Lovely area near the coast, easy walk to the beach. Parking easy. Everything worked well :) our little dog loved it too, the dog treats were a nice addition! Thank you we loved our stay and would love to return one day. When it was windy outside the extractor fan rattled a lot - but otherwise no issues at all!

• Stewart (8/5): Our stay was wonderful and the caravan was excellent. Our dog Odin and our granddaughter had a great time. Thank you - The caravan is a credit to the owners and the provided extras such as the coffee machine and access to tv content / internet etc etc was great My only small criticism is the owners could do with fixing the slabbed area for parking at the side of the caravan (it’s not their fault) but the slabs have sunk at start resulting in large puddles and a muddy area which are difficult to avoid when parking your car.
• Sarah (10/5): Wonderful dog friendly caravan by the sea - The place has everything you need. Very clean, homely and very dog friendly. Great communication from the hosts. The nearby beach goes on for miles and perfect for dog walks. Sometimes noise from people returning from the pub at night (nothing that can be done here). The bedding and mattress in the second bedroom could be improved (ok for kids but not for adults).

• Susan (3/5): Disappointed - Location Intermittent boiler issues which prevented showers most evenings. No hot water to wash hands having been the toilet. Mattress was roll together and needs replacing. Overall cleanliness was not at a good standard. We should have been on holiday for 6 nights but left after 4 nights as we couldn’t deal with boiler anymore. When you are on holiday you should relax.

• Paul (9/5): - The caravan was well stocked.. Short walk to the beach. We had a great time. The area has lots to offer for walks and if you drive away there are some fantastic sights easily reachable within a half an hour drive. We even found the secret waterfall (Hush hush). We were not aware that to use the facilities on Park Dean you need a pass which you need to buy from the main reception or you can't use the pool without paying a £5 fee for each person to use the pool and you can't gain entry to the entertainment centre after 5pm without a pass. If going the pool it's owners only from 9am to 9.45 Then other guests from10.15am. We had issues using the park wifi and our phone signal was awful but this could be down to our network provider I was using Three mobile and it was shocking for me.

• Emma (9/5): Great, would definitely stay again! - Lovely spot, with large grassy area and direct access to the beach. Really helpful hosts with great communication. The caravan was really well equipped - above and beyond. Loved it! We found the bed and sofa uncomfortable unfortunately, that might just be personal preference though. Other than that the place was perfect, thank you for a lovely week. The dog loved it too!

Lovely dog treats but unfortunately our fur baby had to be put to sleep a few weeks ago it was a lovely reminder that she should have been with us. Perfect location. Would stay again, comfy beds with easy access to obtaining the key at check in. Only had 1 towel. We went to the spar and on site shop but unfortunately they had sold out of Bath towels.

• Derek (10/5): Really enjoyable stay. - Excellent stay in a clean, well-equipped caravan. Really close to a brilliant beach which my son and dogs loved. Well worth the small walk out of the park to visit the other caravan park, bars and restaurants. Although top tip, avoid the chippy. Not great!

• Melanie (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeous caravan, spotlessly clean. Loads of extras to make it feel like home from home. Smart TV, very comfy couch and all the kitchen equipment you could need and more. The hosts have put a lot of thought into making your stay as comfy as possible. I only had a few days there to go walking around the local area, wish I could have stayed for longer. Caravan is in a great location, 2 mins walk onto the beach, quiet location of the park. Only thing that maybe could do with an upgrade is the mattress on the double bed. Apart from that perfect! Defo be back.

• Nichola (10/5): Fabulous stay and Simon & Amanda are great hosts. We would highly recommend the caravan as it is one of the more mod - The caravan is modern and spotless! The dachshund theme throughout is really cute! Amazing views and lovely walks in the surrounding area. The on-site facilities are really good. Driveway was a bit muddy.
• Jo (10/5): Wonderful stay, so relaxing, everything you could wish for. Like a home from home! - This is by far the nicest caravan we have stayed in! Simon and Amanda have gone the extra mile to think of very little thing. The attention to detail really is wonderful. It's so cosy and welcoming. It really does have everything you could wish for, even down to a lovely coffe machine, including the pods! So pet friendly, our wee spaniel loved it! He was so relaxed. Not that you would know that this is a pet friendly van as it is absolutley immaculate! No signs of pets, spotlessly clean! We were here for a relaxing New Year break just my husband and I and our dog. But the van is so spacious and could easily accomodate a family no problem. Lovey pub just up the road too with great food! We will definatly be back, we just loved it and a gorgeous sea view too! Nothing!

Owners have given great thought into furnishing the caravan - even down to the tiniest details. Mum appreciated the hot water bottle 😂

• Gillian (10/5): Lovely caravan in a great location on a well maintained site. Lovely views and great dog walks - The Caravan was amazing! Beautifully kept and well equipped. The decking and view are a definite bonus. The owners have thought of all you need in the kitchen too. The park itself is very well maintained and has great facilities on site and just outside the park for food options etc. The beach is amazing for walking the dog too. The caravan owners were very communicative and helpful.

• Christina (10/5): Great place to stay - The caravan was clean, comfortable, and amazing. The owners made it like home from home. All you needed to do was turn up and unpack. They provided tea/ coffee, some groceries, and toiletries to help you settle in. They even provided doggy treats if you had a dog. It was brilliant. The owners provided recommendations on where to go to eat if you didn't want to cook, places of interest to visit, and how to get to the beach. It was really useful. So much thought went into what you might need and how to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a fab time. The location is great. Easy to get to different places, lots to see and do and not enough time. The view is great. Waking up in the morning to see the sea from your caravan is great. Great place for families and dogs. We will definitely go again.

Would book again. - Beautifully well kept caravan, cleanliness was excellent, when we first arrived it smelt lovely. We wanted for nothing, it was fully equipped with everything needed for our eight day, stay and even more for our pup!. All we had to take was our clothes and food. The decking and patio set were lovely, just what we needed to take in the views and relax, we weren’t overlooked and enjoyed lots of peace and quiet. We only left the site twice for a couple of hours. Nothing to not like

• Mcneill (10/5): Excellent Caravan Holiday! - The booking process was very easy, with the owner being brilliant in getting in contact with us to answer our questions. The property was absolutely spotless, with the caravan being finished to an exceptionally high standard. The owner had arranged for lots of lovely items to help welcome us upon arrival, such as sweet treats and wine! The property was very dog friendly, with blankets available to help prevent any unwanted marks left by our pooch, and dog biscuits. Netflix, Amazon Prime and full terrestial TV channels were available, which was a lovely way to spend the evening in front of the cosy electric fire. There were excellent walks very close by, and a lovely pub where we had a meal on one of the evenings. We thoroughly recommend booking this caravan for a fantastic break away from home! Nothing at all!
