• Kołek (4/5): - Basen i widok Niestety pobyt w tym hotelu oceniam bardzo negatywnie. Już na samym początku pojawiły się poważne problemy z odbiorem pokoju. Osoba, która nas przyjmowała, nie potrafiła powiedzieć ani jednego słowa po angielsku, co znacznie utrudniło komunikację. Mimo że mieliśmy podpiętą kartę do rezerwacji, zażądano od nas płatności gotówką na miejscu. Dodatkowo nie otrzymaliśmy reszty z przekazanej kwoty, mimo że zostaliśmy zapewnieni, że zostanie nam ona wydana później – do dziś tak się nie stało. W trakcie pobytu pojawił się kolejny problem – przestała działać woda, co całkowicie obniżyło komfort naszego pobytu. Ogólnie doświadczenie bardzo słabe i zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca.

• ABDULAZIZ (10/5): كانت اقامة مريحة وسعيدة لافراد عائلتي - المكان نظيف / تعامل صاحب المكان مهذب وراقي جداً / سرعة اجراءات الدخول / التكييف جيد المسبح نظيف واضاءة جميلة. الاطوال 3x6 م. بعمق متدرج يصل لحوالي 160 سم. مع جلسة خارجية ، وجود سماعات تعمل بالبلوتوث / وموقف سيارة داخل الشالية / الامن : المبنى آمن جدا . مع وجود الحارس بجوار المبنى والحي هاديء جدا. الصالة واسعة مع كنبات مريحة يمكن استخدامها لسريرين اضافيين عند الحاجة / الاثاث جيد / المطبخ متكامل / مع وجود ثلاجة كبيرة و موقد متعدد العيون/ وسخان ماء - هيتر - / طاولة طعام كبيرة وفخمة ل 6 افراد / غرفتي نوم رئيسية مع دورة مياه / وغرفة اخرى سريرين مع دورة مياه / المكان فيه 3 دورات مياه . دورات المياه واسعة وتجهيز جيد . ضغط الماء جيد - ماء حار . سخان الماء جيد. تمت خدمتنا في كل ما نحتاجه من مستلزمات بسرعة بصفة عامة المكان كان مريح وجميع افراد عائلتي احبوه وكانوا راضين وسعيدين. ملاحظة: حتى اكون صادقاً ، قرأت معظم التعليقات السلبية السابقة وكنت مترددا . ولكان معظمها كان غير صحيح ( المكان نظيف جدا / جميع السخانات المياه بدورات المياه عاملة، مع وجود ممسحة شطف للارضيات. الشالية بصورة عامة جميل يستحق 9/10 . ومقابل السعر يرتفع ليكون 10/10 . لا يوجد ميكرويف - ضرورة تغيير السرير بغرفة النوم الرئيسية لانه غير مريح ويصدر اصوات مزعجة. لا يوجد غسالة ملابس.. وهذا كلها احتياجات مهمة في اي مكان. يرجى توفرها..1 المروش بجانب المسبح غير عامل، ويحتاج اصلاح السباكة. الخدمات (مطعم / ساحل البحر - كافيه - بقالة ) تبعد حوالي 10-15 دقيقة سير على الاقدام. لذا وجود سيارة ضروري.
• Jolanta (7/5): Na jedną noc ok. - Domek z potencjałem. Ładnym widokiem. Dość na uboczu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Zdecydowanie powinno być czyściej. Łóżko małżeńskie jest do wymiany. Niewygodne i strach się na nim ruszyć. Kuchnia bardzo słabo wyposażona.

Хозяин дает хорошие рекомендации по округе и местам куда сходить, быстро решает все проблемы. Почти нет посуды, помещения местами можно подремонтировать и сантехнику обновить.

The kitchen and floors were quite dirty and we had to ask for toilet paper, but the main issue was that the next door neighbours were partying with really loud music since our check in at 5pm until at least 2am, making it impossible to sleep.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool and a very clean appartment ! and the guard Mohamed is also there for anything and very kind so a very big thank for the good experience !!

• Daniel (10/5): Reccomend for a larger group, for a few days of exploring around. - Great chalets with clean pool with lights and little waterfall. Property was clean, with a guy taking care of it nearby. Livingroom/kitchen is nice and big with air conditioning everywhere. Beds are a little bit older, and bathroom could be more clean though. If you are a larger group definetly worth the money. Location is also good with Madaba, Wadi Mujib, and Dead sea easily accessible by car.

• Marco (6/5): Ok but with lots to improve - The guard kindness and attention to customers, the swimming pool The house at first looks really nice, but when you start using the facilities you discover that most of the things are half broken. The toilet seat cannot stay up, the shower almost fells apart and the sink in the kitchen moves around in a doggy way. The electric system doesn't look safe at all as lots of wires are hanging around.

• Saharat (7/5): A house that is suitable for a short stay. - The Location not so far from Dead Sea Attraction, and not far from Samarah mall which was easy to find some restaurants and bar. There are space for car park, nice pool and the staff is waiting for our arrival which is good. The water supply are ran out at night so we contact the host and they reply quite fast and called the staff to fix it. The area around the property is isolated and not that suitable for a walk. The bathroom ran out of water at night (staff came to fix it), Unstable hot water and some of the toilet can't be flush in a morning, also there are some smell of the toilet. The Check-out time is a bit early at 10:00 which not allowed us to relax on anything in the morning time, the staff keep warning about it.
• Bashar (4/5): Disappointing - The location, the view The swimming pool was very small, the water was not clean, the house was not clean, especially the bathrooms, some defects in the baths were significantly important, and the chalet didn't have a microwave to heat food although there were a fridge and an oven.

Hot water would come and go, loud construction noises from next door, wierd whirring noise we couldn't pin point where or what it came from, netflix didn't work on the TV, the beds and couch felt like sleeping and sitting on plywood, the kitchen lacked some basic necessities.

Around of the building is very dirty, there are much dogs, it’s very frightening in the evening, we couldn’t walk at all. In the bathroom there is no shower curtain for the shower, so the whole bathroom was flooding with water.

Listing is not accurate. It mentions heated pool but it is not heated. The kitchen states coffee machine but it is basic and there is no tea or coffee included. There is no drinking water available. The toilet seats do not stay upright which was very inconvenient. The beds were too firm.

The host was responsive even if there were language issues with the guard who stayed nearby. The facilities were all of cheap quality. The taps were broken, there were no towels or mats, there was nothing usable in the kitchen. Wifi was very slow and barely working. They were exploiting the location and didn't bother investing on quality material/service. Felt cheated. Definitely not worth the price, especially considering other property prices in Jordan.
