• nadj54 (7/5): - Le logement en lui meme est sympa et dans un quartier animé mais que je n ai pas aimé. Le check in dans un parking et idem check out. Personnel peu aimable. Personne ne guide. Passer par 2 ascenseurs pour remonter ac les bagages. Pas de vaisselle. 4 couverts et 2 verres. Machine à laver mais rien pour étendre le linge. Pas de draps. Et clim qui ne fonctionne pas. C est 1 ventilateur plutot
• Ed Chew (9/5): Happy for the chance to stay in Pavilion Ceylon Hill. - I liked the complimentary drinking water and the living room's royal blue satin and rose gold theme! It was also nice to see the view of Bukit Ceylon from the level 12 pool area. On level 52 the view of KL Tower's gallery decks was quite awesome too. I also liked the soundproofed aspect of the rooms and the privacy and prestige of the place. I also liked the two floor to ceiling storage wardrobes. Great and unconspicuous storage area in its own corner...suitable for owners who have many items to store. The gym was a bit strange and hard to notice. Did not have glass doors.

• Marije (8/5): Mooi zicht vanaf het dakterras. - Het uitzicht vanaf het dak is geweldig. Het zwembad is ook erg lekker. De kamers zijn groot en de airco werkt goed Op de Booking.com foto’s lijkt het alsof je een kamer op een hoge verdieping krijgt. Dit was bij ons niet het geval waardoor we geen uitzicht hadden. Voelde een beetje als valse marketing De wifi deed het een dag niet.

However, we were required to return the elevator card, which made accessing our room inconvenient. Each time, we had to go down to the security desk in the garage to request access to the elevator. This process could have been made much easier.

• Alessandra (6/5): 4 nap KL-ben - Nagyon jó helyen van az apartman, közel mindenhez. Bukit Bintang 10 perc gyalog távra, az óváros is szintúgy. A medence nagyon jó kilátással rendelkezik! Nem értem miért apartmanként adják ki amikor gyakorlatilag a konyhában semmilyen felszerelés nincs :D van főzőlap de egyetlen edény sincs… nem alkalmas a legapróbb főzésre sem (tojás rántotta). A “recepció” a föld alatt helyezkedik el a parkolóban. Az az érzés, mintha másodrendű egyedek lennénk és a hosszútávú bérlőket/tulajdonosokat nem szabad zavarnunk. Pl az aulában nem várakozhatunk, nem ülhetünk le stb… ez elég nonszensz

• paloma (5/5): Impresionantes vistas en alojamiento roñoso - Vistas impresionantes de la piscina de azotea Sensación de alojamiento roñoso: ponen un rollo de papel higiénico para 4 días, si quieres más lo tienes que pagar. No hay toalla en el lavabo, ni gel para las manos. Multiples carteles amenazando de multa por todo tipo de acciones.

• Nino (8/5): - Mooie accomodatie op een goede locatie binnen Kuala Lumpur. Wij kwamen later toe en vertrokken vroeger dan de check in/uit tijden en hier werd geen probleem van gemaakt. Het zwembad op het 52ste verdiep was ook een zeer groot pluspunt. We zouden dit verblijf zeker aanraden! Na een reis van 24u waarbij we om 1u snachts toekwamen moesten we nog om 8u smorgens gaan inchecken. Het zou leuk zijn moest dit wat later kunnen.

Kitchen is completely empty, except 2 knifes, forks and spoons. No extra towel for the WC room and no hangars for toilet bags etc.

Such a nice kitchen, but NO utensils?? was I supposed to bring a pan in my suitcase? Lol Only one access card was provided, at least cater for two per room.

