- Branislav (10/5): Very happy with the accommodation and would definetly stay again - Open space and liked the layout Nothing
- Max (10/5): Brill - Great lay out N.a
- holly (10/5): -
- Richard (10/5): Perfect! - Very welcoming & allowed us to drop our bags off early. Clean apartment, great value for money. Easy key collection & drop on completion. Parking on site. Nothing - all good.

- omokan (10/5): - Location was amazing, cleanliness was perfect, very spacious overall and exceptional accommodation
- Matt (10/5): A city centre value for money gem - The location of this apartment is second to none if you want a space close to the centre of Nottingham city, for a group, for good money.
The apartment was tidy and well laid out with plenty of usable and private space for a group.
Great communications with the manager and convenient flexible parking. Thanks Ty! The apartment could do with some tweaking here and there to bring it up to standard.
For what it is and where it is, the apartment is great value, but could definitely do with a keen eye on the details needed to make it truly brilliant.
- kerry (7/5): - Location of the apartment is excellent. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. It wasn't easy to find the car parking space. Directions were not that straightforward and we ended up finding alternative parking.
Some of the furnishings and areas of the apartment looked a little tired but did not affect our stay.
- David (3/5): Poor to average - The host contacted me to say the key box was seized and the keys would be delivered to us. In the end we had to go and collect them. We managed to get into the car parking area. The accommodation was no more than average. On leaving the carparking area we were told the key fob to activate the roller shutter was in the seized lock box. Ultimately we had to use a golf umbrella to activate the secondary override to be able to get out. Although I am willing to accept that sometime things go wrong but to end up being locked in on top of the other issues to me was too much.
- Stuttard (4/5): average - nice clean rooms with comfy beds, very good location. the lock box was jammed so we couldn’t get the keys, had to wait for someone to give them to us. couldn’t get in or out of the carpark. the heating was on full blast when we arrived it was unbearably hot.
- Waseem (10/5): -
- Anil (4/5): Not nice - Staff were helpful and would be a nice property if it was clean when arrived. Arrived and property wasn’t clean and had damages. Once notified management company a cleaner was sent. Also damage to property and door was kicked and damaged making the flat unsecured. Also no fob to let me in and out the car park was available.
- Bogale (5/5): -
- Sarah Hammersley (5/5): Price was ok, handover of the keys was poor customer service to speak to a member of the team good - Location was good for bars/restaurants The key collection was a very poor handover. The lockbox is held inside a small dirty alleyway and the keys were not there at 3pm which was the earliest checkin time. We had to wait on double yellow lines for at least 20 minutes for the cleaner to return the keys. After ringing the company several times she finally arrived with the keys stating she could not find one of them. When returning the keys back to the lockbox this would not shut properly and once again had to call the company to tell them this
The apartment is extremely hot upstairs and was unbearable to sleep despite the small fans provided. The bathrooms had no windows so poor ventilation and marks on the walls and around skirting boards was damp/mould appearing.
Dining table had been damaged and was fixed with sellotape which really didn't look good.
The fridge did not keep any drinks cold everything was still warm
The noise with being so close to bars was until 5am so difficult to sleep because of this too
Within the corridor there is an awful smell which I am assuming is the communal type smell but still not good
- Ashley (8/5): - Location was good and secure. Was a good size and beds where comfy Shower head does not go on the wall and no shower curtain or anything. Need X2 keys also
- Rhean (6/5): For a girls night it was ok but would have been annoyed if i was there any longer. - Excellent location
Excellent host who replied quickly For the price we paid i am appalled of the condition it was in to be honest and i did take photos as i was worried about the £150 deposit they take.
I wouldn’t eat or shower here
Sticky floor and marks everywhere (definitely wasn’t cleaned properly)
Mould in the shower (none of us dare use it, waited till we got home)
Hob broken / smashed
Dirty sponges left to wash up with
Horrific smell of marijuana inside and outside the property
- Sue (7/5): Overall very good and comfortable for our requirements - Spacious and good for our requirements. A little difficult to find and a distinct smell inside the property.
