• Zinovy (6/5): Nice property but too many rules to follow. - The property was clean and modern. The host gave helpful transportation advice. The host had many requests for us. He had a think book of rules and regulations for guests to study and follow. For example, he asked us to clean the shower drain after each shower. Another example, he asked us to leave our shoes outside the entry door and insisted that we wear sleepers which he gave us. The sleepers were not new and clearly had been used many times by other guests/people. We think that if it is important for the host that guests wear sleepers within the property, he should provide guests with new sleepers. Wearing someone else's old sleepers is not sanitary. To summarize, we did not fee much hospitality from the hosts. No welcoming water bottles. Paper towel roll had just a couple of sheets left. Same with tissue box. Bathroom towels were laundered but old and mismatched. The garbage can was not cleaned from previous guest.

• Yvonne (9/5): - Howdy... this accommodation with the landlord is, quite simply, top-notch. Simple apartment with everything you need. Access through the garage takes a bit of getting used to... but everything is top-notch. SUPER for a trip to San Francisco. The landlord... We thank you for your hospitality. We hope you have a goog time in Nizza....... Nothing.....
• Anja (8/5): Wir würden wiederkommen. - Wir haben uns wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt! Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es wird viel Wert auf Details gelegt. Man kann den Golden Gate Park zu Fuß in 40 Minuten erreichen. Alex war sympathisch und hilfsbereit.
• Christian (9/5): Ci torneremo! - Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 4 notti, Alex una persona molto dolce e accogliente. La casa perfetta e molto pulita. La casa seppur non in centro è ben collegata da mezzi di trasporto (40-45min), potrebbe essere scomodo ma per noi è stato un plus essendo una zona molto sicura e tranquilla, da non sottovalutare a San Francisco.
• Swati (8/5): Great place especially for medium term stay (~10+ days) - V clean and modern flat. Alex was v nice. Clean beds, linens, adequate towels and sheets etc. The sofa bed is also comfy to sleep on. All in all a great stay for me and my Dad. Thank you Alex! Was lovely meeting you too! If you are not from SF, know that the walls are very thin which is common in most such flats in SF area, so if you are a light sleeper you may hear every walking step and conversation-sounds of the landlord’s family above but wasn’t an issue for us. Good to be aware that the flat is fairly high tech (we really liked that!) and the user manual is v comprehensive with lots of very clearly laid out rules to be aware of. Totally worth the time investment of going through the thick binder of how to operate everything in the flat if you are planning a longer stay - eg the locks, the lights, the stove top (we couldn’t finally get the vent or lights of that to work, but wasn’t an issue as we didn’t use the stovetop finally), the thermostat, strict washer and dryer timings (only once per stay and only if the stay is more than 5 days, from 4-9 pm only, although Alex was kind enough to relax that for us once (thank you again Alex!). If one cares about natural light in the flat, lone that there are no windows in the living area, but there is a walkout in the bedroom which brings in plenty of natural light into that room. Independent entry to the flat was very convenient in every way. Close to grocery stores too. Nice safe neighborhood. Lovely shared backyard to sit out at! I would definitely recommend this place for 2 people and comfortably possibly for 3 also! Nothing! Everything was good for our stay! Thanks Alex!
• Zsuzsi (9/5): Superb - Alex was very friendly, the apartment is extremely clean, quiet and near to the ocean. Several bus lines are available in walking distance. A real dining table would make it even better.
• Linda (10/5): The casita fit our needs and the neighborhood was safe. - The property was clean and comfortable. The radiant floor heating in the bathroom was a bonus. The location was a quick drive or muni downtown. The Pacific Ocean was a short walk away. The hosts were onsite, so check-in and out was easy.
• Pınar (10/5): Perfect holiday! - We stayed 7 different place in California but this was quite exceptional due to the owner Alex and cleanliness. We felt at our own home for a week. He was helpful and the house was quite clean. He informed us about eveything including the San Fransisco. So nothing to say bad about here.
• Thien (3/5): Misleading and/or missing info in apartment and stay description. Tight level of control by host. - Location was excellent and facitilities were very clean and organized. Directions were clear and hosts were very communicative and responsive. Uncomfortable for the following (personal) reasons: - "Private" access but it is in fact a lower-level residence with an entrance inside the garage. Host's car is frequently parked inside. - Very old and tattered slippers were given to move about the apartment. - Extensive "do not touch" notes were pasted all over the apartment (on fridge magnets, pillows/blankets in the closet, etc.) which made the stay very uncomfortable. Why have amenities that are not usable in the apartment itself? Why not keep it with the host? - We were only given one bath towel and one face towel for the duration of the 3 day stay. No clean towels were given. - We were told to bring trash and recycling out to the bins (why is this not included as a cleaning service?), but the bins were locked and hosts were not present. So, we had to bring trash to a public dumpster. - Thermostat was locked, so changes cannot be made by guests! Why?? - Lights auto-dim or auto-turn off after a specific time, regardless of what guests do to try to keep the lights on. All in all a very misleading and uncomfortable stay.
• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - We felt like at home in this apartment. Very clean, comfortable and have all what you should need, big kitchen. Close to the ocean. Beautiful district. Very helpful and friendly host Weather could be nicer next time :)

The hosts were lovely and helped us if we had questions. We would definitely come back again! It was easy to reach SF city centre with public transport or an taxi. Thanks a lot!
