to reach location. Nice setup. It’s only good for a one-night stay, but it doesn’t offer the comfort of a home for a longer stay. Good WiFi Mosquitoes. Noise from the apartment across the hall at 2 AM. Noise from the nearby pub. The kettle in the kitchen was broken. Lacked the basics for cooking – not even salt or pepper. The TV didn’t work. The bed creaked and felt like it could break at any moment. It looks like in the photos, but the furnishings are outdated and need to be replaced in order to offer real comfort to those staying there.

• Roxana (8/5): - Este foarte aproape de centru, nu trebuie sa folosești mașina Nu sunt locuri de parcare in zonă. Nu era aerisit când am ajuns, era un miros puțin ciudat. Cu toate ca checkout este până la ora 11.00, la ora 10.00 au venit cei de la curățenie ceea ce nu cred ca e tocmai ok.

• Monsefi (7/5): Good - The position There was not a good smell in the building, the tea maker was broken and based on the old recenssion it seems the tea maker has been broken for ao long(Considering that a tea maker is not expenaive a new one), as the hydromassage in the bathtube , there was not enough toilet paper for three days and you could hear all the sound of the neighbors

• Lars (6/5): Not good enough. - Location was really good and the look of the apartment and details are nice. Unfortunately we can't recommend anyone to book this studio. A great studio with big potential. The studio lies in a good area with walking distance to the central city. Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay for one night. The apartment facilities is disappointing. There were only one fork in the kitchen. The water boiler didn't work. There were no “nice” accessories like a cloth, whiping towel, baking paper , oil and so on. The TV didn't have any channels. At the bathroom there were only one toilet role, no bottle of shower gele, hair shampoo, ear cleaners as we always see in places similarly to this. We also picked this apartment because of the bathtub and we're looking forward to it, after a long day. But there was not enough warm water to fill the tub. We tried several times. At the day for our check out, they wanted to entrance the apartment at 10 am even though check out was at 11 am. When wasn't checked out at 10 am, they sent us a message “remember check out at 11 am”. Kind regards, Lars and Heidi
• Amir (2/5): Not going back - The Location When we arrived the apartment was nothing like on the pictures. It was not cleaned properly. There was dust everywhere and the bed sheets were completely dirty. There was hair on it, make-up stains and other stains. Fortunately it was fixed later, but still you don’t want to be in a apartment which was not properly cleaned.

Absolutely horrible experien - Wi-Fi The bathtub wasn’t cleaned, there was a lot of hair in the tub and stains as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. Terrible smell in the bathroom. There was a lot of noise despite the silence hours written on the door. White stains on the sofa. The tea kettle isn’t working. The bathtub stopper wasn’t good, the water was draining. It wasn’t enough hot water to fill the tub, not even for shower. Staff was unwilling to quickly remediate the problems, the cleaning stuff didn’t arrive until the next day - at the end of the next day. They cleaned the tub, but forgot about the bathtub stopper.

• Lauren (3/5): Definitely would not return to this apartment or use the company homey again. - The property was in a good location The window was hanging off it’s hinge when we arrived so therefore did not close properly, the staff agreed to come and fix it but not until the next day, this resulted in a sleepless first night due to the fact anyone could have entered. The spa bath did not work. There was an awful awful smell in the apartment that was like rotting sewers. Stains on the sofa. Half a toilet roll for 2 people for 4 days. No coffee/tea in the apartment. The underfloor heating upstairs is so so hot it burns your feet. The thermostat is locked we woke up absolutely sweating during the night and could not turn the heating down. We had a power cut all day on one of the days we stayed resulting in us having to leave the apartment all day. It was incredibly noisy until all hours of the morning like the walls were made of paper. Although the staff did offer to help with solutions they didn’t fix anything that was going on (except the window after a sleepless night). When we requested partial refund of our trip we were basically told absolutely not and were told it wasn’t relevant for us to request this, despite our awful stay. After reading other reviews of this property we understand these things have happened on previous stays even though the staff acted oblivious to the smells etc.
