• JOSE MANUEL (5/5): Incomodo por recargado. Mucho mobiliario para muy poco espacio. - Lo único a valorar de este apartamento es su ubicación, muy cerca del paseo. Por algo, de las 131 fotos, solo unas 10 son del interior del apartamento: Primera falsedad es el tamaño, teniendo en cuenta que es de un dormitorio, donde pone 60 mt, debería de poner 35 mt, medidos por mí y terraza de 1mtx1mt. Nada indican de fianza al hacer la reserva, pero lo primero antes de las llaves es pedir 50 € de fianza. La cocina -salón carece de un simple sofá, que se ha sustituido por un a cama, con lo cual o te tumban o permaneces de pie en el apartamento. No hay más opción. La habitación era un lugar donde casi no nos podíamos mover por exceso de mobiliario Cama de matrimonio mas otra cama supletoria y una cama plegada (si se ocupan todas las camas los huéspedes tendrían que convivir en el rellano de la escalera del edificio). El colchón estaba hundido en las posiciones de dormir de dos personas (supongo que viejo y corriente) Ante cualquier incidencia el contacto de Torrevieja que hace la entrega las llaves no responde, y hay que contactar con la dueña, que está en Países Bajos, y que por tanto poco va a solucionar, y poco solucionó. Fallos en la Wifi. Había dos TV, uno en cada estancia, pero uno no funcionaba.

• Christopher (8/5): Lovely stay woukd stay again - Location was great and had all facilities for self catering . A toaster would have been great but had everything you need . Very difficult to get in and out if with one key as no way of opening outside gates unless you came down to open them . If one person was out then you cannot open property from inside so you have to go down three flights stairs to let them in . So extra set keys are needed really .

• Adrian (7/5): - Muy limpio la ubicación muy cerca de la playa la tranquilidad de la zona supermercado al lado del piso En la cocina le falta muchas cosas para poder cocinar, sartenes muy viejos.La chica que nos a dejado las llaves nos a pedido 10€ al día para aire acondicionado para poder usarlo

• HammerZed (10/5): - Pobyt byl naprosto perfektní! Apartmán se nachází jen pár kroků od moře, což bylo ideální jak na ranní koupání, tak na večerní procházky podél pláže. V okolí je vše potřebné – obchody, restaurace i kavárny, vše v pěší vzdálenosti. Byt byl plně vybavený, nic nám nechybělo. Kuchyň měla veškeré spotřebiče, nechyběly ani drobnosti jako kávovar, pračka nebo rychlovarná konvice. Pohodlné spaní. Všechno bylo čisté, moderní a vkusně zařízené, působilo to velmi útulně. Majitelé byli vstřícní a komunikace bez problémů. Tento pobyt naprosto splnil naše očekávání – klidné místo, krásné moře, skvělé zázemí. Rádi se sem vrátím.
• Janos (10/5): Excellent location and great place to stay! - The location is just excellent! Literally one minute (or less) to the beach, actually multiple beaches to choose from. Access to the city is well as easy, everything is a close walk away. The rooms were fine and you can see the sea at the end of the street from the balcony! Great to have a coffee on the balcony in the morning looking out. There is an elevator in the building which makes access easy although I usually took the stairs downward. The kitchen is fine for quick cooking, we mostly made salads with quick fried or cooked meat or fish. We didn't bring a car as we arrived with plane and bus, the place is an easy few minutes walk from the main bus station. We didn't use the air conditioner as summer is about being warm for us but both rooms have air con. Everything was as expected, the host was helpful, no negatives! Make sure to ask the host to recommend a private ride provider to the airport option if your plane departs too early for a bus (or if you like your own transfers).

• Heather (6/5): Had a nice holiday but may have been different but for the good weather. - Good location. Poor self catering facilities. No grill, no toaster, no oven. Television useless to non Spanish speaking guests. Property generally clean but floors need washing.
