• K (4/5): We were not impressed by the host attitude! Most of the facilities advertised were not there, such as an iron, microwav - Location 1. Most of the facilities advertised were not there such as an iron, microwave, WiFi, kettle. 2. The ad mentioned a hot tub but that was not true. 3. The apartment was dirty, including the fridge. 4. No toilet paper or hand wash liquid. 5. Entrance to the building did not have lights so we had to use our phone lights. This was particularly hazardous as we had to take the stairs in the dark. 6. The host persistently ignored our text message via WhatsApp. 7. No hangers in the wardrobes. 8. One of the double beds was broken and had lots of nails sticking out. It was dangerous as we had a child and a baby. 9. The gas hob did not work and its keys were half melted. The gas lighter was empty.
• Abdalla (10/5): Huge 3 bedroom apartment in a very convenient location in Cairo - The central location and value for the money. Also the responsiveness and flexibility of the host. Not much. Any issues we had was promptly resolved by the host.

• MANHAL (1/5): - Nothing The apartment was very dirty and changed to another one with the same conditions. Water flooded from the main sewage line in the kitchen. The remote control for the TV is not available, and there were clothes in the washing machine that were not removed and were wet. I called the manager several times with no response. I spent only two nights and left the place.
• JIAXIN (5/5): 不会再来入住 - 地理位置优越，离机场、商场非常近，价格很合适，是个大平层 1.很难找！非常难找！我们打听了路人、小店、隔壁领居老爷爷（老爷爷人很好，我们半夜打扰还是很热情，谢谢老爷爷）终于找到！ 2.提前一天预定，发邮件、booking发消息给房东无人回复，打电话也打不通（booking上的预留电话打不通）临入住了才收到房东提供的房间密码（全程无人接待） 3.进到房间之后虽然上个房客整理了，但厨房餐桌堆满垃圾 4.被子和床都起球的有污渍，床边还有一双乌黑的酒店拖鞋（看得出拖鞋原本是白色的）

• Abdallah (10/5): Amazing stay at lovely central location! - Great space, all amenities you could need. Felt safe, was comfortable in the space. It was easy to communicate with the host. Great spot to rest your head after a long day of exploring! Towels, bring your own. Wifi ran slow, not end of world, but not reliable.

• XIAOQI (6/5): Great price with great location but not clean! - Great location and very spacious room, it’s quiet too! You can sleep well in the city! No wifi provided until we asked, but it didn’t work until the last night we stayed, even it was connected but the internet was very shit. The rooms is quite dirty and disposable flip flops are everywhere in the house. There is no toiletries in the whole house, you have to buy them all by yourself. I don’t understand why the host can’t even provide toilet paper! This is very inconvenient!

Pictures are exactly like the appartment and the neightboor is also good with markets open 24 hs. WiFi works perfect. Just in all cairo they cut the service from 6 to 8pm. But i could work perfect.
