• Ahsan Mohammad (7/5): Good location. - The location is very good. Metro station is 7 to 10 min walk away. Masjid (Mosque) and church are very close. Lots of food shops in 10-15 min walk. A decent option for a single person staying for a short period. The washroom was average in terms of cleanliness. It was not very well cleaned, but since it is shared, it was acceptable.

• Christine (8/5): Quaint apartment style rooming with full kitchen and bathroom, perfect for a weekend stay and close to transit. - Good location, plenty of space for 2 people. The facilities were nice and easily accessible. The room itself could use a few hooks to hang stuff on, especially for the towels so they can dry. The bathroom could use a bath mat because the floor gets pretty wet when people take showers.

• JOHNNY (7/5): Bom custo benefício - Eu gostei muito da localização. A pé é possível encontrar tudo que precisar para comer. A estação de metrô fica 6 a 10min da hospedagem. Têm parques, centro comercial bem perto. Do metrô é possível chegar no centro da cidade e até no aeroporto se quiser sem precisar de motorista de aplicativo. - Tem uma cozinha com todos os utensílios para cozinhar, ou apenas esquentar a comida no micro-ondas ou torrar o pão na torradeira. - Tem lavanderia com secador de roupa caso queira lavar a tua própria roupa. Alguns pontos que não gostei são: - No primeiro dia que cheguei, encontrei a moça da limpeza. Na verdade não sei se é a própria dona da propriedade ou se ela é apenas responsável pela limpeza. Ela lava o esfregão de limpeza na própria pia que a gente lava as louças. Achei isso muito nojento. Pensei que era porque não havia outra opção, porém, na lavanderia eu vi um vaso de fazer limpeza. Isso me deixou entender que foi a moça que fez isso de propósito e não porque não tinha outra opção. - Outra coisa, é falta de comunicação. De qualquer forma, o pessoal do país é frio mesmo. Isso faz com que a comunicação com o responsável da propriedade se limitava apenas em enviar a chave virtual para acessar o quarto. - Existe apenas 1 banheiro para 4 quartos. - Quando sair fora do espaço, não existe possibilidade de trancar a porta principal. A menos que alguém está dentro e escolher fechar a porta. Pelo menos, eu não vi como fechar a porta por fora, ou eu não havia recebido informação caso haja possibilidade. O mesmo botão que aperta para abrir a porta quando estiver entrando, depois de entrar o código secreto, deveria ser o mesmo para apertar para trancar a fechadura. Ou, sei lá, algo para trancar a porta principal por fora. - O banheiro tem um box com cortina e independentemente de como você tomar banho, vai molhar o espaço. Tem um aviso para limpar o banheiro depois de usar.

• Coralie (6/5): Une chambre pas trop chère mais pas trop propre - Le quartier est calme et proche du métro. Il y a des rangements dans la chambre. Les draps étaient propres. Il s’agit d'un appartement avec 4 autres chambres louées. Il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bain et elle n’est pas nettoyée tous les jours. La chambre mériterait un vrai coup de propre.
• Ventura (1/5): - This was a highly disappointing stay. The bedsheets and blankets were clearly not clean, which is completely unacceptable. Before you ask for payment, ensure you can provide the basic comfort and cleanliness every guest deserves. Do not accept bookings if you are not capable of delivering proper service — it is dishonest and unfair to paying customers. This kind of experience is unacceptable. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you cannot uphold basic standards, perhaps it’s time to reconsider operating this business altogether.
• Helen (7/5): - I liked that it was a short walk from the Metro. Grocery store and convenience stores were nearby. Check in was easy, and parking wasn't hard to find. There was no recycling bin for the house, and no garbage can in the room. Comforter should be changed, as there were stains on it. The handles to enter the room (although a great idea), were quite loud, especially when other house guests had to continuously enter their codes in.

• Julie (2/5): Heureusement que nous avons loué que pour 1 nuit. - L’accueil très froid et la chambre toujours pas prête à notre arrivée qui était prévu à 15h. Après avoir attendu que le ménage soit fait, Il y avait des cheveux dans les nouveaux draps et sur le sol. Je déconseille vraiment !!

There was 1 towel for 2 people, ceiling fan was noisy, bed post was repaired with duct tape, no trash can in our room, an unsanitary and smelly mop in the bathroom to wipe up water from the shower because there were no bath mats, shower curtains attached to wall with duct tape, and no working light at the top of the narrow outdoor staircase (this was dangerous).

Op een prima 10 minuten loopafstand van de metro waarmee het centrum goed te bereiken is. Ook is het fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger zijn. De gedeelte ruimtes waren viezig en verouderd.

• Mario (1/5): Désagréable parce que le propriétaire n’était pas - Rien. Nothing! The toilets were dirty, the dishes were dirty and rusty and we didn't have hot water for two days. The markets were never cleared of snow. Les toilettes étaient sales, la vaisselles étaient sales et rouillées et de polis nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant deux jours. Les marchés n’étaient jamais déblayer de la neige.

• Guita-Prya (5/5): Pour une ou deux nuits, je pense que ce logement fera l’affaire. - L’emplacement était agréable, l’appartement était situé pas trop loin de la station de métro Monk donc facile d’accès et à côté d’un petit quartier très intéressant. L’appartement était bien chauffé et relativement agréable. Malheureusement au niveau de l’hygiène l’appartement n’était pas à la hauteur. Pour commencer, le couvre-lit était couvert de multiples tâches non identifiables. Les taies d’oreillers étaient également tâchées. Il y avait de multiples cheveux dans la douche, et il y avait une serviette roulée en boule par terre qui était très sale. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, les casseroles n’étaient pas utilisables. Elles étaient complètement remplies de rouille et de crasse, ce qui m’a empêché de cuisiner lors de mon séjour. L’endroit est très vieillot, et a l’air un peu laissé à l’abandon. Ne vous attendez pas à un palace pour le prix, c’est un appartement rudimentaire.
