L'host gentile e cordiale ci ha risposto subito ai messaggi. Consigliato Piccolo consiglio aria condizionata non regolabile senza telecomando avremmo voluto mettere deumidificatore.

Simon (6/5): Sadly a highly ambiguous stay - Modern and newly equipped kitchen. Modern design of the apartment. 1. The AC-filters were blocked by years old dust and mold had started to colonize the filter. I had to clean the filters. 2. The weak ventilation in combination with the unfit materials used for the shower cabin make it an ideal breading ground for black mold. I had to scrub off the mold with bleach (which was found in a utility cabinet). 3. Due to heaps of pidgeon droppings right in front of the windows (window panes, exterior AC-units, exterior piping, insect mesh) it is a health hazzard to open the windows to let in "fresh" air. I don't see how this issue can be addressed without a collective effort of all surrounding house owners, whereever they might be.

Alicja (10/5): Great experience! - Although we didn't need them, it was a nice touch that there were umbrellas available to use. The ironing board and iron were also a nice touch. The location is great — right in the city centre. The main door to the apartment — not because of the door itself, but because other people couldn't use it properly and were loud.

Eliane (4/5): We will definitely not go back to this place - we just suffocated in this place with no light from outside, no fresh aur - Location is good. The apartment is well restored . Terrible! Keep away! There is no light and no fresh air in the whole place. In both rooms the window is in front of a wall , with a (torn ) filter but full of pidgeons. Poor or no contact whatsoever with the coordinator🥴.

I dont know how he can use the word "deluxe" .Not the first word that would come to mind. The apartment was extremely dark..you needed the lights on even on a sunny day..Pigeon infestation outside the window, and mountains of pigeon crap all over the window and the air conditioning unit..Plus they could be noisy. Flapping around in the night. Noisy neighbours upstairs. kids screaming and constant banging. No mattress protector, which is disgusting. I had to call the owner as I had a little problem opening the door..He arrived agitated displaying how easy it is to open the door and what was my problem..No introduction. No asking how I liked the apartment..He went off muttering and shaking his head in annoyance...
Birgit (10/5): A lovely week in a beautifully furnished apartment - Although in a very central location the apartment was really quiet. There are bars to eat out or have a drink just round the corner and the local supermarkets are only about 3 minutes' walk too. Walter was very friendly and helpful. Nothing really. A pair of scissors and a a colander if one wanted to rustle up a quick pasta dish would be useful.
