Guest Reviews
- Mark (8/5): -
- Valerie (10/5): -
- David (9/5): Comfortable in the extreme - Clean comfortable and welcoming. Good breakfast and happy to stay again. Room facilities extraordinary. Improved signage to the entrance and car park would help.
- MIKY (10/5): - מלון נחמד , ארוחת בוקר טובה, יש כל מה שתייר צריך.
- Kylee (8/5): - Clean, comfortable, hot tub was hot. Staff was very friendly Reserved on Booking, was charged more than my reservation.
- Weaver (8/5): -
- Mari (7/5): It was ok for basic accommodations - It was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was included and the place had a small kitchen which was what we wanted. Parking was free and there were always spaces available. The room set up was a bit odd and the room was a bit crowded with the furniture. Our room looked out into the parking lot, not the nicest but it was ok. I probably would have wanted to be situated a bit closer to downtown.
- Benson (9/5): -
- Robyn (10/5): -
- James (10/5): Fun - Excellent None
- Charlotte (10/5): Fabulous in every way. - Spacious with gracious staff. Loved being able to use the stairways. parking a little tight.
- Kathleen (10/5): - The location was easy access to Mt Bachelor as well as Farewell Park for walking along the River. Our room had a kitchenette which was great as we stayed for the week and could pack lunches and heat dinners we brought with us. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered several options.
- Kim (8/5): -
- Jason (9/5): -
- Christine (10/5): I would stay here again.....close to everything. - I stayed here with my dog, and we were very comfortable during our one night stay.
- Atul (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): A Reasonably Priced Suite (With Kitchen) In A Great Part of Bend - Especially for Bachelor Access - Breakfast Sunday morning (around 7:45 a.m.) was excellent and I was deeply impressed that the hotel was using and cleaning real dishes, providing healthy fruit, and had high quality breakfast items (good eggs, oatmeal/toppings, pastries...). The breakfast staff woman was totally on top of things. This was not the case the next morning (see next section). The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great amenities. The suite kitchen was so good that I wished that I'd packed and prepared my own meals instead of wasting a lot of money on overpriced eating out. The parking was plentiful and the location was easy - we were near good dining (walking distance), and right on the route to Bachelor and various sno-parks (our main goal). Breakfast Monday morning, however, it was a little later (8:30) and all the real dishes were gone - and it was back to paper utensils - and many things (bananas, oranges, some bagels) were out. So - the Monday situation was more of a disappointment and the breakfast staff person (I believe it was a male) was not on top of things.
- Ronald (7/5): -
- Jesse (10/5): Very nice stay. - The staff were very knowledgeable about the area and very very kind.
Loved that you could connect your phone the TV to play music. A little tiny thing of ice cream was like 15 bucks from the hotel store.
- Kyle (10/5): -
- Hamby (10/5): -
- Tai (8/5): Good value, but I don't plan to return. - Very clean, friendly, good breakfast, great kitchenette in the room, easy to work the TV. The thermostat in my room didn't work correctly and it was much warmer than I wanted. The walls are thin so I could hear all my neighbors above and on all sides.
- jose (10/5): -
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Gary (8/5): The good the bad and the ugly - The employees were great!! The room wasn't what it was advertised as on the website, they were willing to move us the next day, but, they told me next time to call to make sure I get what I ordered on-line!
The paint job in the bathroom was done by a 5 year old, and wasn't finished, the shower head really needs to be replaced along with the door
- CareyRuss (9/5): The cooking flexibility of a condo with the perks of a hotel. - Room was generously sized. The full kitchenette was a great feature compared to a standard motel. We were able to bring food from home. Dishwasher was loud. Hot tub was closed. Room fixtures were slightly dated.
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Steve (8/5): -
- Denis (10/5): -
- Amy Elizabeth (8/5): -
- Robert (5/5): - Breakfast that was provided was barely edible. Sausages and egg sandwich were the worst I had.
- Liz (9/5): - Really loved the friendliness & assistance. Also, loved the amenities in the room. No complaints
- Clark (7/5): -
- Stephen (10/5): -
- Kyle (9/5): -
- Doria (10/5): - The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a variety of items to choose from!!
