• Bauke (10/5): Exactly what we hoped for. - What we loved most is that we had our own room and beds and kitchen and bathroom. We were helped really well by the owner so everything went perfect. We also had free AC and the appartment was very close to all the places we wanted to go out (only like 5-10 min walking). We couldn’t have asked for more There was only 1 pan.

• Sally (1/5): Great location- terrible apartment. Dishonest host. - The only aspect that we liked about this apartment was the location and the coffee. Everything else was simply horrid. We did not stay in the apartment we booked. We were sent to another location that did not cater to our needs. We contacted Camilla and she did not respond. Camilla was rude. We will be reporting this unprofessional behaviour to Booking.com. The bathroom was septic, the air in the apartment smelt unhealthy, the second bed that was supposed to cater for two adults was suitable for one person with the other adult sleeping on the couch. There was no plug for the sink or tea towel to dry dishes. The first night we arrived was insanely difficult to work Out where to go as we arrived to the apartment we booked and paid a lot of money for only to receive a different address from Camilla. DO NOT book this apartment unless you want to be disappointed.
• Anna (3/5): Dirty, full of flies, and no air conditioning - Location was nice and near plenty of transit and shops. Mattresses were comfortable enough. Wifi worked. I genuinely do not know where the good reviews are coming from. The host was responsive during check-in and seemed quite nice at first. The apartment, however, was very dirty, sheets were stained (really hope they were clean), the apartment itself was grimy and felt like it had maybe been swept with a straw broom and nothing else. The shower looked, felt, and smelled like it had never been cleaned properly. About 40 sewer flies were constantly in the shower and toilet room despite constantly killing them during our stay. Part of the appeal with booking this apartment was the air conditioning, as I had an elderly guest and the temperatures were reaching low 30s. There was no remote or way to turn on the air conditioning. The host was contacted immediately after check-in (when she was responding) and did not reply. She also did not reply when contacted via WhatsApp and by Booking.com customer service. I am left to assume this omittance was done on purpose, and as a result we had a very uncomfortable and dissatisfied stay. Additionally, the benefit of the kitchen and "coffee" was useless given the state of cleanliness and the provided coffee being in pods incompatible with the grimy coffee machine provided. I would never book again.
• Sungerel (6/5): The staff showed coldness and inhospitality, the apartment overall is nice and comfortable - Very good location, nice and comfortable furniture, all the kitchen items you need (fridge, teapot, coffee machine, other kitchen utensils) All previous reviews and photos are realistic: some parts of the appartment are dirty, especially the shower. Hospitality of the manager. We were first-time visitors in the city and struggled to find the property since there was no signs on the house. And after a long, exhausting trip we really struggled to find the location. We had to ask for help from people and, to our luck, he was from the neighbouring property and let us in so we could at least have a seat on the stairs. Then with the help of Customer service of Booking.com (thank you, Mathew!) we finally were able to contact the manager of the property and she (Camila) showed unprofessional behaviour, irrelevant emotional responses and was barely cooperative and willing to assist to us/
• Yelyzaveta (7/5): It needs a good cleaning and replacement of pillows and blankets, bed linen. I wouldn't stay there again. The view i - Convenient location, all attractions within walking distance, easy check-in. The apartment is not new, it hasn't been cleaned well for a long time, the shower stall is dirty, the bed linen is very old, the pillows and light sheets are old, worn out and frayed, the apartment was cold, but there was no warm blanket, the sheet is very light, we were frozen.

• Francesco (9/5): Perfect! - Everything is good! The room is big enough for 3 people, also 4. The position is perfect, close enough to every main subways and attractions. We think that bigger pillows would be better and also more towels.

The room itself is very cozy and big with a clean shower and kitchen. The room was perfect with the heater as Budapest was starting to get cold. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a cozy apartment with a great location! Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Nothing - it was all great!

• Valentin (10/5): Short week-end getaway in Budapest - Excellent location, an old interesting building right in the heart of the city. It was clean, close to restaurants, bars, shops and very well connected to public transportation (bus, tram, metro, trolleybus, Bolt taxi). The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. Very good value for money! Highly recommended! Everything was perfect, we recommend this apartment for your holiday in Budapest!

• Cristina (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend it unless you don’t care about cleanliness and hygiene - I’d say it is not far away from city centre and the host explained instructions to get into the apto right before arriving The apartment is quite uncomfortable, not as clean as expected (dirty floor, sofa and appliances, stinky bathroom, smelled like a public toilet, no dishwashing gel, there was just a used sponge with hairs on it, neither gel or shampoo...) The worst thing about the stay was the apartment full of sewer flies, the bathroom window right in front of many others where people can see you perfectly while you get a shower, the sheets were very worn and unwashed cushions as pillow. In general is too small and dark, price does not worth.
