• Bart (7/5): - De locatie in de Mall is top, winkels en restaurants zijn op loopafstand, waaronder een prima supermarkt. De host is zeer vriendelijk. Voordeel aan dit appartement boven een hotel is dat je zelf kan koken en meer ruimte hebt. Ik zou liefst een grotere badkamer hebben met een afgeschermde douche, zoals je in een hotel doorgaans ziet. En fijn als er stopcontacten en een klein lampje zijn aan beide kanten van het bed. Er was geen extra beddengoed en het zou fijn zijn als bij een langer verblijf de mogelijkheid is om dit te laten wassen.
• Jeni (8/5): - The prime location and good facilities of the apartment and its complex The access key is only 1, so it is very troublesome as we are 3 persons with different activities. The Power outage, 2 times, had disturbed us, especially during my make up session. The towels were too thin and yellowish.

• Tunarno (10/5): just perfect and will be back someday - The location is just perfect. It is above the mall, but still got privacy. The health facilities are nice, the pool is quite long, the gym is well equipped, no need to wait. No worries about food. Just go downstair, and lots of food in the mall. the entrance is quite confusing. but, once you are inside, it is gonna be okay.
• Mildred (8/5): A very pleasant stay in a comfortable apartment - It was a nice and clean apartment, the host provided us with free water and snacks. The communication with the host was very good and she explained everything well. We had nice warm water in the bathroom. The only thing I missed was a mirror in the small bedroom.

• Maorriyan (7/5): Generous host, clean and convenient unit. - The unit was in good condition. It would be good if the mark/ stain from the leaking on the bedroom can be cleaned or paint. The host was very generous, provided everything amenities, cutleries, even rice :-) The complex of the apartment have huge swimming pool and gym. The location of the unit is very convenient. It's located inside the biggest Surabaya shopping mall, PTC The electricity was off 2 times when we stayed there. The host and the electrician were very responsive and restored the electricity in few minutes

Host is super helpful and responsive. Everything was great except the blackout happened twice during our stay. Maybe host can leave a note on how to prevent the blackout :)

• Wee (9/5): Superb - The host is very helpful, the apartment situated next to a Mall . The apartment has a nice view for the pool , its very clean the apartment , cozy and comfortable. I like everything about this apartment.
• Kevin (8/5): Good place but for host room for improvements....! - Location for our purpose just perfect. Complex facility good. Somehow the communication with host was very poor. I/guest was left to take the initiative to contact host for the most basics.....which is WRONG! - Even to get the key!! No in-room instructions for guest in case of....how to rid of waste, what if....contact etc. No WiFi despite of HW in room...contacted host - again using own phone (THX for having local SIM - imagine if not) not much help. Same goes for TV (as for how it works)...as no channels can be found on it. Shower heater weak....but believe this is the standard. Damages e.g. shower head holder fixed by tape - therefor not able to use it. In general no information package for guest in case of questions, password for... and how to/what if... etc. - During our stay the hall way on the floor (6th) smells really bad....we guess the pipes of the complex need to be cleaned or perhaps clogged/blocked so the smells moves to the hall way. - Even in the apartment (toilet) too.....and we were forced to BUY by ourselves some air-freshener to coop with it Hopefully fixed by now........ Apartment maintenance/check - how often is it checked before new guests move in.....? Seems this complex many have found same arrangement of "renting" it out for guest/tourist via booking systems.
