• Katya (5/5): Glad we were only there 2 nights - The property is spacious. Good for families. The property needs maintenance. Both shower heads need replacing, as they don’t stay up. So couldn’t shower. These are inexpensive items which Feng should replace as a matter of urgency. It’s not fair to take people’s money and not provide them with appropriate facilities for showering. Bed linen provided was poor quality polyester, so made for a very hot, uncomfortable and restless night. Towels provided were tiny, thin and shabby and looked like they were about 10 years old. Expected better for $300 a night

• Mark (4/5): - Nice spacious house easy to get to everything worked well it was fairly clean and a nice fenced backyard for dog and kids to play There were some bags of rubbish thrown down the side of the backyard, and it was also covered in dog poo that i needed to pick up before letting my kids and dog outside. The main bed was very hard and uncomfortable. And there were bits of rubbish under 2 of the beds

• Renae (10/5): Love this property 2nd time we have stayed, would highly recommend staying at this property! - The property is clean & the area is quiet, suited our needs for our visit. Just needed more toilet paper, 2 rolls for 5 people, I didn’t think to bring any rolls as last time there were plenty. Dishwasher wasn’t working but reported to Feng. There is no lighting out in the back yard it wasn’t an issue but would have been nice to sit outside as the weather was nice.
• Donna (9/5): Met my expectations and would definitely recommend. - The house had four lovely big beds which gave us all plenty of room. Washing machine and dryer were an excellent facility to have. There is plenty of space and it is clean and tidy. A great unforseen extra was the restaurants, take aways and supermarket just a five minute walk down the street. I would definitely recommend this to families, or couples travelling together. The shower rose in the main bathroom kept falling from it's holder and getting water all over the bathroom floor. However this is a simple fix and definitely not a reason to pass over this very spacious and comfy B and B.

• Milina (10/5): The place is absolutely beautiful, felt like home, super clean with all the required amenities. - It was very easy to access the property. We found the keys at the front door.
• Yvens (7/5): It was good. - Spacious, very clean and safe backyard for the pets and children. Good appliances. The communication from the host could have been better. Upon arrival we had a different code, we tried calling both mobile numbers but they were disconnected, I messaged the host and never got a response. We had 2 simple conditional requests before completing the booking. 1- Pet friendly 2- Late check out. Check-out was at 10:00 Am and we requested a 60-minute later check-out at 11:00 AM At 9:55 AM the cleaner was knocking on our door. The place is very nice and priced according to the property, it just needs some communication with its guests.

• Danielle (10/5): Comfortable and accommodating - This house was easily the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in! The house was great for our family, with 4 rooms all with exceptionally comfortable beds and living areas that comfortably fit us all in. For our purpose of a basketball tournament it was very well located. Well supplied with tissues/toiletries. Our host was also amazing, very quick to respond and very attentive. On our late evening arrival we couldn’t get the heating working. When she couldn’t help us via message she came over and 7am and very quickly had us sorted. We also (like you do) left a charger in the wall after we left. This was very kindly posted back to us. Feng was very kind and accommodating. High probability of smokers in the property prior to us

• Molly (5/5): Glad it was only 2 nights. - Lots of room. Quiet neighbourhood. Good heating. Responsive owner. Found dog hairs in and on the beds at bed time. Owner did respond to the message about this at 11pm and sent the cleaner around the next morning to change the sheets. Beds not very comfortable, although 3 of them had mattress toppers which helped somewhat, one of them didn't and was very hard and uncomfortable, they also had synthetic sheets. Creaky floorboards disturbing at night if someone had to get up. 2 of the 4 bedrooms actually one room with a glass sliding dividing door, which was fine for us as a family, but not very private if not staying with family.
