• Brîndușa-Maria (4/5): Sejurului a fost unul plăcut, însă cazarea ne-a afectat șederea! - A fost în apropiere de obiectivele turistice pe care ni le-am propus să le vizitam. Curățenie deficitară, lenjerie lipsă, ploșnițe, egrăsie în una din băi, miros închis, canapea murdară, aparatele de aer condiționat zgomotoase, conexiunea la internet foarte slabă!

• Zsofia (5/5): Despite the good location, the noise and poor building condition made it unpleasant. - The apartment has a great location, close to the city center with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, which made it easy to get around and enjoy Budapest. It’s also quite spacious, and having two bathrooms was convenient for our family. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The building itself is quite run-down, and we didn’t feel very safe coming and going. The elevator wasn’t working, and there were stinking garbage bins right at the entrance. The apartment is located above a bar, which made it very noisy at night, and some of the double windows were missing, so the noise carried even more. Inside, the wooden floor was very creaky and loud, and we also noticed black mold in one of the bathrooms, which was concerning.

Arredamento delizioso, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. A disposizione caffè the e detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Appartamento molto silenzioso con doppi servizi Una delle due camere ha solo delle tende per la notte, che non funzionano tantissimo per fare buio. La culla data a disposizione era assolutamente inutilizzabile in quanto il materasso era praticamente un telo con delle doghe: mia figlia di nove mesi ha dovuto dormire sul letto con me e mio marito nella seconda stanza. Lo sportello della lavastoviglie si smonta appena lo si tocca in pratica

• Olga (7/5): - La ubicación. Y amplitud Uno de los dos baños estaba estropeado y no se pudo utilizar. No había persiana en uno de los dormitorios con grandes ventanales y no se podía dormir por la luz que entraba.

• Iryna (7/5): - Місцерозташування + Квартира простора, ліжка зручні, дуже багато посуду, можна приготувати на кухні багато чого, а от посуд для випікання не знайшли, хоча установлена дуже гарна піч. Підʼїзд нормальний, світло вмикається. Потрібне генеральне прибирання, особливо поверхонь дивану та килимків. Бо було трохи бридко. Пральний засіб на постільній білизні міг бути не гіпоалергенним або ще якась невідома мені причина, можливо укуси….так як викликало свербіж шкіри і почервоніння у великій спальній кімнаті від ліжка, у 2 чоловік що там спало. «Зустрівся» тарган у туалеті, але розумію що будинок старий то таке може бути. Ліфт не працює.

• Orit (8/5): בשקלול הדברים הטובים והדברים שדורשים טיפול להבא, השהות הייתה סה״כ נעימה ופונקציונאלית, תמורה טובה למחיר בהתחשב בגודל המש - 1. קלות הצ׳ק אין, 2. מיקום, מיקום ושוב- מיקום: הדירה מרכזית מאוד - כמעט ולא נעזרנו בתחבורה הציבורית- הכל ברגל והכל מעבר לפינה. אפילו חנויות נחות 24/7 במרחק דקה הליכה, המון המון בתי קפה, מסעדות גדולות כקטנות, איזור בילויי לילה, שוק האיכרים, סופרמרקט קרוב, בית כנסת הגדול במרחק 15 דק הליכה בר הריסות ״מזל טוב״ מעבר לפינה. 3. מזגן בכל חדר זה ממש נכס בחום שהיה לרוב סביב 30 מעלות בחוץ. 4. הרחוב צדדי ומאוד שקט. 5. אבזור המטבח מאפשר בישול למשפחה של ארוחות מגוונות (מציעה לבעלי המקום להוסיף מסננת לפסטה כדי להפוך את זה למושלם). 6. הדירה ממש מרווחת- היינו 2 מבוגרים ו 4 ילדים ולא הרגשנו צפיפות. 7. העיצוב נקי, נעים ופונקציונלי (הדירה כאילו נלקחה ואובזרה במלואה מקטלוג איקאה). 8. מדיח התברר כנכס אמיתי, אם כי הייתי ממליצה לבעלי הדירה להשאיר קצת יותר מ 2 טבליות לשהות בת 7 לילות כמו במקרה שלנו. 9. תריס גלילה ברוב חלונות הדירה מאפשר ליצור אפלה כמעט מוחלטת- מבטיח שינה ממש טובה גם לאחר הזריחה המוקדמת. 10. המיטות ממש נוחות. 11. 2 מקלחות עם מקלחון ושירותים בכל אחת זה שיקול חשוב למשפחה! 1. ניקיון בינוני בחדרים, שטיחים מוכתמים, אבק שלא נוקה מתחת למיטות ון לא נשאב כהלכה בסלון. 2.ריח עובש וביוב באחת המקלחות שהיה מאוד מורגש כאשר הגענו, הודענו על כך לבריאן שהבטיח לקחת את זה בחשבון להבא. 3.במהלך הימים הראשונים שמנו לב לאסלה דולפת באחת המקלחות מה שיצר ריח נורא ונאלצנו לספוג ולנקות את זה לי מעט. 4. WiFi התנתק המון פעמים וברוב המקרים נדרש לבצע איתחול לראוטר על מנת להמשיך לגלוש. 5. מצוין שבמקום יש מעלית, אכן יש אך היא לא עובדת. אם יש מזוודות גדולות- זה מקשה. 6. ביקשתי להאריך את השהות או להשאיר את המזוודה במקום לזמן ארוך יותר- בריאן אמר שאוכל להישאר עד שהמנקה מגיעה, אך לא ידע לומר מתי תגיע. היא הגיעה 10 דק לאחר שעת צ׳ק אאוט המצויינת ולא ניתן פתרון מעשי טוב לאחסון המטען (הופניתי לשירות שמירת חפצים שהיה רחוק יחסית ונסגר מוקדם). 7. חלק מהרהיטים לא חזקים וקצת מתפרקים (נאלצנו להצמיד כורסה לאחד הארונות כדי שלא יפול עלינו).

Big refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner in every room, 2 bathrooms The entrance to the building is a bit old and dirty, there are construction works out of the flat. Also the door is problematic to close when you go out, have to slam it really hard The blankets are small, kid size

• Sami (6/5): Value for money was disproportionally high - The apartment is well furnished, centrally located in a quite street. The large living room and kitchen are well equipped. The main disadvantage is the very much noisy A/C motor situated above the window of the small bedroom that prevented a normal sleep. The building and entrance are not maintained. The elevator did not work. Only one small towel was provided for a couple during a stay of 4 days. Most disturbing the value for money was disproportionally high.
