- Callum (10/5): - Nice for a quick stay It was quite small, but I expected that and was fine with it. Just mentioning in case it's an issue for others.
- Steane (9/5): -

- Muhammad (1/5): - Rubbish not comfortable
- Alena (9/5): - Very nice place! Had a great greeting at arrival. Bit far from city center but the buses are running close and frequent. Beautiful place, a lot of space. The whole suite just for me. Regret I had only one night. Totally recommend
- Witness (5/5): -
- Eniye (10/5): -
- Martyn (5/5): - I couldn't connect to WiFi, no tea/coffee facilities and no plugs in the bath or sinks.
- Melodykp99 (9/5): Perfect for one night - It was nice and compact. Warm room The step into was a bit high.
- Tadas (7/5): -
- chandra (9/5): - It's peaceful and calm
- Christopher Dayton (10/5): -
- Taja (10/5): Delightful - The best property in Leeds amazing value for money. Spacious apartment, clean and has Netflix YouTube great facilities. I was so happy and had a great stay in Leeds just a 30 minute into the city centre if you walk. The host was lovely so kind made my stay even better. So everything was great
- Taja (10/5): Excellent - Oh it was lovely, everything was great. Netflix YouTube kitchen washer everything u need for a night even a year. Nothing all good
- TIM (8/5): Small but very cleverly used space and spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again. -
- Susan (10/5): - Very welcoming. Clean and comfortable. In a nice area. Easy to park. Convenient for university.
- Adrian (9/5): Great value apartment, not too far from Headingley - Nice self contained apartment in a decent area of Leeds. Everything as advertised and good value for money. The way England played at the Cricket
- Vikki (10/5): Great home from home accommodation - Small and perfectly formed! Everything we needed and more. Gentleman that greeted us was lovely and polite. Bed was comfy. Nothing
- Synowiec (7/5): - very friendly owner no bathtub plug, two of the four burners did not work.
- Raymond (9/5): Value for money - Although it is tiny you have everything you need inside the suite: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a TV with many channels. Excellent location and neighbourhood. Peace, quiet and safe at night. Wifi needs improvement.
- monica (2/5): Horrid - The hostess is a kind lady. She is friendly. The room was dusty, bathroom was dirty. There was rust and mould in taps, shower. The kitchen exhaust was really dirty.
- Jane (8/5): - Perfect for a bed for the night. To save driving home
- Anthony (7/5): My stay in Leeds - Self contained accommodation. Good for the price and had everything I needed. It was a fair distance to the city centre but that was my own fault when booking. Leeds is quite hilly, the upside is that I got fit.
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geoffrey (5/5): Good hosts but not as described - I met the host and her son very nice family and welcoming a credit I didn’t feel comfortable there because it was two apartments very small and two close to each other and mine was connected to the house. I didn’t think it was clean specially the bathroom and leaking toilet, very poor plumbing and it was freezing inside at seven am. Definitely not for family or couples retreat. Would not recommend and would question some other reviews. Might be okay for a worker placement.
- Trudi (3/5): Poor -
- Joanne (9/5): Superb - Pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. Everything that you could want including washer, cooker, fridge, microwave, and iron. Like a little holiday chalet. Bed a little hard but still comfortable. This is the best value for money I've stayed at on the lower priced end.
Host was very friendly too.
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Stayed here the night before the Leeds marathon, so it was perfectly located to get to Headingley. A small but really cosy suite with everything I needed. The host was really helpful and made check in and check out really straightforward. I would definitely return! The space I stayed in was quite small, so perfect for me as a solo traveller but could be a bit tight for a couple of group.
- Debra (7/5): Very warm property, great location - Brilliant location for shops and buses. The big hill to walk back upto the property, but that’s not his fault 😁
- Matt (7/5): Good - Owner very pleasant. Bed comfy. Small. Very small.
- Agbaji (9/5): Superb -
- Marian (10/5): Exceptional - Accommodation was easy to find. The lady was very welcoming and offered chocolate, plus another box of chocolate 🍫 due to Christmas 🎄. The Accommodation had everything you need, therefore I recommend it
- Lisa (6/5): Cheap and cheerful. Ok for 1 night. - The host was very friendly and kindly gave me a box of chocolates. The location is great, very close to chapel allerton and easy to get into the centre. Lots of parking on the street. The check in process wasn't really clear. As the apartment is in the back garden of someones house, a little guidance on how we check in would have been really useful. The wifi was awful, there were 2 networks and it was very hard to stream anything on either of them. I couldn't figure out how to change the radiator temperature so it was either turn it off and be cold or leave it on and be too hot. Also no plug for the bath or sink.
- Dawn (8/5): Great stay in Leeds - There was parking outside the property and the bed was very comfortable and a good size. The curtains were proper black out curtains which kept the bedroom dark. The bathroom was freezing due to there being no radiator in there.
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eddie (10/5): Exceptional - Very warm welcome, very private, and so much extras Nothing
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -

