L’accueil des hôtes a été exceptionnel : disponibles, attentionnés et toujours de bonne humeur. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos — propre, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés et où je reviendrai sans hésiter !

It's also very spacious and clean There was no view,and it was a little dark. I was in the small room so my review of the room is not a fair representation. The other 2 rooms were fine and reports were the beds were very comfortable

Si tratta di una casa dove potenzialmente possono dormire anche 7-8 persone comodamente (noi eravamo 5 e siamo stati molto comodi). Due bagni, cucina spaziosa e soggiorno comodissimo. Anche il prezzo davvero niente male. Molto gentili anche l'host e la signora delle pulizie che si sono scusati per il check in ritardato (colpa di un ritardo degli ospiti della prenotazione precedente) e ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie in casa per poter girare liberi la città. Se siete un gruppo di persone ve lo consiglio assolutamente!! Unica leggera nota dolente sono i letti. Tutti letti singoli, un po' piccoli e nessun matrimoniale. Poco male, erano abbastanza comodi.
• Marlize (5/5): - Central location, especially if it’s your first time driving in Bilboa. The electronic check-in and check-out procedure does not work. This caused immense stress as someone has to drive around in town because someone else has to wait for the owner to let you in or hand over the keys. The bathroom was never cleaned after the previous visit and in was in a bad state. The unit was very warm during summer and the fans were not effective.
• Tudor (8/5): Very good - The apartment is big and has a nice and cozy living room. Also, very quiet. The host was responsive and helpful. Two of the bedrooms are small and cramped. They don't look too clean neither.
• Mjkk (9/5): Happy to return - Good location with good amenities. Relatively clean. Swept floor because I could feel sand under my bare feet. Not a big deal. The process to get the instructions was somewhat complicated. Suggest providing bathroom floor mats for stepping out of shower.

• Debbra (10/5): Exceeded our expectations, location is fantastic and the apartment is well equipped. - The key collection was process was easy, once it had been established and clarified with the host. However, the check-in verification that was requested was extremely awkward and only requested the night before. I don't know if that was an issue with Booking.com or the host. It caused extreme amount of stress, and I thought we were going to have to check into a hotel, as I couldn't get the system to work appropriately. We were travelling at the time and it was difficult to work from a mobile phone.
• Pauline (10/5): Very comfortable stay in central Bilbao! - This is a very large spacious apartment with every amenity and comfort. The host was pleasant and very easy to deal with. The apartment is centrally located with easy walking to shops and transport.
• Nigel (8/5): Would absolutely recommend. This worked perfectly for our 3 night stay as a group of six friends. - Really good location for getting about the city and beyond. Perfect for a party of six. Spacious and in good condition. Shame that not a bit more effort goes into the cleaning. Our clothes were left dusty from some of the wardrobes and the grime on the bathroom tiles would come off with a scrub! Not important particularly, but slightly odd to not hear a word from the host at any point during our stay or even to a pleasant message after checking out.

The apartment was so well equipped with everything that you need and very clean. We had an issue where the hot water stopped working and Joseba, the manager was so helpful and got it fixed right away which we really appreciated. Overall a great stay ! Nothing it was perfect!
• Claudje67 (4/5): Disappointing - Apartment was spacious and the wifi worked well. There was no view outside. All windows are completely covered with film. The dryer caused electrical shortcuts Waterpump in bathroom was defective. We had to call the host several times to get entrance to the apartment. There was a lot of noise from the neighbors. You can hear them walk and talk.
