• Sonja (9/5): Super schönes Apartment, mit allem was es braucht für einen Kurztrip nach Rom! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Nähe. Das einzig zu bemängelnde waren die befleckten Bettlacken und Handtücher.

• Ben (10/5): - Great location and tastefully decorated. Easy walking distance to a few restaurants and bars Can't be helped but the refuge trucks emptying bins outside around 3-4am daily did wake us up each day. It didn't impact our stay but is one to be mindful of if windows open

• Lisa (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and perfect location to explore Rome. - Our kind host met us at the property. He was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. It was great to have someone show us into the building and explain all the features etc. This was wonderful accommodation in a great location. It was close to the metro. Close to great restaurants and supermarkets. Loved staying here.

• Jennifer (10/5): - We had many needs for our recent trip to Rome - proximity to historic sites, air conditioning, an elevator, and enough real beds that no one needed to sleep on a sofa bed - and this apartment met all of our needs and then some! It was a wonderful place to retreat to when the heat of Rome had wilted our tourist spirits. We were able to rest in a comfortable setting, get groceries nearby, and then walk just a few blocks for a tour of the Colosseum! The employee who let us in made us feel very welcome and even explained the Rome metro system to put me at ease. And the host went above and beyond making reservations for transportation for us. We can't say enough wonderful things about this rental!!!

• Johnson (10/5): A beautiful, peaceful stay in the heart of Rome with warm hosts and historic charm! - Our recent trip to Rome was unforgettable, and staying at this apartment was a big part of what made it so special. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. The building is over 135 years old and has been wonderfully maintained, combining historic elegance with modern comforts. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a blessing after long days of sightseeing in the Roman summer heat. There’s also an elevator in the building, making it easily accessible for anyone who might need it. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet just blocks away from the Colosseum and many other iconic sights. We loved being able to walk to so much of what Rome has to offer. If I ever find myself back in Rome, and I hope I do, this is absolutely where I’ll stay again. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
• Stuart (10/5): Exceptional - Colessehome was exactly what my friends and I were looking for - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It was a stone's throw away from the Colloseum, but not too close for us to be disturbed by traffic. Around the corner (and I mean literally around the corner) we had cafes, restaurants and a nice little bar called Camden Town. It was my first time in Italy so I was nervous, but Andrea went the extra mile for us. He arranged our taxis to and from Ciampino airport and advised me, as a precaution, to pay for the apartment by card rather than by cash as I intended. Rome has the rare pickpocket but neither myself nor any of my friends had issues. We enjoyed ourselves but always took care to keep our belongings front and centre when we left the apartment. I appreciate Andrea's transparency and support. Highly recommended for anyone interested in visiting Roma! Grazie Mille!

• 1976 (10/5): Exceptional - Andrea's father was so accommodating to 2 weary travelers. So appreciated his efforts to make us comfortable. The apt was so lovely -spacious, extremely clean and quiet. After long days of seeing Roma, it was a haven to come home to. Highly recommend. It's blocks from the Colloseum and Roman Forum, easy access to Metro and busses. And great eats within walking distance. Hope to be there again. Nothing to dislike.

• Mark (8/5): Fantastic hosts and excellent location to see the sights of Rome, would definitely recommend. - Location was excellent for sightseeing and so close to the Colosseum. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful at check in and answering questions very promptly prior to our arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The sofa in the living area is uncomfortable and could possibly do with being replaced but it didn’t spoil our stay and would definitely book the accommodation again.
• Julianne (9/5): this is a great location, and we would definitely stay here again, very reasonably priced and spacious! - The location was outstanding! Convenient elevator/Lift. The property owner/manager is very responsive and prompt. There are two bathrooms in this unit and would be perfect for a group. Excellent restaurants around the corner, so close to the Metro stop, Colosseum, the forum, and palatine hill.  we didn’t need it, as our state in the beginning of May was quite cool and rainy, but the apartment has air conditioning. least favorite thing was that the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, but we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, so it was easily overcome by sitting on the bar stools.  We also were not aware that there was a walkway in front of the kitchen sink, and was taken by startled when a man walked by first thing in the morning!!
• Asparuh (10/5): Excellent stay in Rome! - Very nice apartment - perfect for our need - family with 2 kids (5 and 1 years old). Very good baby bed with all the needed stuff. Very good kitchenette and all you need to cook. Perfect location - very close to the coliseum, transport, restaurants, supermarket. The windows cannot fully protect from the noise from the street outside, but it was good enough.
