• Shaun (4/5): Flat itself was ok, let down by no sleep due to loud neighbours shouting through the night until5am - Property had everything you needed for few nights stay, it was clean and comfortable The property itself was fine, however we didn’t get any sleep due to the constant loud shouting from a downstairs flat, it states “quite time” 2200-0700 yet we was kept awake by constant shouting from what sounded like the flat underneath us and this was both nights of our stay well until 5am

• Samb079 (8/5): Great apartment 😁 - Spacious apartment. Great location for Etihad, Co-op LIVE, but also 15 mins in a taxi to Heaton park. Complete with Kitchen, dining and lounge area. 2 decent sized bedrooms. And also a sofa bed in the lounge area.

• Iris (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was clean, tidy and well maintained. It was in a great location, and secure free parking is a bonus. The kitchen has equipped with basic cutlery and cooking facilities. The rooms were light and airy and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty room for all 4 of us and our luggage. The WiFi worked really well. Check in / out process was relatively easy. Landlord meet us at the accommodate upon arrival.

• Ahmed (9/5): Nice flat - The flat is really nice in a quiet area, and inside there you will find everything you need, I would like to thank Josephine who is managing the flat for her help and quick response all the time, definitely I will be back again. Nothing major but only 3 comments if they can take care of it will be a perfect place, a wardrobe because there’s no place to put your clothes if you’re staying for a while, a TV in the bedroom even if it’s a small one and a bit bigger bed in the bedroom for couples.
• Katherine (9/5): It was a cosy flat 😀 - Flat was clean, well equipped, in a nice quiet area and had secure parking. Even though advertised as cosy, it was good size for 4 people. It's a top floor flat, with a few flight of stairs and outer doors were very heavy, so may not be suitable for people with mobility problem. My mum just about managed them so it wasn't that big an issue, but just to warn others.
• Caroline (8/5): Good value for family city break - Good proximity to transport links for central Manchester Towel rail in bathroom and drawers in the bedrooms would be helpful
• Kelk (10/5): Very good - It was very clean and we had lots of essential items free for us to use like cleaning supplies, glasses, toiletries etc Underneath one of the beds there was old takeaway rubbish which left a little smell