- Peter (10/5): Only a one night stay but ‘did everything it said on the tin’. - Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
- Clare (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kirsty (8/5): excellent apartment in great location - very big spacious property, beds were really comfortable. big kitchen with washing machine and all the extras needed only minus was no hot water in shower
- Stefan (9/5): Superb -
- Damien (8/5): Very good -
- Cjmcn (2/5): Nice Location, Lots of Issues - The location and parking is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The accommodation is also a good size and well laid out for a group of friends (as we were) with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, each with their own bathroom. Whilst we stayed, the hosts were also polite and responsive. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the apartment as either a previous guest or cleaner had snapped the routers wall adapter - we noticed this immediately on check-in and emailed the host with pictures. This wasn't the end of the world but less than ideal and as mentioned, they were polite and responsive. The furniture is a bit dated and damaged and could do with a refresh, in particular the dining table in the kitchen area. The worst thing for us was the boiler keeping us all up throughout the night by rattling and sounding like it was going to explode. It would happen near enough every half hour and would shake the entire wall, including downstairs. And lasted from about 11pm until 7am-ish. We attempted to contact the host via phone through the night and got no response. We then contacted via email with videos from both one of the bedrooms and the boiler itself. Initially there was responsive and polite responses, including the promise of compensation/a partial refund - which we have on writing - however since then we have received radio silence for over two weeks.
- Ashley (8/5): Very good -
- Ayaz (1/5): Bad -
- Joanne (4/5): Awesome location, sadly let down inside - This apartment is in a brilliant location, appears to be well equipped and comes with parking and a sensible layout of rooms. The bath towels are a decent size and, apart from the fan in the flat, is quiet. Beds mattresses are also comfortable. Cleanliness was an issue, basics like clean floor and bathroom were ok but it is clear no deep cleaning has happened for some time. There was black mold in and outside the shower, kitchen handles were really grimy as was the inside of the fridge and freezer and all the radiators. Most shelves were dusty and the glass ( in windows doors and the mezzanine barrier) was covered in smears and fingerprints.
There are also several damaged items including the table, hob, extractor, one toilet seat and the kitchen lino. This was especially concerning as we had been asked for a deposit but not warned about the damaged items.
All this contributed to what should have been a brilliant flat being a real let down.
- Debbie (8/5): Good apartment in great location - The apartment was centrally located and offered free parking for one vehicle. The apartment was more cost effective than arranging hotel rooms for 7 adults. Any questions prior to arrival were responded to quickly. We only stayed one night so there wasn't really anything we didn't like. There was some wear and tear to some fixtures and ensuite would have benefited from a refresh of silicone sealant and a towel rail. The dials on the oven were worn but these were minor
- Katie (3/5): If it was cleaned properly it would have been lovely but felt uncomfortable as it was so dirty - The location and space Overall it wasn’t clean at all. There was an empty toilet roll left on one of the beds and mold in the toilets/shower rooms. Every glass window/ balcony was filthy and looked as if it had been part of a three way.
- Linzi (9/5): Superb -
- Carol (10/5): If ever in Nottingham we would most definitely return. - Property was right in the middle of Nottingham perfect to have parking on site. Accommodation for 4 ladies celebrating a birthday together was just perfect.
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - The central location. The decor. The space. The staff sorted out the issues quickly and had a cleaning team there in 15 mins. It wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Beds unmade, wet towels on the floor, crumbs and things in the fridge, rubbish in the bins, toilets used and not cleaned. This meant I had to make calls to get it sorted and have cleaners in whilst we had a cuppa after our long journey to get there. When they left, they left us no hand towels and not enough bath towels for everyone to have a shower! The location whilst good and central was also noisy, not the accommodations fault, but still kept us awake (music from flats around us and the heater? in the living room). No bedroom door on the twin makes it noisy. The parking space is hard to find, number 24 is next to number 75! There are beds for 6 and 2 spare pop up beds, but 3 forks in the apartment and a mix of glasses. Not enough for everyone to have wine in a wine glass etc. Glasses are so cheap these days too. The pillows were awful.
- Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - Location and how helpful the host was
- Rebecca (6/5): Central Nottingham Unit - Great location. Close to shops, restaurants. Inclusion of parking was excellent. Good living room. A little run down, but everything worked. The instructions for getting into the garage were not quite correct. We tried for a while before someone happened to come into the garage and let us in (and we realised we had to press the garage remote, rather than wave around the blue toggle (as instructed). The hall to house had a very strange smell! Lifts were slow, so we walked up stairs (that is possibly a good thing with respect to exercise!!). The upstairs bathrooms were very small.
- Hannah (9/5): Ideal if you want a comfortable and spacious stay in the city centre. - Very spacious and comfortable (my claustrophobic friend was very pleased), in a prime location in the city centre! I had a slight issue with getting there at first as I was unfamiliar driving around the city centre but the property owners were extremely helpful and responsive.
- Muobo (2/5): Very poor - It was in the heart of town easy to access to the mall and other shops also the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly grandma. The bathrooms floor was peeling out and hot water was not running in one of the bathrooms, there were a lot of rust stains in the bathtub and sink. The microwave wasn’t working and after making a complaint no one came by to have a look at it.
- Becca (7/5): Nice, comfortable apartment in a handy location - I liked how spacious the property was and the decor was nice. The Christmas trees were a nice touch. Everything there was what we needed for our one night day. It was surprisingly quiet as well being in the centre of the city. The beds were comfortable. I’m listing things that could be improved but they didn’t ruin our stay.
The apartment could do with a little bit of maintenance/deep cleaning - there were a few things like the bathroom door handle was loose and a towel ring was nearly hanging off the wall. There was obvious wear and tear so maybe a few paint touch ups here and there? Lots of lightbulbs out/missing. And a good dusting, I noticed a radiator in the bathroom was quite dusty.
The balcony barrier was very wobbly. If children were staying it would be a worry.
The instructions for getting in and out of the car park could do with being updated as the key fob was different to the description, we struggled to get out and it didn’t say that you had to push a button to open the gates, luckily we had someone else come in at the same time as us when arriving. But the lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful, thank you.
The TV didn’t have normal terrestrial channels (bbc, itv etc), but it did have a good choice of streaming apps to use.
- Tim (5/5): Great accommodation, but very poor communication and support - Location was great. Apartment was very nice and warm Very poor communication. It was not clear that you do not get the check in instructions until you pay a deposit. The link for this didn't work, so I had to speak with the agency to send me a new link. Once I got over that hurdle we were sent the check in instructions which involved getting a key from a key box. There was no key in the key box at the time of our stated check in, so after multiple phone calls to the agency, they then guessed that the cleaners might still be in there, despite it being way past our check in time. The cleaner then came and met us and handed over the keys, however the fob didn't work, which we didn't realise until much later that night (as a resident actually let us into the building as they were leaving earlier in the day. We were stuck outside the apartment, unable to get in at around midnight, whilst calling the agency out of hours number to no avail (what's the point of having an out of hours emergency number if no one is manning it?). It was only by chance that someone was returning home at the same time that we managed to get back into the building, due to the faulty fob. When informing Booking.com of this I was told that I was wrong and that the keys were handed over intact and I have been charged £25 for this.
- Louise (3/5): Poor - The location is good No heating or hot water throughout the stay.
Could do with a deep clean, stains on sofas and floors. Front door lock is unsafe. Picture frames with no pictures. Needs some TLC
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment. Well maintained.
Everything you need for a good stay. Comfortable beds. Clean towels.highly recommend. Everything was good.
- Lily (1/5): HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE IN DANGER - Beware if you book this accommodation. The door is not unlockable from the inside of the Appartment without the keys, this is an exceptional health and safety risk especially with one set of keys.
We lost the keys, this is completely on us I'll be the first to admit. But as a result we had one of our friends then stuck within the appartment unable to get out all night and in the following morning and us unable to get back in. Despite having someone inside the hotel.
