• Lisa (9/5): Great place with plenty of room - Bedrooms were lovely and cool even though it was 26' outside. Clean and tidy. Beds comfy and parking is good. The kitchen pots and pans were not at all good. Need to upgrade to cheap non stick at least. Had to watch every second or would stick.

• Nick (10/5): Lovely home from home - Lovely place, well maintained throughout, has everything you could need available. In a great location just a short drive from the centre of Birmingham. Would definitely book again. Nothing negative to say at all.

• Gemma (9/5): Lovely apartment - The whole apartment was thoroughly clean and fresh smelling, really nicely decorated and cosy. The location was also great for us to access the Alexander Stadium with plenty of shops, pubs and takeaways nearby. Also really handy to have off-road parking and we walked most places we needed to go from there. The check in instructions were a little late coming through but other than that, all good.
• Muna (10/5): Excellent! - Perfect location - lovely flat with nice living room, bathroom, and very comfy beds. All the linen smelled great (which is unusual for these types of rental properties). Would definitely stay again! Would be useful to have a slightly bigger saucepan with a lid and a colander. Otherwise, fantastic property!

• M (9/5): Very happy - Perfect for our family, local pub did good food, parking space was a bonus. Towels and hairdryer were unexpected and pleasing. We couldn't get any hot water in the kitchen.

• Claudette (9/5): A brilliant accommodation - The flat was perfect, very clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable, heating system was easy to use and very warm. Parking space was a good thing too. Staff were kind and polite on the phone, and fast to act on request. I would recommend this place and will be staying there when l go to Birmingham. Well the shower didn't work and hot water in the kitchen, but the electrician was sent as soon as l raised the enquiry, these things happen aspecialy in this weather! I assume it is not an ongoing issue.
• Sue (10/5): Perfect property for short or long term stay. - Heating was on when we arrived, clean and tidy, beautiful decor and ambience . Off street parking was welcomed as there were a lot of cars parked on the streets. The wifi worked but wasn’t very strong.

Really clean modern refurbished property. Comfy beds. Not a complaint but to make it even better some basic tea/coffee/sugar would have been amazing as I forgot to bring sugar for my tea and arrived late at night!!

• Debra (9/5): A beautiful apartment with helpful host - What a beautiful, clean and comfy apartment. The WiFi is good and it's well equipped. The beds are super comfy and the shower is powerful. There is a good hairdryer and also an iron and ironing board. The apartment is in a good location, only a 15 minute drive into Birmingham. There are local shops and pubs which we did use. The host is quick to answer any questions and is super helpful. During our 3 night stay, there was no hot water in the bathroom, other than the shower. The host says that will be fixed on Monday. We also couldn't get any volume on the HD channels on the TV. The location is good, but this is a ground floor apartment and we could hear the people above us, especially this morning when they were vacuuming directly above our bedroom before 8am...and it's Sunday morning 😥. So no lie in for us, after a stressful weekend (we were in Birmingham for a close family member's funeral). The bathroom is small but beautiful. There is no extractor fan so you have to keep the big window open, when you're showering, otherwise it gets too steamy and when you open the door, to leave the bathroom, the smoke alarm goes off. One last thing, I'm not sure that the right pots and pans have been provided for the induction hob. Non of these things really spoiled our stay ...we thought it was a beautiful place to stay and, in any case, the host will be able to rectify some of the above issues. Thank you to the host for all the thought that's gone into this very nice property.

Interior of the home was beautiful and the location was easy to get to. Nathan the host was very helpful and polite. Sorted any issues out promptly. No concerns everything was excellent and spot on!