• Dylan (3/5): The bones are fine but the details are lacking. - There was no breakfast. The location was great, easy walking distance from good restaurants and coffee. Check-in was a mess: the address provided was incorrect, and the taxi from airport took us to the wrong building on the street. Because it is a residential building adapted to short-term stay, the "check in" counter is located in a small, stuffy room in the parking garage stinking of car fumes. The apartment was minimally furnished and accoutred: there were only two dining chairs, and the beds had no extra linens or blankets. Coach, etc were quite worn. Each bathroom had a single roll of toilet paper; we had to request more during our stay. In the kitchen, there were no cleaning supplies or even spare garbage bags. The biggest issue was that the in unit washer/dryer did not dry. We contacted them repeatedly about it, and they kept telling us basic operating instructions which simply wasted another several hours of time to run the cycle and discover that no, it is still broken. Eventually they sent someone to repair it, which eventually worked, allowing us to do 1 (one) complete load of laundry in the three nights we were there.

• Michiel (3/5): - de locatie is prima harde te kleine bedden, Je ligt met je voeten buiten het bed dus of diagonaal gaan liggen en anders koude voeten. De bank in de woonkamer is compleet ingezakt, op de foto's ziet alles er geweldig uit maar dat is helaas niet het geval als je binnenkomt. Voor nieuwe handdoeken, beddengoed, flesjes water etc zul je extra moeten betalen stel dat je hier iets langer wil verblijven. de prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet naar mijn inziens, ik ben na dit appartement nog op 3 andere plekken wezen overnachten die stukken goedkoper waren, heerlijke bedden en comfortabele luxe.

• serena (1/5): Not recommended - Location only The customer service is horrible. They unnecessarily charged us extra money for stained towel. Staff is rude and not available at the front desk. Super inconvenient in terms of amenities and the bed mattress was hard. The security guard rushed us to take out luggage out of the lobby while we were waiting for taxi. Never ever coming back and wouldn’t suggest anyone staying here.

• Paula (6/5): Too extensible ane bad communication - Location: very well situated. Amenities: shampoo and gel provided. Also toilet paper. Rooms: big enough. Not the best views, at least the room they provided us. It was clean. Confortable bed. AC works well. Modern decoration. However, Ithink that for the price, it should be better options. Services: there are 2 pools. We chose this accomodation due to its sky pool. No one warned us that sky pool was closed due to maintainance until the check in, when you can’t cancel the booking. Quite upsetting. We did not go to the other pool as it had no views and all the charm of this kind of pools are th views, not the pool itself. Check in/out: reception with limited availability (not 24h). You have to go to basement level -1 instad of using the beautiful lobby. Senseless.

Tout était parfait, peut être faire attention sur la propreté du logement et le petit bémols est juste qu’il faut prévoir d’autres serviettes car une seule par personne est fournie

• Zara (1/5): AWFUL, DIRTY, AVOID!! - Nothing!! Dirty and unhygienic, appalling customer service, AVOID!! Booked two rooms for two nights (including an extra day to check in early) and arrived to find the rooms in an unacceptable state of cleanliness — dirty bedding and generally unhygienic. No soap provided, 1 toilet roll (have to pay if you want more), nothing in kitchen to use to cook, and a squashed bug. And you have to check in through the basement car park. For a property advertised with “luxurious bedding” and “contemporary elegance,” the reality was far from it. After hours of trying to resolve this with the hotel and Booking.com, I had to leave and pay for alternative accommodation. Neither refunded me despite acknowledging the hygiene issues. Extremely disappointed — avoid.

Apartments were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen was limited with things to cook. If you are planning to use this space it does not have any pans or cooking utensils.

• Olliver (9/5): Comfortable large rooms with clean amenities and helpful staff. - Overall, it was a great place to stay. The kitchen and spacious living room were thoughtfully laid out, and the large separate bedroom featured a big, comfortable bed with excellent pillows. The wonderfully hot shower with strong water pressure was a real delight. The shared facilities we enjoyed throughout our stay - including the rooftop and lower-level swimming pools, gym, steam bath, and sauna - were immaculately clean and very well maintained. Security was excellent, and the friendly, helpful staff made every day feel like coming home. There were a few minor challenges. The in-room washer/dryer didn’t dry clothes very well, and clear written instructions would have made it easier to use. The bed faced another wing of the building rather than the amazing view, which was a bit disappointing, and the walk to the monorail and trains was about 600m through the busy Bukit Bintang area.