Contacting them proved by the phone number provided was completely useless. We first got in contact at 8am to let them know the situation, we got let in at 11:30am by the cleaner arriving. The updates we got given were atrocious, being told that apparently someone was on their way, but given the three and a half hours we spent waiting I doubt anyone ever actually set off.
The management have no way of assisting you whilst you stay here should an issue occur and they should consider themselves extremely lucky that a fire or other emergency did not occur whilst out friend was locked inside and they were doing nothing.
DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! You will be at risk if you get locked inside. The health and safety risks are unbelievable for a hotel and I cannot believe they are allowed to be open.
- Elena (9/5): Superb -
- Nicola (6/5): Pleasant but not be able to shower etc as no hot water spoilt the overall stay water - It was very spacious No manual or accommodation details with regards to heating and hot water as we had no hot water as the boiler was not working at the time.
- Katie (8/5): Very good -
- Sean (5/5): Passable - Only 1 usable shower for everyone and the bathroom needed upgrading
- Phipps (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and nicely decorated For a place that holds so many people, it would be alot better if there was a option for extra keys. As there was 5 of us, we all had to come and go together or be locked in/out which put a dampener on our stay a little
- John (8/5): Very good -
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Manal (8/5): Very good -
- Sim (4/5): Excellent location, cleanliness and communication requires improvement - Location and fun flat design Communication - email with address and details had no details. On request host sent immediately. Reported no hand towels in any washroom, host agreed to send next day. Never heard back from them and nothing sent. Kitchen items dirty.
- Greatorex (5/5): Passable - Excellent, city centre location. Poor kitchen facilities. Illegible markings on the conventional oven, unfathomable microwave oven, faulty TV antenna cable in need of replacement, slow WiFi.
No Yale lock on entrance door, no evacuation instructions in case of emergency.
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Sabine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (10/5): Wonderful stay - The apartment was wonderful, it was clean and would definitely return & recommend
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- A (8/5): Very good -
- Sam (7/5): Great location for night stay had all required - Location and apartment was spacey did what we needed to attend a concert. Not a moan as we had great time and did what we required but as asking ….Shower needs make over possibly due to no fan extractor fan . Clean and had everything but floors need better cleaning/clearing from occupier before. Just a small thing but someone else will complain.
We should have been made aware or had room changed as lift out of use for lady on crutches as we did update our host before arriving was a big struggle and they said they could assist with this to help her.
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- India (7/5): Good value for money, comfortable, ok location, ok facilities - Had everything we needed in terms of extra bedding, cutlery etc There was three bathrooms only one had a proper shower but it kept going hot and cold.
- Allwood (7/5): Good -
- Britannie (9/5): Superb -
- Chloe (7/5): Great location, good for groups, helpful staff - Great location- very central to city centre
- Julie (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Ella (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, lovely apartment. Just the right amount of space for a base to explore from. Apartment was very hot, especially in the inner rooms at night, even with the fans provided
- Daniela (9/5): loved it!!! perfect - Perfect location! clean. was very cosy and comfortable and perfect for the occasion. very similar to the pictures! Bedrooms were cosy and comfortable and there’s 2 en suits and a separate toilet downstairs! amazing amount of room! it’s a little bit difficult to find the gates and lock box but once we figured it out the directions made sense (we aren’t used to the area)! The outside of the building gave us a little bit of doubt as it isn’t the cleanest of buildings but the actual apartment was so modernised and clean!
- Brown (3/5): Good location but overall disappointing - The location was great There was no toilet roll provided in any of the bathrooms. There was only one towel provided for 6 people. The kitchen was only really stocked for two people with only two wine glasses and minimal cutlery. The flat was very hot and we were unable to turn off the heating.
When I contacted the host there was no solution to the towels or toilet roll and then when I asked for some money back they have ignored all of my messages.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (8/5): Really lovely the directions given by the staff en route were brilliant - It was ideally situated
- Karen (6/5): IT WAS OUR DAUGHTERS GRADUATION FROM NOTTINGHAM UNIVERSITY SO A VERY HAPPY CELEBRATION. - LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD. THE APARTMENT WAS SATISFACTORY. THE BATHROOMS COULD DO WITH SOME IMPROVEMENT. THE CENTRAL STAIRCASE WAS CLEAN AND BRIGHT HOWEVER WE FELT THE ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT WAS DREARY.
