• Novak (5/5): the property is tired. Everything is of the cheapest and most basic. The waste pop up plug failed - Keys were 1.2km from residence and I was unaware of this when booking. Very very awkward for an 80 year old reliant on public transport. This was a particularly bad start to my stay. It could have been prevented if instructions were clear from the get go. Its not acceptable to have self check in keys so far from stay. Carrying bags, stinking hot. No fun at all
• Kylie (2/5): Great location. Don't bother. - Great location. I booked a "modern 2 level, 3 bedroom apartment". What I got was an outdated, 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a 46 story building. The old, partly broken air conditioner barely cooled the living room, let alone the stifling hot bedrooms. The carpet had been ripped out of the bedroom & not replaced with anything. Where there was once a fan in the bathroom is now a hole covered with duct tape that is falling off. The wardrobe door was broken. The drawer was broken in the wardrobe. Paint is peeling off everywhere. Every piece of metal is rusting. Tiles are cracked. I could go on & on. Out of the countless properties I have booked thru Booking.com this has been the worst. By a mile.
• Sarah (2/5): Dirty, unkept premise, definitely shop around stay elsewhere - The location is good and lounge size big although could do with another seat or couch. From the time you walk out the lift you are meg with a stinky cigarette smell from neighbors room, it wofts into the entrance of room and main room. The bathrooms are both disgusting, not updated possibly since being built, paint peeling, mould around basins, paint stains or something similar all over them, ensuite with burn/melt marks. Some of the sheets had stains on them, one of the kids beds a hole in the sheet then to top it off woman's hair in the shower from previous people. There was a stain on the chair in lounge, this place just isn't upkeep or clean, such s disappointing stay guven the great location. I messaged after we checked in about stained sheets and lack of cleanliness but got no reply on the booking app and emailed and got no reply. The freezer was frozen shut a clearly not checked for a while 😞

• Jennie (8/5): Great location - Great location to walk to main attractions in surfers paradise. A little run down inside bathroom and some touches to the unit to bring it up to scratch would be nice
• Colin (8/5): Perfect location for family holiday - Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to surfer paradise, next to skypoint. Lots of dining choices nearby. Spacious apartment with nice warm water pool for our winter holiday. Keys needed to be pick up from a spot 5 minites drive away. The reception at ground level doesn't serve this unit. When we can't see hair-dryer in the unit, the reception cannot help. It was a bit cold in the mid of the night, where bedroom with no air-con or extra blanket. Maintenance are needed for this unit.
• Fiona (7/5): Excellent location - The location was excellent and central. Beach just across the road. The resort pools/spa were really good. The place provided the very basics. They needed to repair a broken laundry door.
• Victoria (10/5): Apartment was good enough for us but the location was the winner. - Location was a 10! Literally just walk across the road to the beach. Hotel facilities were amazing! Apartment itself nice and big, a lot of space for a big family. Carpark is tight for a big car but that’s every underground carpark for you. Apartment abit old Bathrooms abit dated and dark. Rooms have no aircon