- Elisa (10/5): -
- Amy (9/5): Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location. - Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice and cozy. I didn't realize it had a little kitchenette when booking and it wasn't something we needed but was good to know for future. The price was a little high for a single queen room. I understand being close to a popular venue with a show that night probably hiked up the price quite a bit but I will more than likely look for something a little less pricey next time.
- Kristin (7/5): Nice place, good location, but our room, a suite, was very small for three people. Make sure you double check the square - The location was mince, close to Old Mill District. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchenette was nice but very small The room was very small. I was not thorough and assumed a suite would be more spacious, but my son was staying with us. The room was barely big enough for the bed and the sofa when it was made into a bed. We could barely walk around.
- Spencer (4/5): - Good location, mostly quiet. Spacious rooms. Pool was nice. Bathroom had no fan and was constantly humid, had mold in one spot. AC was very loud. Could hear people above us walking around.
- Sherrill (10/5): -
- Linda (8/5): - A great full breakfast, friendly/helpful staff, very clean, well maintained. Nothing.
- Renee (9/5): - Location and amenities Not sure it was the best value
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean! Friendly staff, a great breakfast the next morning, and a bonus for me was free car charging. This place has everything we needed for our stay in Bend. Highly recommend.
- Jenn (9/5): Great for concert goers willing to walk! - Location, staff, breakfast Facilities and cutlery were very old and showing age in a non-retro way
- Amythyst (10/5): Would come back most definitely on my next adventure. - Fresh iced water in lobby, Excellent Continental Breakfast, Free Parking, within walking distance to Old Mill District, walking paths, river, and Amphitheater. Rooms are sizeable with all the amenities of a small kitchen.
Pool area was clean and stocked with fresh towels. Seems there were always housekeepers around cleaning the hotel.
I think they even have electric bikes to rent or use. Currently in construction but didn’t seem to notice any issues with this
- Cheyenne (8/5): Great location, and convenient. Felt very safe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. - Very close to Hayden Amphitheater and downtown/ old mill district. We easily walked just down the street to Safeway and our unit had a mini kitchenette to cook our food with a stove. You can also ask for other appliances at the front desk. Complimentary breakfast was very good and it ends at 10 am if you wish to sleep in. You can also hook up your own Netflix and or YouTube account in the room to watch your shows. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was decent but hard. Neither of us slept very much either night we were there, which made for a sleepy day when we wanted to have energy to enjoy the area.
- Renee (10/5): Exceptional - Everything!!!
- Angie (6/5): Pleasant - They are renovating and we were moved into a newer room due to other problems out of our control in previous room. New rooms are very nice but show signs of poor construction work. The staff! They were incredible, kind, and helpful.
- Bradford (7/5): Good -
- Eric (7/5): Good - The people place and stay. The Buffett
- Dennis (8/5): Very good -
- Alex_shin (8/5): good place to stay on the way to the mountain - Very clean, good breakfast selection, friendly staff. Room has full kitchen, although we did not use it. Some of the room equipment needs upgrade: fridge and dishwasher look very old and out of place in otherwise updated room. Bath tub faucet is loose and will not last long
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ron (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was amazing and the location can't be beat close to downtown and to Mt Bachelor
- Sara (1/5): Bad - Room was nice Staff
- Isaiah (8/5): Very good -
- Corder (7/5): All was good. Breakfast was not. - Nice room. Check in wad awesome. Breakfast was subpar. And the breakfast person ignored me instead of answering questions. Breakfast was a real bummer.
- Grace (9/5): Superb - loved the great breakfast!
- Chela (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay here. - Location! The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The walls are thin! We could hear loud voices and crying baby through the door and walls. Some voices came from staff in the hallway.
- Sandi (7/5): Great Location - The staff was very helpful with navigating the area.
The location was close to our venue. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
- Dani (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very nice and comfortable. The staff was great. We will stay again
- Gordon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derockere (9/5): It was a great place to stay while I visited family for holidays. Comfortable and convenient. - Breakfast was great!