- Shakeel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Straw-parry (10/5): Very accommodating host. Nice & clean place. - The owner was very nice, pleasant , friendly, welcoming and accommodating . I didn’t expect what I saw inside that place because it was beyond my expectations. It was fully equipped of what you would expect in that kind of accommodation.
- Masedi (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jack (8/5): Very good - The lady who was cleaning was very friendly and helpful. I had a issue with a light staying on all night which meant 2 nights i hardly slept but for the 3rd night she fixed this issue. The light outside kept me awake for 2 nights.
Very cold place couldnt find obvious heating if there was any but covers in bed kept me warm.
Small room that came with a sofa bed but would be extremely cramped if put up.
- Josephine (9/5): Such a beautiful and homey place for a family of three - It was such a homey place, best decision than booking an hotel,
We were able to make our own meals,
All gadgets in good working condition,
Quiet and serene environment.
If I ever return to Leeds, I’ll choose Harman Suites again. The apartment was even better than the pictures, I think the host should take better pictures.
- Andreasnv (9/5): Well Rested - Very friendly host. The flat feels homely. Decent distance to necessary shops. Good fridge and freezer. Comfortable bed. No hot water in the sinks. Not perfectly cleaned, there was a small spider over the bed. Difficult to use the bathroom light.
- Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful host very welcoming and friendly
2nd time staying here. N/A
- Juliette (8/5): It was lovely, clean and quiet. We both felt well rested when we came back home. - It was clean and self contained. There was no hot water in the bath tap and no bath plug.

- Ashley (8/5): Very good -
- Elnaz (2/5): we didn’t like it at all - Netflix it was dirty and sofa bed was so small
place needs repair
it isnot worth 85 per nigh it is so expensive
- Anna (6/5): Pleasant - Bedding didn't smell as fresh. Quite a few damp areas on the walls carpet wasn't hoover could had left an pint of milk or coffee as shops wasn't near by no plugs in the bathroom walls could do with a good scrub
- Andy (10/5): Comfortable place to stay - Easy to find. Comfortable and warm. Short walk to town centre.
- M (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lay (10/5): The owner very friendly , apartment are warm, tidy, clean, and also you have your own privacy - Clean, tidy, good service , friendly Nothing
- Eghabor (9/5): Good value for your money -
- Sama (9/5): Superb -
- Vere (9/5): Superb -
- Imesavi (3/5): Not value for money. - Convenient location. Road with restricted traffic. No hot water in the kitchen.
No towels.
Old furniture.
Loud voices in the middle of the night.
- Brooks (7/5): Quick stop over - Host was lovely. The bed was very comfy too. Had a great night's sleep Could hear quite a bit of noise from next door but didn't come here to sit outside the apartment so not a huge deal
- Sally-ann (8/5): Good place for a base, comfortable and friendly owner - The bed was very comfortable, best we have had at a b&b.Got given chocolates on arrival and as we left. The fridge smelt of spilt milk. No TV in seating area only in bedroom
- Alicja (5/5): it was interesting and trouble-free - it was self-catering,equipment- cooker, fridge, microwave, etc it was very tight
- Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely welcoming and comfortable stay close to all the facilities Wonderful host kind and caring
- Johanna (7/5): Good - We chose the apartment for proximity to our son, but it has good access to the city on nearby bus links. Mrs Singh is lovely and very eager to please. The accommodation is very small and limited. It needs redecorating and the bathroom door rehanging.
- Edith (10/5): Facilities Good - This was close to Chapel Allerton Hospital, where my relative was. Not as clean as I should have liked. However the facilities were really good. Full cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, good pots and pans, bath with shower over and king sized bed.
- Barry (7/5): Good - It did us fine Dated
- Fern (9/5): Great stay - Really helpful host, lovely and convenient apartment. Decent walk into the centre but not too far.
- Mark (8/5): Stay in leeds - Comfortable and warm well equipped Lack of room in living areas my son and his partner were unable to get any sleep on the pull out bed position of the TV was too high up
- Andrew (1/5): Appalling to the point where I didn’t stay on the last night. - Breakfast not included. Impossible to access from Harrogate Rd. Road closures meant only one access route from Chapeltown Rd… no forewarning Had to park car and walk 250m to property as road blocked. Then host returned to car with me and escorted me by via a circuitous and impenetrable route.
Property was jaded and shabby. No hot water for 24 hours. No plugs for bath or sink. Bath plug provided second evening and hot water available. Not sink for duration.
No bedside light for reading. Host said she’d get hold of her builder to sort ie change a bulb!
Host not answering door on first morning in order to alert her to these issues.
Host and Booking.com emailed.
- Burke (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely host and appartment, would definitely use again
- Stephen (4/5): More suited to contractors than leisure - Comfortable bed That it was an extension behind someone's house
Apartment a bit tired, needed clean, oven dirty. The bath needed a plug, no hot water anyway. Owner uncontactable. No reply to messages. No coffee, milk etc.
- Brian (3/5): Poor - It was in a quiet street and clean No hot water to get a bath which was disappointing and the main reason I picked the room for the night.
The shower run hot and cold either burning my skin or freezing cold. The shower bracket was also hanging off the wall so it was ridiculous. To get a shower or bath is essential and standard for any stay anywhere.
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynne (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, well set out very warm welcome by host . Would describe as compact and bejou, but had everything you could need . Sofa Bed in lounge was a little small but all in all would definitely stay again .

- Sian (8/5): Very good -
- Chloe (3/5): Poor -
- Wayne (10/5): fantastic suite, totally worth the money - it was loving warming and welcoming, very smart, the owner welcomed us to her property and showed us around nothing all was great