OVERALL IT WAS A VERY GOOD LOCATION BUT THE APARTMENT ITSELF COULD DO WITH SOME UPDATING IN THE BATHROOMS.
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional - Good space and well equipped Beds a bit soft
- Jamie (1/5): Bad - There was a leaking shower and we got blame for it resulting in loss of deposit
- Jimmyjetset (9/5): Great value at a lovely apartment. - Perfect location right in the heart of Nottingham city centre.. Lovely apartment, plenty of room for 5 of us. Secure free parking space included. One end of the couch smelt of cheese!
- Sarah (8/5): Ideal for central location in Nottingham and for a small group of friends to get together. Would stay again. - Great location Garage access point.
- Neil (9/5): Excellent and spacious. Perfect for a group visit beats a hotel room 👍 - Location right in the heart of the city. Close to all amenities. Spacious and comfy beds. Locks. Weak door security
- Amber (9/5): Superb -
- Harriet (4/5): Acceptable for one night but wouldn’t choose to stay again for the price and quality of the stay - Very central, large property, good secure parking No hand towels and only one bath mat for the whole apartment, no mattress protector and the duvet in the lower bedroom was a winter one which made it difficult to sleep. All of the bedrooms have frosted glass which lights up the whole apartment if one person puts their lights on so that’s something else to be mindful of. The price for one night was high for the stay we received
- Amber (8/5): Location location - Location is perfect, central for everything .mezzazine/balcony room is lovely . Beds/mattress super comfy. Generally quiet 2 of bedrooms didnt have windows, and low ceilings so a little claustrophobic . Cant do anything about lauout of apartment but perhaps mention in description. The slippery bed sheets didnt stay on the mattress, prefer cotton sheets.
- Anonymous (2/5): Disappointing for the price. - Good location and nice lounge area. Black mould in the bathroom, poor quality sheets, no basics like toilet roll. Not good value for money.
- Josh (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liz (9/5): Great location and space - Great use of space ,.location and facilities
- Julie (5/5): Disappointed. Very misleading photos. - The location was excellent and the sitting room and kitchen were nice. The photos and description were misleading. There were supposedly 3 bedrooms but one is on the mezzanine overlooking the sitting room and the two others didn’t have windows!! Also the bathrooms are small and a bit damp. Building in general feels run down and a little bit dirty and smelly and the lift broke down when we were there and wasn’t fixed.
- Schwarthoff (7/5): Central and modern - Location was great, central, modern interior, complete kitchen.
Nicely decorated, some supplies like dishwasher tabs. Building (outside the apartment) looked very worn, uncared for.
The entry instructions were only for arriving by car, but we arrived on foot. Giving us instructions for the front door would have saved us quite a bit of effort. Arriving at t eapartment door was quite the scavenger hunt, and we had to try the keyfob a dozen times before it worked.
Ventilation in two interior rooms was difficult.
There were a few places in the apartment that looked uncared for, like unfilled holes in the walls.
- Michaela (8/5): Very good -
- Rohan (9/5): Superb - Great location plenty of room Liked everything
- James (7/5): Good - One of the towels wasnt clean, and a plug socket was loose.
- Kath (7/5): Nice flat in great location. - Great location with added bonus of parking space. Close to bars and shops. It was a hot weekend and 2 of the bedrooms have no windows. The fans were needed. No hairdryer to be found even though it stated in details there was a hairdryer.
- Jonathan (5/5): Pictures of apartment are better than in reality - Location was convenient Mould on the ceiling in upstairs bathroom.
Other people parking in designated car park.
Microwave does not work properly
Only 4 bath towels for 5 people.
Clothes dryer does not work effectively
Beds very soft and bad for your back
- Dustin (8/5): Very good -
- Ian (7/5): very good, staff reacted very quickly to issues but apartment could have had some fixing up - very central in Nottingham good but had clearly had recent water damage.
- Kai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional -
