• Nudchanee (10/5): Perfect stay - The room is so cozy make us feel like home. Everything is so perfect for family group of 6. Free parking. Near Coles and restaurants. Not too busy include in free team zone. Bus stop is just right in front. Late check in up to 6pm. only.
• Lissette (6/5): La ubicación maravillosa pero la limpieza y detalles al debe!!! - La ubicación es muy buena, con muchos lugares interesantes para visitar sin necesidad de transporte. Hay supermercados, todo tipo de transporte muy cerca y restaurantes, comida rápida etc. La vista es espectacular La limpieza fue muy deficiente, encontramos dibujos de niños bajo la cama, entre los cojines trozos de mascarilla, y en general una limpieza rápida. Dejaron 1 rollo de papel higiénico por baño para 6 pasajeros por cuatro noches, debimos comprar para reponer. La cafetera estaba llena de capsulas de café usadas y sólo dejaron 4 llenas para nosotros. La piscina no la pudimos usar, ya que, se debe tener una capacitación en conserjería que sólo la hacen de lunes a viernes en horario acotado y llegamos un sábado y el lunes era feriado por lo que no pudimos hacer uso de ella.
• Natasha (7/5): Comfortable and great looking, comfortable apartment - Great apartment, great location, quick to respond That you had to do an induction to use the pool facilities and we got there on a Friday afternoon and was too late to do it, the owner was good about it and it unfortunately the building rules but still disappointing, especially for my 11 year old who was looking forward to the pool

• Christina (6/5): Great location but very small rooms and not well maintained - Great location and views, nice large living room Bedrooms are very small and cramped, not enough room to open a suitcase. Apartment was generally not very clean- there were stains on the rug, stains all over the white couch, on the bedside table and lamp. Found fake eyelashes in my bed. Walls dirty and scuffed up. Had to pay almost $100 to store luggage before check in/after check out but was not told this when I asked the host beforehand.
• Julie (4/5): Avoid if you're gonna travel with a big car. - Very convenient location, easy to go anywhere. Also nice view. Well. I don't really recommend if you looking for accomodation for family trip with a big people mover. Rooms are small, wasnt enough to open our luggages in the room. No bathroom door in ensuite, which was bit disgusting. We travelled with Hyundai Staria, unable to fit our car in car lift, which had to pay extra for parking somewhere else. Just few coffee capsules left, going back and forth to check in and out, dusty bedroom... it was bit stressful to stay here.

• Jane (7/5): Good - The place is nicd and has a nice view. Beds were comfortable too. There was a stench in the toilet and after we informed the host, they brought a cleaner over to clean it. The cleaning was completed in less than 5 minutes and they just left with the same stench. One of my family member actually had to end up cleaning it ourselves and the stench was gone.

• Kelly (9/5): Great location in a beautiful apartment. - The apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. The facilities like the cinema and pool were great. The location was perfect to get around Melbourne cbd. The fixture on the taps in the kitchen and ensuite sinks fell off. There was also mould on the rubber rims around the washing machine.

The location was great with a supermarket and bottle shop across the road. Plus a few cafes downstairs / close by. I didn’t like that as soon as you entered the master suite you see the toilet in a glass cubicle which isn’t good if you’re on it. It should have a sticker or something to hide it.

The host is thoughtful, and instructions are clear. The entrance walls in the apartment are scuffed and appear dirty, but that is really a non-issue. The property is wonderful and comfortable.

Keys had to be picked up from location a block away from the building which made it a bit of a hassle to find somewhere to park and pick up keys prior to parking.

Also, clearer information regarding parking would have been better as multiple towers/lifts so felt like a rabbit den up down/left right.
