Juliana (10/5): - Gostamos muito da localização. Tem tudo perto. Gostamos muito tb das acomodações, tudo limpo e aconchegante.
Pacheco (10/5): - Gostei bastante da localização, pois fica perto da estação de metrô e da casa de alguns amigos. A respeito do atendimento, a Fernanda foi muito atenciosa e solicita, tirou todas as dúvidas e respondia rapidamente, sempre muito educada.

Ariadne Ananda Nepomuceno (9/5): Ambiente agradável, fiel às fotos e Fernanda muito solicita. - A acomodação é exatamente como nas fotos, a anfitriã deixa café, deixou um chocolatinho, deixa sugestões de lugares. Ambiente limpo, bem equipado, bem localizado. A rua é bem movimentada, mas o barulho não é um barulho que vai atrapalhar. A Fernanda foi super atenciosa em todos os momentos (antes, durante e depois da estadia). Não poder receber visitas de jeito nenhum.

Juliana (9/5): Flat is clean and staff is friendly - Flat is clean, staff and neighbours are super friendly and communication was very easy. There are bars nearby and it is very noisy at night.
Angela (6/5): For price-quality good enough / very noisy - All very clean, beautiful decor, spacious, and has all the utilities and things you could need. Very noisy street - the apartment is in a good neighborhood, however is in a street full of bars, and has very poor noise reduction, windows are thin and old, you can hear all the noise from the street up until 2am. Very soft and not good mattress - the mattress is one of those that at some point you feel you are sinking on the bed, in my opinion it wasn't good quality Cheap/good enough structure/price/quality is fair - the decor is very nice and it feels Cosy, but I had an incident with the TV falling off from the wall, not being properly secured and another incident with the wall paint not being good, so it stains and comes off very easily, not very important because I think that for the price/quality is good enough
