- This wonderful duplex apartment (two floors) has, as a courtesy and exclusive service, 2 bicycles for the use and enjoyment of its clients, during their stay, clearly indicating that the chain for each one will be provided, so that when they go out with them, leave them insured and monitored since it will be the responsibility of the client to return them in the same way they were delivered, and in case of damage, breakage or loss, caused by misuse by the client, the client will bear the amount of their deposit, and up to 300 euros may be claimed as payment to replace them, in case of theft. Thanking you in advance for your attention.
- A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 22:00–00:00, and EUR 50 for arrival after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
- The deposit is set at EUR 100, but if there are nine guests or more it is set at EUR 200.
- If the reservation is for more than three days or for more than six people, the deposit can be set at EUR 200. Clearly, if it is a bachelor party, the deposit is set at EUR 500 in cash on arrival.

- Claudio Basello (9/5): Eccellente - Appartamento dislocato in una corte pedonale disposto su due piani a 10 minuti dal Centro città. Piano terra con ampia cucina, tavola da pranzo, divano e bagno mentre al primo piano ampia camera da letto e un bagno. Nella camera sono presenti un letto matrimoniale, un letto a castello e un divano con letto a scomparsa. La stanza é molto ampia, con le finestre che danno sulla corte. Disponibilità di 2 biciclette. Host molto attento a comunicare tutto quanto necessario per l'accesso all'appartamento e al garage che é posto a 5 minuti dalla struttura alloggiativa. Gli ingressi avvengono con chiavi poste in box con codice. Il letto ha il materasso un pò troppo morbido (gusto personale). Assenza di bidé.

Destacar la amabilidad por parte de Pedro, responsable de recepción, y de Mónica que fue la persona que nos recibió a la llegada. El vecindario de la calle del apartamento y del garaje.

- Roby&Ely (4/5): Buona soluzione se non fosse per i proprietari - In generale l'appartamento va bene, c'è il necessario e il centro si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi. Male molto male il comportamento del gestore, che richiede recensioni alte per la restituzione della caparra. Risolto solo con l'intervento di booking. L'asciugatrice perde acqua, poi ti dicono che è colpa tua. Abbastanza pulito a parte lo scarafaggio stecchito in soggiorno. La TV è inutilizzabile. Ho perso un'ora per riuscire a entrare nell'appartamento all'arrivo

- fred (4/5): - La propreté l'accueil de la dame extrêmement gentille sur sa rien n'a dire. mais comme c'était aux RDC sa santé extrêmement fort le vomis insupportable...et il y avait des cafards. Et c'est bruyant jusqu'au soir 1h du matin, et le matin tôt,, la clim pas top et bruyant.