Bed was great -- I might call you to get the name brand of the mattress -- very comfortable! Two times when I went to take a shower in the AM the water wasn't hot and didn't appear to be getting hot, so I took a cool to tepid shower - which is not my choice when it's winter outside.
- Bill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marianne (9/5): It was an awesome experience - The staff, room is spacious, facility well clean & smell nice.
- Marilyn (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Wendy (10/5): Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. - We were very happy with everything. And my hubby never likes the continental breakfast but this one totally impressed him. The only thing we thought was strange…there was no fan in the bathroom.
- Leigh (8/5): Nice location, comfortable room but overpriced - Like the kitchen in suite. Breakfast had lots of variety and healthy choices.Room was clean comfortable though small and not much sound proofing from hallway guess. Bring foam ear plugs. Overpriced for the value of stay
- Rick (6/5): Pleasant -
- Randy (9/5): Just there for the night. Thought it was a bit expensive for my needs, but it was very nice. - Just a nice place. WiFi didn't work right when arriving. Front service desk quickly took care of it.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Gluten free options at breakfast, and staff were all incredibly nice and friendly! The WiFi is a scam. Their free tier is so slow nothing loads on my phone or laptop. Therefore, I could not even use the wifi at this location unless I paid for it.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Staff was amazing! Room huge! Close to everything!!!
- Theresa (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Shirley (8/5): Nice - Very good Very little comfortable seating
- Nanette (9/5): we will be back. very nice place to stay - very kind helpful staff and good breakfast
- Panya (8/5): Bend, California Living! - Breakfast was pretty decent. Small offerings of usual breakfast fair of eggs or some egg type dish. Plus we took advantage of the gluten free muffins. Wish the rooms were a little bigger. We had a dog with us and that made things feel a bit cramped. This isn't anything against the hotel. The room size are what they are and our stay was comfortable.
- Tennille (8/5): Very good - The hotel is in a great spot. we took a walk in one direction for food, and then came back, got in the truck and drove down to the shops and the brewery. there's quote a few brewery around this area. pool was open , so that helped with the kid and the grandma. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast. many choices. the bed itself wasn't comfortable. I know beds are never your home beds.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melanie (9/5): Great! -
- Mark (9/5): Location. Great breakfast. Priced right. Comfortable. - Location. Great breakfast. Priced right. Comfortable. Good Internet for my 4 night stay. Not much to complain about, so I won't.
- Justin (8/5): Very good -
- Marvin (9/5): Superb -
- Cherry (9/5): Facility is a bit dated but clean, comfortable and friendly (staff and guests). Good location. - The breakfast was disappointing. Re-heated prepackaged food. Got drier as the week progressed. Milk from the refrig was no good with a use by date of 2002? Who does that? Juice dispenser broke after 2nd day there. Coffee was not that good and hot water for tea wasn't hot enough. The breakfast and coffee were really disappointing.
- Laura (8/5): Very pleased with room, met all my needs comfortably -
- Kristel (8/5): Great value and great location - This was a comfortable space and worked well for me and my pet. Great location in Bend.
- Guerrero (9/5): Superb -
- Daria (7/5): Good -
- Susan (10/5): clean Modern great location and parking - good location nothing
- Russell (9/5): Very nice and comfortable stay! - Very nice staff, friendly & professional, and comfortable, clean room, very well thought out and designed. Though compact It had everything we needed, including a small but well appointed kitchen and a desk area that was very user friendly. All in all a very nice stay! There were no paper filters for the coffee maker... we bought supplies for fixing our breakfast and snacks (several days' stay), including our favorite coffee, but had to use paper towels for the included coffee maker. The only negative, and a small inconvenience.
- Barbara (9/5): comfortable and safe - location and having a kitchenette
- Katrina (9/5): Superb -
- Suzanne (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (10/5): We really enjoyed the surroundings and the hotel itself. It was a delight. - Charming but not old, in a beautiful place, with a knowledgeable, polite, generous, professional, friendly lady at the desk who could answer all our questions! she was impressive. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
- William (8/5): Very good -
