- Justine (10/5): Great stay ! - I loved that the communication and directions were so clear and easy to understand for a first time visit to Japan. Everything inside the apartment was labed and there was no need to ask anything further once you arrived. The apartment was well laid out, clean and very comfortable. Cute kitchen with everything you need and an amazing bathroom with great washer/dryer. The supermarket downstairs was a nice bonus. Very happy with our stay here and 100% my favourite stay of our trip. We will absolutely stay here again. Highly reccommend. Nothing!

- Delphi (10/5): Fantastic stay - The appartment was easy to find & in a great, location (only a short walk from the train station), but still fairly quiet. The host was very responsive (replying very quickly when messaged), the luggage storage area was easy to use & secure (used locks to keep bags safe). The appartment itself was a good size for 2 people, but may be a little cramped if more than 2 were staying for a long time. Contained the exact facilities we needed (fridge, kettle, washing machine, iron etc). Overall a great place to stay.

There was someone available in the office so if anything was needed it would have been easy to get ahold of someone. It was quiet loud after 10 pm and long until the early morning. I like to sleep with at least one window open when I stay on a higher level room, however with this being the 2nd floor it was really loud outside.

The beds were big and it was silent at night. I would definitely recommend the apartment The position is a fit far away from the main Tokyo sightseeing, but near enough to the station. I found the mattress good, but not that comfortable, maybe because it lays on a flat floor

- ROBERT (10/5): Tranquille, près d’une gare, confortable et bien équipée. Fortement recommandé. - Tout était parfait. Les instructions pour s’y rendre étaient très claires. Les matelas étaient confortables. Il y avait une laveuse-sécheuse sur place. Plusieurs commerces à deux pas. Le métro (station Shin-Koiwa) à 8 minutes à pied. Cette station nous mène à l’aéroport Narita en moins d’une heure. Le prix un peu élevé mais c’était en pleine période des cerisiers. Hautement recommandé. Nous reviendrons. Si vos bagages sont lourds et volumineux, sachez qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et l’escalier est étroit. C’est au 4e plancher. Nos valises étaient légers, alors on n’a pas souffert, même si on a plus de 70 ans.

- Nina Maria N. (10/5): - Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Appartementgröße gerade richtig für uns zwei. Alles sauber und funktionstüchtig, sehr gemütlich. Nebenan ist eine Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Durch die Informationen die man über Booking erhält bleibt keine Frage offen. Alles sehr gut organisiert. Haben auch einen kostenlosen Pre-Check-in bekommen. Es war etwas kalt im Zimmer trotz eingestellter Heizfunktion an der Klimaanlage. Dafür gibt es aber keinen Punktabzug, da es vielleicht eine persönliche Wahrnehmung ist.

- Annie (9/5): Convenient, well-equipped stay; responsive host, supermarket next door - It had everything we needed for a short stay, and the host was very quick to respond. Being on the ground floor made things super easy, and having a supermarket right next door was incredibly convenient. The location was great, with plenty of eateries close by. The kitchen could use a bit more bench space to make cooking easier. The bin itself was quite small despite having a large liner, and most of the wall hooks felt wobbly, so that’s something that should be fixed.

The air conditioning and laundry machine worked well and there were big windows making the space feel very bright. It was a struggle to haul our luggages up the stairs (to the 5th floor) however the property did have locks outside to leave your luggages there.
- Mandy (9/5): Schöne Schlafgelegenheit mit guter Ausstattung - Mir hat die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Ein grosses Bett, eine kleine Couch, Küche und Bad waren auch ok. Ein kleiner Balkon konnte genutzt werden. Tolle Lage in der Nähe der Metrostation. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in den Nebenstraßen. Das Appartement liegt im oberen Stock. Mir hat nicht so gut gefallen, das die schweren Koffer eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe hoch geschleppt werden müssen. Die Treppe ist wirklich sehr schmal und es ist sehr mühsam. In der Wohnung selbst gab es keinen Kleiderschrank nur eine kleine Nische und bei 3 Personen mussten wir die Kleidung in den Koffern lassen.
- Ronny (5/5): Possible lodging - The washing/dryer machine, the best part was it was quiet. The cloth washing liquid was provided. The apartment is located right next to a small supermarket, near the local shops and a strain station. Despite having a double glazing balcony door and an aircon/heater was turned on, the floor of the room and the bed which positioned next to the balcony remained icy cold. The kitchen did not have a dish drying rack, paper towel or hand towel. The frying pan did not come with a lid which made cooking challenging. It would be nice if the apartment provide some cooking oil/salt & pepper +/- soya sauce.

We had to purchase a pack. If would be better if you could have given a disposable cup or other form of cups to utilize.

- taehee (10/5): 2박3일 잘 머물다 왔습니다 감사해요 - 신코이와역에서 멀지 않은 위치에 있어 좋았습니다. 6세8세 아이들과 어른1명이 이용했고, 방은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 넷플릭스,유튜브 등 시청가능한 tv가 있어요 올라가는 계단이 좁고 가파르기 때문에 크고 무거운 캐리어를 가지고 오신다면 조금 힘드실수 잇을것 같아요.

