- Jane (6/5): Apartment and host was fine. Danny (host) dealt with any issues I had and was very pleasant - It was a spacious apartment with everything you needed for a short stay. I didnt like the location. The street wasn't very nice with lots of characters hanging around across the road from the apartment. Car parking was provided,however there is only just enough room for 3 vehicles and other people in the building was using this. One vehicle parked so close to me I couldn't even access one side of my car.

- Matthew (10/5): Quality family Christmas break - Loved the facilities, washing machine, great big TV… The host was on hand for advice on where to eat, anything we needed really. Internet was fast and reliable, large fridge funky little juke box for music or the radio in the morning. Decor was trendy and modern. We would recommend this apartment for families or work, quick commute into the centre or Christmas markets for a small uber cost. Thanks Danny for a great weekend. 👍 It’s not what I didn’t like but my daughter said the second bed wasn’t very comfortable, but she is a moaning teenager…
- Andrew (8/5): Do not be put off by the postcode...everything is safe and accessible. - Location safe and secure for a place in central Birmingham. The place was spotlessly clean and the decor relaxing. For a place in a city centre area it was very quiet and felt safe. Will use again Viewed as an overall package there is little that could be improved upon. Everything about the property was better than I expected considering I often stay very central and this was better than those residencies.

We did ask for extra towels and changed all the towels at the same time. There wasn't many or any negative feedback that I can think of, maybe a lick of paint in the bathroom but I would be being extra nit picking if anything.

A huge plus was parking right outside It was a little noisy with people in the street but I guess that’s to be expected at times .

Sarita was very friendly and professional, she was quick to respond and ensured that any question's we had, she replied quickly. She was brilliant! I would highly recommend this place. The sofa bed was a little hard but as soon as we reported this and some noisy neighbours Sarita took action immediately and arranged for Danny to kindly deliver another duvet and they had a word with the neighbours - all was resolved. Danny was also lovely and appreciated the effort.

- Edward (1/5): Rip Off - The bedroom looked welcoming on arrival. There was a parking space and the TV was a good size but unfortunately I can't think of anymore positives to this shared accommodation. The host was watching telly when we arrived. It was freezing cold. People could see into the bathroom so we needed to switch the light off to go to the loo (no chance were we having a shower in there)! The bed sheets weren't clean. I could smell coconut oil on the pillows and then following morning I found a chocolate wrapper between the sheets. The settee has to be the most uncomfortable settee we have ever sat on with the springs showing through the material. A dirty coffee pod was in the machine. The area was atrocious. We were looking forward to a walk into Birmingham, which we did but there was litter everywhere, fridge freezers lying on the pavement, rubble and wasteland, there was also some sort of halfway house across the street and most of the windows in the area were covered with blankets. We would never have booked this had we known. A complete rip-off!
