- Susan (5/5): Served its purpose (being near airport for an early morning flight) - Cabins were clean and comfortable. Good air con and in-room facilities. Staff were very helpful. Location was 10 mins from airport. Breakfast was terrible, only asian options available. Restaurant did not offer their normal menu for lunch/dinner due to a corporate function being hosted (should have told guests in advance of arrival). Cabins were located next to a Go Karting track and the bathroom is virtually outside with a patio roof. No one, not even Tuk Tuk drivers or taxis, knew where the accommodation was which made it really hard to get transport to/from.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht um das Wohl des Gastes. Bei meiner Ankunft war das Wetter sehr stürmisch. Ich durfte das Zimmer wechseln. Direkt schade,war ich nur 1 Nacht hier. Das Essen im Restaurant fand ich sehr lecker. Da kann ich nichts nennen.

- DANIEL (6/5): - The staff was amazing the best part of our stay. The rooms were small but nice. The resort is showing some wear around the pools missing tiles and pool edging is warped. The only issues we had is the food is way overpriced and we had AC go out 2 times in 4 days 1 time they fixed second time just looked at it and didn’t tell us anything until we called back an hour later another guy came and looked and again did t relay any message just left called again an hour later they said there was nothing they could do. Not what you want to hear why pay over $100 a night and get not AC. We have stayed in nicer places for the same or less money.

- Zoltan (4/5): Very disappointing - pool paintey everything to orange! - Do not go! The worst part: the pool painted all our swimsuits and hair to orange!! Looks like rust and we were unable to get it out (check out the photos - we had to cut the edges of the hair!) Another family had the same issues after bathing 2 hours in the pool. Location: there is absolutely nothing around (closest town at 25 minutes drive), feels like being in a ghost town with just a few guests in the resort. The restaurant is way overpriced for Cambodia and there is no alternative anywhere around. Service: at restaurant extremely slow (rhey barely speak English, very ling waiting times) only the hotel manager was very cooperative when we decided to move out of the hotel after 2 nights (instead of 7 days we booked originally) and refunded us for the nights we did not stay. We then took a speed boat to the island of Koh Rong and there we found real paradise.

- Martin (6/5): A location for a Chinese party, secluded from civilization. - The best part of this hotel was the restaurant, especially for breakfast and dinner. You can tell the food is prepared by an experienced Asian chef, with a great selection of food and drink. However, the staff can be a bit slow. The location is an absolutely remote resort, with nothing nearby. Grab services are not available directly from the hotel; you have to go to a different location to access them. Even then, drivers often have difficulty reaching the resort due to its distance from the city center. It felt more like a weekend getaway for local visitors than a traditional hotel resort, and their behavior was not of course noř very "European". For an overnight stay, one or two nights at most, the hotel is OK. Otherwise, I don't know what else we should do there. Everything is man-made, concrete, stone...

However lovely staff did take us to a grab pick up point. Also a lot of small ants on floor of room. Maybe would be good to have some spray.

Staff knew about this party and didn't recommend change to another house or at least inform us in advance. The next day's music starts at 7:15.

Everything is at the same place and is perfect for few relaxing days before taking off as it is next to the airport and the good side is that we don’t see airplanes fly by the club. The staff is very helpful and welcome guest warmly. Everything is shining new, can’t recommand enough this place ! Some constructions ongoing next to cabins but it doesn’t bother

Slingshot, snorkeling, kayaking, jet ski, etc. During our initial phone call, they assured us that we could bring outside food to the outdoor dining area. We were all excited and bought a fresh seafood from Sihanoukville market. However, upon arrival, a staff member mentioned that we need to pay $30, which made us all disappointed, not because we cannot afford to pay but because they don’t keep their words for it. Thankfully, the manager quickly stepped in, and allowed us to enjoy our meal without the additional fee. Of course, we also ordered food and drinks from the restaurant. :)

However, it's worth noting that the hotel's measures against mosquitoes could be improved. While the accommodations are comfortable, we had issues with mosquitoes, suggesting that additional pest control measures may be necessary, like mosquitoes net... Additionally, while the hotel's beachfront location provides a serene setting, it's important to consider that it may not be the most convenient for travelers looking to access the nearby islands via ferry. Furthermore, taxi rides from the hotel can be quite expensive, which could impact the overall budget for exploring the area.

Food available by the pool with cocktails all the staff all spoke great English. Room was only a few steps from the beach too. Well recommended.

Place to be to chill. - The location is absolutely stunning with a private white sandy beach that is very clean. Good fun activities for kids and adults. Good breakfast. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms could have had more facilities. Mosquitoes in the evening when you are out so be prepared.