- Max (8/5): Nice aparment, better for less than four people. - Nice and relatively modern Apartment. All areas were clean and well kept. WiFi was constantly available and stable. Upon arrival we got friendly help carrying up our luggage. In walking distance to a JR station with direct connection to Narita airport. The staircase is quite small, making it a bit difficult to move up big luggage. Storage room is limited if travelling with multiple people. There is an electronic control panel for the water temperature next to the shower in the bathroom, causing slight concern.

We had 4x 24kg suitcases and 2x 10kg carry ons to climb up and down to and from the 5th level with very narrow stars and no elevator. You need to make it clear that there is no elevator, my husband has asthma and struggled.

- David (9/5): Alles was man braucht - Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz so klein wie wir es in Japan schon erlebt haben. Es gibt ausreichend Platz um sich etwas zu bewegen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man gebrauchen könnte (von Waschmittel bis hin zu einer Kofferwaage). Einzig die Entfernung zur „Innenstadt“ war etwas nervig aber sonst war die Lage prima direkt an einer Einkaufsstraße und generell in einer belebten Ecke

- Thorsten (10/5): Kleine Wohnung um Tokio zu erkunden - Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein! Der Checkin hat reibungslos funktioniert. Auch die Nachbarschaft der Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: Family Markt, 7eleven, Bäckerei und Starbucks. Zur U-Bahn-Station sind es 8 Minuten. Von dort aus, gelangt man überall hin. Wir waren insgesamt eine Woche in der Wohnung. Was man wissen muss, wenn man Tokio erkundet, ist es zeitlich nicht möglich, zwischendurch mal in der Wohnung eine Pause zu machen. Die Wege sind einfach zu groß. Die Betten waren bequem, alles extrem sauber. Die Waschmaschine hat auch gut funktioniert und die Klimaanlage lies sich gut regulieren. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Mam nadzieję żekiwdys wróc - Świetna lokalizacja obok długiego pasażu handlowego i stacji, WiFi TV i klimatyzacja również na duży plus. Ponadto dostaliśmy mejlowo obszerne instrukcje jak dotrzeć do mieszkania, jakimi pociągami itp, jak również na miejscu były jasne wskazówki jak korzystać z apartamentu, co było bardzo przydatne. Ponadto mieszkanie zamykane było na kod dzięki czemu każdy z nas mógł swobodnie bez konieczności noszenia klucza wchodzić i wychodzić z apartamentu. Zaskoczeniem dla nas był brak windy, ale właściciel sam pomógł nam wnosić walizki, za co bardzo byliśmy wdzięczni.

- Luke (10/5): It was everything I could of asked for and If I go back to Japan I’d be more then happy to stay there again - I found the location to be great, it felt like a 5 ish minute walk to Shin-Koiwa station, it’s also a 5 second walk from a small grocery store (AEON) which is very convenient and also about a 1 minute walk to a shopping district which is full of restaurants and small stores. The steps to enter the apartment were extremely easy to follow, the apartment itself is everything as advertised, it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. If your used to blackout curtains like me, the curtains they have let a bit of light through (not fully opaque), though that seems to be quite standard in Japan

- Qihua (8/5): I would consider it for my next visit. - Good price for value. Easy and prompt communications with the owner by messages. I love the two windows and one small balcony on three sides of the room. If you want to cook some vegetables or beef, it provides all the cooking wares. Location is very convenient for JR PASS holder who want to make the full use of the pass for metro. I feel the bedding is too soft for me and the quilt is a bit thick for summer.
- Cameron (7/5): Convenient location at a reasonable price with some limitations for foreigners. - The host was informative and provided updates about events in the local area we might be interested in throughout the stay. The accommodation was located within walking distance to the local train station making it easy to get around. Getting in and around central Tokyo was easy using the train. For larger families, the cost of train travel adds up quickly if you are making multiple trips per day. The room had everything you would need to remain comfortable for a short stay. Local shops were easy to access (there was a small grocery store just below the apartment). The mattresses were not quite resilient enough for American sized tourist. As a 6 foot 3 inch adult male, it compressed enough to cause some back discomfort after a few nights. The stairs are extremely narrow and there is no elevator. If you bring large suitcases or have mobility issues this will be difficult. While not the fault of the hosts, the area immediately surrounding the apartment did not seem to be frequented by non-Asian tourists so we stood out and were not necessarily embraced by the local population. We were told by one random local pedestrian, "F* America, Japan is better," while walking home one evening. We were not allowed to enter a local restaurant that had seating available, without explanation they just shut the door on us.

- Masako (10/5): - お部屋は、内装がおしゃれで清潔感もありました。駅までの道のりに、商店街があるのと、隣に小さいスーパーがあったので、買い物はとても便利でした。また、ホストに質問をするとメッセージのリスポンスがとても早く助かりました。エレベーターがなく、初日にスーツケースを運ぶのに苦労しましたが、最終日は荷物の運搬を手伝ってもらえたので、とても助かりました。 エレベーターがないので、荷物が多い旅行者は、1階のお部屋の希望を出すか、ホストに相談することをお勧めします。
