- Paco García (9/5): -
- Isis M (9/5): Accesible y funcional - Modernismo Le faltan más servicios, es un lugar solo para dormir
- Francisco (10/5): - Las habitaciones La llegada está un poco enredada,
- RODRIGO (8/5): Viaje familiar - Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

- Jesus fernando (3/5): -
- Steven (10/5): Fantastic hotel, great service, all around great experience. - I loved the environment, the helpfulness of the staff, clean facilities, and overall experience. breakfast was a little expensive compared to neighboring restaurants. Understand that this is a luxury experience, but the quality of the food did not justify the margin of difference in the restaurant pricing.
- Duran Aranda (10/5): -
- priscila (9/5): -
- Beat (9/5): - Schönes Hotel mit toller Architektur und Aussicht Das Essen war ok
- Cruz Eugenio (7/5): - It’s new. Good food. Friendly staff. Not easy to get downtown.
- Bridges (9/5): Relaxing, comfortable, too short. - Quiet, clean, very friendly and helpful staff It seemes that the hot water temperature is set so you can't get very hot water.
The thermastat in my room was non adjustable. Maybe all the rooms are set on a temperature.
- David (9/5): - Un poco caro
- Tarsila Y. T. (10/5): Great family weekend - The access can be a little tricky (Waze you lead you through an almost impossible u turn, and if you don’t follow it, 10 minutes are added until the next return) but the hotel is beautiful and the staff very kind. My son his toy and they kept it there until we could go back to pick it up.
- Rafael Pizzato (8/5): Enjoyed our family stay at this hotel, great design and noive swimming pool facility. - cleaness, design of hotel , pool, Toilet with transparent window
- fabian (9/5): -
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Cecile (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wohrle (5/5): Passable -
- Alvaro (10/5): Best hotel in San Miguel - Everything , the quality of the detail every thing I can’t remember
- Hitesh (8/5): Good hotel that offered value for menu when booked in advance. - Bfast was good but since most of the staff didn’t speak English or weren’t too fluent in it, that made it somewhat challenging to order things. Bathrooms have part glass wall so you see everything from the bedrooms - not great! Also the outside pool and jacuzzi were not very useable as they were usually full of dirt (leaves, petals, dust etc) especially as the outside terrace and garden contained lots of plants from which small wool-like flowers would blow about.
- Ronald (9/5): Nice - Clean Out of the main area
- Jose (10/5): Really beautiful hotel for relaxing - The hotel is really beautiful, amazing design and everything looks new and super clean. Service is good. They offer free transportation to San Miguel downtown. The pool is freezing. The location is not the best if you are trying to walk around San Miguel (30 minute walk with great inclination to downtown) but is definitely quieter than staying there. Other than that the hotel is amazing.
- Victor (9/5): Quiet and beautifully designed hotel. - Superior interior design and lovely pool and gardens. Located far from downtown area.
- Ulisses (10/5): Exceptional -
- Naye (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laurie (6/5): Pretty hotel at first glance but too many flaws for being part of Hilton brand. - The hotel grounds were nice. The staff was nice. I didn’t mind the location because you can easily walk to Plaza Luciérnaga. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. WiFi worked well. We dined only at the hotel restaurant for four days straight, but found the food variety to be limited. Unfortunately, my kids got sick from the food and I also suffered food poisoning on the last day. There was a loud noise outside my room that lasted for an hour and sounded a freight train, likely from the mechanical system. I shared a picture of the system. Additionally, the noise from adjacent rooms was easily audible. The balcony door handle was broken, and the room's air conditioning only cooled to 23 degrees Celsius (it’s blocked from being set lower), which I find uncomfortably warm.
- Andrea (10/5): Family weekend getaway stayed at a really comfortable hotel close to the Center - It’s new, everything is clean and good attention from the staff
- Maria (1/5): Very clean place, but not family friendly is the vibe I got from the women who checked me in. - Nice facilities and clean place. The woman at the front desk same person that checked us in was very rude and she continued to be that way the second day. Not very professional at all
- Thalia (9/5): Superb -
- Ricardo (10/5): Pleasant - It was new, clean, and with good open spaces The access is not finished yet
- Garcia (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible breakfast and beautiful building. well appointed and thought out. The address location is incorrect on Google Maps.
- Louise (8/5): Nice hotel with lovely staff - Nice new hotel very clean, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and amenities such as a gym. Good dining facilities. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I expected a nicer view for paying extra and while I did face the city I was over the parking lot. The room was freezing cold at night because the temperature outside was unusually low and the heater simply didn't work. Various maintenance staff came to fix it and I even changed rooms (also got a better view as a bonus) but nothing worked. I finally discovered that the best thing was just to turn the system off as otherwise it just blew cold air. The hotel, while new and nice, was kind of sterile. Nobody in the lobby or the bar. Restaurant got a little more lively on the weekend. So the ambience was kind of corporate. I am not letting this kill my score too much though because this could have been expected and the staff were so nice.
- James (10/5): An all-round excellent and modern hotel for your visit to San Miguel. - Excellent restaurant. Fantastic service and delicious food. Really clean, modern, spacious and comfortable rooms. Front desk staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. The lobby area, bar, patio, pool and gym are all very nice. My Spanish language skills are really poor, but this is not a problem at the Albor because all the staff speak English very well. The location was just a little outside the town center. It's not too remote, but you do need a taxi or shuttle drive to visit the central zone, which is about 10 mins away. It could be walked but it would be a fairly long walk, and you must cross a busy road or two before reaching the quieter cobblestone streets. On the plus side, the local supermarket and modern shopping mall is just an easy, five-minute walk down the hill from the hotel.
- Fernando (9/5): Was Great - The service was so nice It was expensive
- Priscila (10/5): Definitely worth it. - The hotel is very new and they are definitely trying to keep it that way. The rooms were amazing. Comfiest bed, I did not want to get up.
- Gutiérrez (9/5): Superb -
- Jens (1/5): A total disaster!!! All the presentation of the hotel, was a lie!!! - The Hotel did not live up to the description. This is a lousy sloppy 3 star Hotel. NONE of the features promised in the Booking description was there. It was cold. no service. Restaurant hopeless. (Cafeteria like.) Nice building. Cold,- no heating, nothing did work on the rook (Coffe mashine, Air Cin. no cleaning service etc. )
- Leily (9/5): Superb -
- Yolanda (10/5): Great place to stay and have a good rest. The staff always were willing to help. - Clean, pet-friendly, no carpet in the room, they have a van that can drive you. At the restaurant, the preparation of the meal was not consistent. The Hotel manager and Chef apologized for the situation and, as a courtesy, offered a delicious lunch at check out.
- Agustin (9/5): Superb -
- Farias (10/5): ok - location is very unconfortable buses services
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amer (8/5): Very good -
- Angelina (3/5): I will not come back to this hotel - the staff very friendly and polite. We had appointments every day and we had service of a van that took us to the appointments every day. the heater in the room was not working, we reported many times and never worked.
there is a jacussi but it was not working, the water was not hot.
the coffee machine was difficult to operate.
the location is very far away of downtown and there were not stores around it.
the prices in the restaurant were very expensives almost the double than other restaurants in hotels, and it was not good flavor, only a few thing in the menu
the plants around were wird, like a desert.
We couldn't have movies in English
