- Tomokazu (10/5): - 最初の受付係りが経験不足。 説明不足（風呂時間、食事時間場所説明無し）、朝の食事チケット渡し忘れ、３部屋４名で借りたがルームキーの渡し間違いあり（入室できない） １０時にルームキーを箱にいれてチェックアウトしたが、外に出るとき受付係り、立ちっているだけでありがとうございました。の言葉なし。 それら意外は料金、システム、風呂、朝食に満足、また利用したいのでよりよくなっていることを望みます。
