- Ann (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at this lovely homestay in Rome and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. If you're anything like me and enjoy winding down your day in peace and quiet, this place is absolutely ideal. It’s tucked away in a calm and quiet neighborhood, just about a 5-minute walk from the Battistini metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.
The home itself felt very cozy and welcoming. While there’s no air conditioning—which is pretty standard for the area—the weather was cool and comfortable during my stay. I did request a fan just for a bit of airflow, and it was provided without any issue.
One of the things I really appreciated was having my own private bathroom, even though it’s located separately from the bedroom. It gave me the sense of privacy I was looking for. I also had access to the washing machine, which was super helpful during my trip.
Overall, I found this stay to be perfect for what I needed: quiet, comfort, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a peaceful base in Rome.
- Antonio (2/5): Avoid, especially summertime. - The terrace No aircon in the room while, Rome was boiling hot those days. Luckily there was the terrace where we could go in the middle of the night to get a bit of fresh air and breath. Unbelievable. The room was as basic as possible, definitely not worth €100+ per night.
