• Amir Basaric (10/5): Excellent, for family and a long stay in Kassel. - Everything was fine. It exceeded our expectations and we are delighted. The apartment is equipped literally with everything that you need. I spent one week with my family and felt almost like it was our own home. Mr. Sven offered us two apartments and we took the one on the ground floor (the other is on 4th floor). The advantage of the selected apartment is easier access (there is no lift in the building). Disadvantage: the window of the living room is directly next to the street so the street noise is a little issue. Two bedrooms are on the other side and are pretty quiet. Pretty enough parking places around with affordable prices. Parking payment by app (EasyPark) - long-term is cheaper. From 6 PM until 9 AM the parking is free. Communication with Mr. Sven (apartment owner) was fine through booking.com messaging, but I would appreciate if we communicated by WhatsApp or a similar app. The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a little street noise. It wasn't a big issue for us because the windows are good quality with blinds.
