• Nokwazi (7/5): Good - I had a wonderful stay at the Whitaker. The location is only a short walk from AU. It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. However, getting a key from a different location, about 3.6km (10 minutes drive) from the property, was inconvenient.
• Jawad (9/5): Good - Recommended - I really liked the location, facilities and staff. We need to pick the keys from specified location which is 4 KM far from the property and this flat have windows without curtains which was disturbing our privacy. I have requested staff to check our concerns.
• Gee-woo (8/5): Very good - 1. The property manager always responded quickly to my requests. 2. It was quite noisy because the building was under repair. The host didn't tell me this in advance. So I filed a complaint and the host offered me some discount. This was reasonable. 1. The key collection was a problem. The key box should be placed nearby the property. 2. There is no grocery store nearby. Only convenience stores are available.

• Ashlee (7/5): lovely views but seems like not enough attention is being paid between stays - property is such a beautiful spot during our stay we were able to watch the full moon rise. it’s got everything close by and perfect amount of space for a couple. had some troubles getting our key but property manager was very apologetic and fast solving the problem. upon our arrival it appeared the rubbish hadn’t been changed from the previous guest, the dishes had some small spots of dried food, there was no bathroom amenities available and the bed sheets were wrinkled appearing to have not been changed aswell :(
