• Sara (1/5): - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID ! I booked this property months in advance for a family of 4 kids and two adults . When we entered we where greeted with grubby walls, white stained pillows in the so called living room, grubby bedbases and just a total misleading property that is described on the pictures. I didn't take the decision lightly but we didn't stay in the property that cost me 490 euro . This weekend in Liverpool was a home Liverpool match and the grand national was on so it cost me 800 pound for a family room to stay .I would of rather sleep in my car then stay at this property. There was nothing about this property that i could recommend. I would avoid at all cost .
• Jay (3/5): DIY Nightmare! - Location to the football ground This place is a DIY nightmare. Everything has been done cheap on bodged over. Its like putting a plaster over a stab wound. The shower leaks all over the floor. Presentation was poor. Owner trying to haggle us out of £50, later reducing it to £20 for early check in

• Emily (9/5): would 100% stay again - Bedrooms were lovely, shower was warm and clean plenty of towels and extra blankets heating worked wonders for us, and so easy to get the key, nice and quiet location radiator didn’t work in bottom bedroom but the heating heated up the whole place so didn’t matter

• Rickard (10/5): Great stay for football fans - Location close to Anfield Stadium. Lots of space. Everything we needed. Easy contact with host through Booking.com messages, instant replies. Regular British standards, we got what was expected. Can't expect anything fancy. Not a problem for us.

• Robert (1/5): For a one nights stay for a Liverpool or Everton game its ok - good position and parking State of property. Looked like it had been renovated by amateurs. Some doors upside down, not closing properly. Tiles with gaps and poor grouting. Woodwork roughly painted. Weird patches on walls looking like damp but not. Smart TV not so smart and wouldn't connect to wifi despite trying for half an hour. Sealant round bath looked like it had been put on by a child and the shower was hopeless. Curtains not fitting properly. The list is endless
