• Rudradeep (1/5): Bad - We followed the Google map to where it indicated the property to be. The map was very inaccurate, landing us in the middle of a residential narrow lane. We called the number given and were assured we would get a call back from someone who would guide us to the property. The call back didn't come for 45 minutes. We waited and asked passersby for directions but nothing materialised . Finally we booked a different place and went there. Just when we checked in at the new place the old number called back to apologise for the delay. If that's their response to their clients, it's rather poor.
