• sarah (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay! Awesome location with a parking space as a bonus! - Love the location and the parking space, we reversed in as a little tight but it was absolutely fine! So close to shops, restaurants and parks and a lovely feel to the home. Clean and had everything needed! Great facilities with TV too. A little tired, peeling paint in places, stains on sofa, cracked tiles and bath a bit broken. Dirty windows on outside too. Mums bed was not so comfy a dip in middle of mattress. Absolutely acceptable but it is advertised as luxury so I’d say these things should be sorted out!
• Suzanne (7/5): Family reunion in Leamington - Location 3 bedrooms allowing family to stay together. Parking was very tight and only available for one car. Attic bathroom difficult to shower. Toilet seat was extremely loose. Washing machine would not dry clothes efficiently.

• SueAmanda (9/5): - The house was centrally located and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The facilities were great! Beds were comfortable and everywhere was clean. It was a hot week and plenty of fans were provided. I would definitely use again. Parking is limited and tricky. There is only one space outside the property and this is not easy to get in and out of if other cars are parked nearby.

• John (7/5): Good - Location was fantastic. Nice layout inside. The property is starting to look shabby in places. Walls need decorating, bath is being levelled with two wedges!! . It's advertised as luxurious so expected the finish to be better. Outdoor seating area not brushed or table washed down.
• Iain (10/5): Loved staying here! - Superb property within a few minutes walk of the town centre. Very quiet location. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a ground floor toilet. Very spacious and has a lovely sunroom. Kitchen has everything you need too.

• Sonia (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Lovely house and big comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything clean. Only point was no full length mirror in the house but thankfully we trusted each other to let us know how we looked.
• Wendy (9/5): Superb - Lovely house, great location, peaceful, very nice owner! Had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again! At first I couldn't work out the lock to the back door but, that turned out to be my problem, not the door's! So everything was fine with the locks. Also no sugar in the kitchen the first day, but the owner brought round loads the next day with profuse apologies for the oversight. Just a tiny detail - not a big problem at all!
• Chris (7/5): Pefect for requirements. - Property was decent, and clean, and well provisioned with appliances, and cooking equipment etc. Good location, easy parking, easy to deal with hosts. It needs some fresh decoration, paint on walls etc. It isn't bad, but it is due. Only one shower in property, as 3rd floor bedroom has a bath, with no shower screen.

• Ingrid (8/5): Beautiful home, fantastic location, Very comfortable for 4 people - Beautifully & tastefully decorated house, fantastic location, nice towels and kitchen full of everything one could possibly need, plus a nice welcome tray. Conservatory & outdoor space really lovely to have as a bonus where space is at a premium in the neighbourhood. Host kindly agreed to extend our departure time by a couple of hours for additional payment. 1 parking space is provided but it is very difficult to manoeuvre into due to an inconsiderate local resident. Neither of the bathrooms were as clean as we would have expected & some things require repair in the bathrooms. We found the attic room extremely impractical & uncomfortable to stay in as the eaves are so low in the majority of the room. To have a shower in the attic ensuite one has to kneel in the bath due to the low eaves. The blinds in all 3 bedrooms look nice but are totally ineffective in preventing the light from coming in.
